    I’ve been with Warrior Babes almost a year. This podcast is gold. It speaks my language though so I love it. It’s the inner work that is the key to outer results. “Be it until you see it!” Whew that pretty much sums it up. Great podcast!

The topics Nikki covers are geared towards women but men can absolutely take from many of these topics as well. Keep it up! I can’t say enough great things about this podcast 😁

    Good, not great
    Maybe it’s just me, but I find the Macro Hour podcasts to be good, but not great. Nikkiey knows her stuff, but the content isn’t always explained so eloquently. There is a lot of repetition, which can be a good thing for some listeners. For me, its annoying. I think more planning would help—in regard to the content and points you’ll be making—before recording an episode. As is, I feel like I am talking with a girlfriend about fitness goals, nutrition, and sleep, not a professional. I am a Warrior Babe, and I am seeing results with Stott’s program. I am very happy with it! … So, all I am saying is to work on the delivery to gain more credibility.

    I just went for a walk and popped my Airbuds in and listened to Nikkie Stott as I boosted my steps. Every podcast or VIP call is so inspiring. She explains all the benefits of working out mental, hair, skin and of course body image and confidence. I’m learning so much at age 60 from Nikkie and My Coach Ashley. I wish I could have known these things prior to menopause. This Podcast is addit. Great Job to your whole team Nikkie.

    Explicit Language a Downside for Me
    Wanted to dig deeper into the content, which I think could be useful and helpful, but couldn’t get past the use of explicit language. Thank you for working to create more content that doesn’t use explicit language, or is marked as explicit so that the listener has a head up. Especially if you’re creating content for the over-40 crowd, who probably has another generation that they are raising up and mentoring and looking to teach nutrition, exercise, and wellness principles. Having podcasts that are clean and wisdom that is shareable with any age group is so important. I thought this feedback might be helpful for you, and want to encourage you to keep creating, keep it clean, and keep up the good work. Thanks! I’ll stay tuned…

    I’ve been working lifting weights for quite a while and on just two episode that I’ve listened so far, I feel like I’ve gained years of information. Everything is explained so simply. Have knowledge like this is so empowering and encourages you to just keep going or course correct. I love it. If training is something that you’re dedicated to, it’s essential to commit to educating onself on how to do it correctly. 👍
