    Content for every part of my growth
    I have been following Brad since the beginning of this podcast. His content only gets better with time and experience his business. Health and fitness is more than just diet and exercise. When you have all the rest dialed in the diet and exercise is so much easier. Brad, Michelle, and now Craig have helped me overhaul my lifestyle mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I look forward to this podcast twice a week and I am beyond grateful for what they do in their respective fields.

    But I felt it necessary to leave one for this Podcast. I have taken away more in 2 episodes than I have ever taken from any other podcasts that I have listened to. I can’t say thank you enough to Brad and team for being so open, honest and speaking truth when there is so much junk out in the world. Definitely gained a new listener for sure!!

    Look no further for your new favorite podcast. I’ve been a consistent Key Nutrition listener for about two years. Brad makes fire! Shows are full of research based health and fitness knowledge, with no ads. Appreciate his opinion on topics, and both recent co hosts are good adds to the team. Also a member of the key collective. Would recommend that too. Brad, your like a healthy version of the big Lebowski..your the dude, man!

    Big fan of this podcast! Love the wide variety of topics. Even if I think the topic of an episode doesn’t apply to me, I still listen and have realized I get the most out of those episodes! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help people be the best version of themselves!

    I stumbled across this podcast a few weeks back and I am hooked! Brad has such an “everybody’s man” approach to his topics! It’s real life , the good & hard. And I love how open he is to all types of opinions, but has a lot of solid & informative content as to why he has a certain opinion on topics. As a woman , and Mom, listening to this podcast has really helped with my mental growth in my fitness journey. Learn 1-5 things each podcast. Thanks for this Brad and for your great guests.

    Your podcast popped up in my recommended and I decided to give it a try. I was hooked right away. I love the information your share about fitness and nutrition. I am currently taking a nutrition course and am hoping someday to help women with this. I’ve struggled to find a good nutrition podcast that actually keeps me interested. I love all the ideas you share and feel like I am learning so much from listening. I appreciate all the guest you have on as well. Also love that you’re sober!! Looking forward to listen to more.     Just listened to the Breaking Free from Scarcity episode and it is one I will definitely listen to multiple times. I’ve been listening to your show for a long time and this was my favorite episode yet. I’ve always thought I was a pretty positive person, but this episode opened my eyes and I have some work to do. Loved the breakdown of the ways to recognize a scarcity mindset and the practical tips to overcome that way of thinking and move to an abundance mindset. Great topic and perfect cadence. Keep it up!

    I have loved the knowledge and wisdom that I received from Brad and his podcasts. I have been listening to this podcast for the past couple years and I never miss an episode. My fitness and relationship to myself, others, and God have improved through applying the advice. I recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to be better and do better in every aspect of their life.

    Enjoyable with one caveat
    I hit send before a did my review but I gave this podcast 4 stars. I have been a long time listener and while I do miss Michele, I continue to listen. I took off one star because I find it super annoying that Brad name drops his friendship with Jordan Syatt on at least half the episodes. This takes away from your own credibility. You are good enough on your own without having to mention any connections you have with other successful fitness influencers on a constant basis.

    The Key Nutrition podcast is my new favorite place to hear truth and encouragement. Brad is the most real and thoughtful coach and human. The focus on mind, spirit and body is what continues to bring me back. I appreciate the honesty and transparency Brad brings to each episode. This is worth every minute of your time.

    My job is 170 miles from my home. So this podcast keeps me learning, evolving, and growing with each trip to and from work each week.     This is one of my go-to’s for sound fitness advice. I especially love the q&a episodes! Brad has a very knowledgeable and down to earth approach and tells it how it is.     I thoroughly enjoy this podcast. The content is informative and practically useful. I love the whole being approach!! Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like so many workout/ nutrition sites just focus on food and neglect the mental and emotional aspect. Brad’s style is super comforting. He’s confident and knowledgeable, but also humble and kind. It’s really a nice podcast.

    Addicted but the good kind!
    I was searching for a podcast that talked about macros when I found The Key Nutrition Podcast. It wasn’t love at first listen but it was very informative and interesting. I kept listening to more and more episodes and began loving the podcast. It is so much more than just macros, and fitness. The podcast talks about everything wellness. Hands down my favorite and I can’t wait for new episodes each week. Brad and Michelle are so real and authentic and have an amazing sibling relationship. Plus they have very soothing voices (not the annoying type). I would highly recommend you listen!!

    Love this podcast. I have learned so much and have been able to better myself during my exercise and nutrition journey. I have recovered from an eating disorder and this podcast helped me heal from my exercise addiction and helped me learn to love my body for what it can do rather than focusing on how many calories I can burn from a workout. I now strive to be strong and confident in my body rather than slave away to cardio and feel like I have to earn food. I eat to fuel myself now and I love myself more. I have learned so much, and am so grateful for this podcast. If you want to learn more about health, nutrition, mindset, and wellness , this podcast is for you. Brad and Michelle bring a wealth of information and explain stuff in a fun easy to understand way. And they are so funny.

    I started listening about a year and a half ago and I love everything you guys stand for and talk about, including the random stuff in the beginning Ahahah. I have a 45 minute minute to work so this podcast keeps me entertained and I have learned so much as well!! I love health and fitness and recently started with a coach to take my journey to the next level and a lot of inspiration came from things you guys have talked about. I rarely miss a podcast and look forward to Tuesday and Friday!

    I’ve been listening to Brad and Michelle for years. I don’t listen to any other fitness podcasts. Brad and Michelle offer humor, humility, and important information in an easy to digest way. I love the wide range of topics - from personal development, to the more scientific aspects of health, to spirituality. I appreciate how they share not only perspectives as experts in the field, but vulnerability in their experiences - highs and lows - as fellow human beings.
