    Great podcast!
I am a new listener but have followed Redefining Strength on Facebook for a few months. Podcasts are great with Cori and guests. Topics are relevant, Cori is concise and keeps the message moving. Most episodes are less than 30 mins. Keep them coming! I have a few episodes to catch up.

Cori PLEASE stop talking so fast 😵‍💫
Content is great, but Cori PLEASE slow down a little! You speak sooo fast and your words completely blend together. So hard to listen to.

    Highly Educational!
I have been reading and listening about health for years and usually get bored with most health content very quickly; however, I find Cori’s podcasts highly informative, and it amazes me how much information she packs into each episode. It’s never wasted time. Lots of great tips are offered here for free whereas other similar videos generally just lead you to a product you need to buy to get informed fully. Much appreciated!

    Excellent Tips
I believe that to change a habit you need to surround yourself with helpful tips to assist you in the change. You need to program your brain on where you want to go. I have found listening to Cori’s podcast as a walk my dog is a great way to set my day each morning and end my day. Thank you Cori for all you are doing to help the world become healthier.

Helps Get You Through When You Feel Nothing Is working
I was a member of Redefining Strength and was avid follower on YouTube for a while. This is the only program that has legit worked. Cori is thoughtful and knows what doesn’t work because she’s also gone through all the trials and tribulations of weight loss. If you like this podcast I also highly recommend her fitness program.

    Love this podcast!
I learn so much every time I listen. And the best part is that it helps keep me motivated to do my macro tracking and workouts. Thanks for the insights and great guest speakers! Well done Cori!
  • Sneely735
Love this podcast- so much to learn
Cori is very thorough and thoughtful about what she talks about on the podcast. She always gives great information and often times a different perspective than you may have thought about before. She really takes the time to come up with great content which I appreciate so much!

    So much great, balanced information!
Thank you for so much great, balanced info. This truly awesome! Nice to hear common sense, science based info. instead of fad garbage. This is sustainable stuff!

    My new favorite podcast !
So much information, I’ve been binging for two weeks , I gotten a lot of info on diet and strength trying , I can already see the changes coming. Especially after menopause it’s a lot harder to build muscle. I didn’t realize I was not eating enough protein. My energy levels are a lot better! Love her energy !
  • EmGo111
    Great podcast..
Please slow your talking speed. You have great information but you speak so fast that some of your points can be lost.
  • Podcast Obsessed1
Decent content but can get redundant
Decent content, but the host constantly says “meet yourself where you’re at” which is not only annoying with how many times she says it, but also what does that even mean? The show is better when she had a guest.
  • Imthemomandisaidso
But for the love of God
Cori is obviously a very smart woman, and her podcast is loaded with useful information. As a consumer of numerous podcasts, I will say that this one would be a favorite if the host would slow down! Cori makes some incredibly valuable points, but I’m afraid they’re lost in the speed with which she delivers. It’s like listening to one of those kids in school who doesn’t really want to share their report with the class, so they read it as fast as they can so they can go sit back down

    My Favorite Podcast!
I love this podcast and always look forward to listening to a new episode. Cori obviously knows what she’s talking about, but she is also super relatable. I feel like this podcast has taught me so much, and it is always full of such great and practical advice that I am actually able to implement. I also follow her YouTube channel and love it as well! Thanks for the awesome content!!

    Game changer! Love this podcast!
I discovered this podcast while on my fitness journey, after following Cori on Instagram and YouTube. I listened to several years worth in a few months, lol. This podcast was key to helping me change my mindset and become successful in my fat loss and muscle gain goals. I am 55 years old, post menopause, and only started working out at 49 years old. As someone who was never athletic in my younger years, this has been both exciting and challenging. This podcast was such an important part of my success. I accomplished my first goal to lose the weight and am now on a life long fitness journey. I keep pushing myself with new stretch goals for body recomposition and muscle gains. Thank you, Cori, for this podcast and for your videos and coaching program. It was a game changer for me!

I listened to my first episode today, and honestly the host talks sooooo fast and runs her words together … it’s very hard mentally for me to keep up with this. It be great if you would go take a speaking course! You speak to loud, too fast and run your words together
  • Edith FB

On: Ya don’t know until you try.
For me, there’s trying and then there’s really trying. I’ve tried things for a short term, disliked it and quit. My first HIIT class I hated it. I ate supper only an hour before the class and nearly threw up in class. Second class I walked out half way. I dug in my boots and made a decision to master this class…somehow. Learned how to eat or not eat before class. I learned options for some moves. I’m learning to control my breath now. Now I look forward to each class and make it a learning experience, a way to improve and move towards doing the class.

    Great BUT…
I don’t think the image of her ripped on the cover is helpful— that is very unhealthy. She must be about 7ish% body fat. I don't know if she has addressed that, since I am a new listener, but people need to know that the host most likely does not maintain that look. Love the show otherwise!

    Mind Changing
Episode 404 hits home. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my hip, pain in my knee, & am working with stretching, mobility & weight training. My running came to a hault per my doctors orders (and pain I’ve been in after I run). So with changing my mindset, listening to this podcast I’m moving forward with my focus of-OK I can’t run but let’s find something new to try & become passionate about. There is a world of possibilities & I can’t wait to explore! Thanks!

    Educational & Inspirational!
I love all the great tips, fitness information, and instructions for working out and keeping fit. Cori makes the science behind fitness understandable and interesting. And she models what she’s talking about in such an inspirational way! I keep coming back for all these great nuggets of motivation.
  • JessicaKolva
    Great motivation
I went through Cori’s coaching program, but she gives away so many great tips for free in this podcast, her newsletter, and YouTube. I love listening to these clips to get a boost of motivation to keep moving forward.

    Quick, Informative and Motivating
I absolutely love this podcast! These quick podcasts provide the information I need for just about everything. Why isn’t the scale moving? How do I eat when I’m traveling? What do I do when I have a setback? Cori provides the steps on how to be successful, but also provides information to explain why it happened. Her motivational podcast allow you to get back on track to attain the goals you were striving to achieve.
  • Mkb26680
    Motivating and simple!
Those are my two favorite things. I love this podcast because she is so encouraging and motivating! She draws a very clear picture on the correct mindset to have during hard seasons. I hope to hear much more!!

    Now I understand
I made it to 60 before understanding the role protein, carbs, and fat (macros) have in creating a healthy body. After a lifetime of disordered eating, I finally understand how to adjust my macros and calories to reach my goals. Cori’s Macro Hacks program, podcast, Coffee with Cori on FaceBook, and 1:1 coaching have helped me become stronger than ever. Thanks so much!

    Amazing
Cori explains things in simple terms and is funny! She pushes you to be the best person you can be without focusing on a certain weight, body type or pushing fad diet shakes ect.. she shows you how to modify for fitness level, injury and days when you need a break. I never would have started lifting if I had not found her videos online!
  • WittyAbs
    Highly Recommend!
I am not a huge podcast person, so I love how I am able to learn so much in roughly 10 minutes of my day. Cori is so knowledgable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Her advice is clear and easy to understand, and explained in a way that just makes sense. Sidenote: her programs are amazing as well! Highly recommend!!
  • sjdurbr f
    Very helpful
She has a way of explaining things that is easy to follow and have made a huge difference in both my form and helping prevent further knee issues and explaining a simple way of understanding macros. She is great!
