MelissaF2919Trustworthy and fun!I LOVE the Jordan Syatt podcast. Jordan and Tony have taught me so much about health and fitness in a way that is comprehensive and easy to understand. I always find myself laughing out loud; walking on the treadmill during these cold months flies by because of these two!

Derek SpeckMust Listen PodcastThis podcast is not just for fitness but for life as well. I have learned ALOT from just listening to Jordan’s Mini podcast! It’s definitely in my daily/weekly rotation. If you are not listening to this podcast, what are you doing?!

LaurieL22The Science of Goal SettingI listen to your podcasts and follow on Instagram. This podcast really resonated with me. Great advice on goal setting. Things I didn’t really consider. My goals will be structured differently this year. Thanks for all your advice. I feel like it’s a lot of common sense.

Alaina0501Never disappoints!I’ve been a long time listener and look forward to listening every Monday on my hour long commute to work! From the various guests, Q&As, to the work of the days….I always crack a smile and leave with some sort of valuable information/insight! Keep up the great work Jordan! I love all your content but the pod is probably my favorite!

A thoughtful criticMastering Emotions & Conflict ResolutionI don’t think this episode could have been any more perfect. I love Jordan’s thought processing and approach. There is truly something in every episode that everyone could learn from. Thank you, Jordan for bringing real, honest, and level-headed topics to the podcast and sharing it with us

DodisneyswimFabulous content! So much education!Jordan Syatt has so much information to share. He is down to earth and I have loved watching his YouTube videos for years. I enjoy how he debunks the crazy fads and myths in the nutrition world. He keeps it light hearted and fun.
-
DjjjjrwjYou’ll learn, laugh, and maybe pickup a language or 2Jordan’s podcast is fun and insightful. He has a way of making content that is super relatable, easy to retain, and is enjoyable to learn. I really enjoy the random riffing between Jordan, Tony, and the other podcast guests as well as the “words of the day”. I’m convinced given enough time I may just be trilingual!
-
ilab4Yes, it’s worth listening to and subscribingJordan and Tony are a delight. Each podcast is easy to listen to and they make every topic interesting—even if the topic for an episode isn’t one you think would be particularly interesting. It’s the best podcast to learn about fitness, nutrition, family dynamics, friendship, disagreeing with respect, ground apples and tree potatoes, and to get genuine loving support with fitness goals. Plus you get the bonus of learning some Hebrew and Spanish!
-
The foxes fanWhat a great guy!The world needs more people like Jordan. He is grounded, kind, thoughtful, and real. His information is thoughtful, practical, and does not require obsessive, all-or-nothing dedication.
-
0123sam0123BestBest podcast! Jordan is very knowledgeable and makes fitness and nutrition very simple and straight forward. Love this podcast and the inner circle!!
-
Jstelly39Down to earth and straight forward podcastI love listening to Jordan and Tony! Jordan is an honest person and keeps it real. At the end of the day, it’s all about a calorie deficit! I have learned so much from him and Susan.
-
JonyAlFeels like coffee chats about fitness!I love how casual the conversations are - it makes fitness seem less intimidating and more relatable to everyday life
-
Jaws16kcLove this guy!Jordan has through his knowledge and humor has changed my view on fitness, calories and life! I’m new to his following and I’m very lucky to have found him!
-
Becm2712Love Jordan, not always the guests 🫣Absolutely love Jordan!! Also love Tony.. but... some of these guests need to learn when to shut up. The latest episode was literally a lady going on about everything she knows whilst bragging about EI. I think we need to hear more of Jordan. I personally loved the episodes where he'd actively coach someone. Otherwise- I truly love his info.
-
Mel_s93091Entertaining and Informative!Absolutely love this podcast for accurate and reliable health and fitness information. Jordan is so entertaining, and you can tell he definitely knows his stuff! I love the personal touch he brings to his work, and you can tell he truly cares about helping making fitness and nutrition information accessible to everyone. The episodes with just Jordan are just as enjoyable as when he brings in his fantastic guests - both inner circle members and other fitness professionals. I always love to listen to these podcasts on my walks!
-
rachachooolove this podcastjordan and tony are my favorite. love listening to them every week. they’re very real, very funny. because if jordan and all of his info on instagram i’ve started my own weight loss journey and am down 3

MaltasGoddessA reliable voice among the chaosI stumbled across Jordan’s content during Covid shut down. A time when Instagram literally exploded with content creators trying to capitalize off of the boredom and anxiety of people who’s lives came to a screaming halt. Jordan’s content was a calm in that storm. He delivered no nonsense, factual information using a side of humor (and a few props and wigs) at a time when so much was unknown. This catapulted me into a Syatt fitness wormhole which brought me to his AMAZING podcast. His podcast is the place for upfront, sincere and fact based information on all things fitness, nutrition and life. Susan, Tony and everyone involved are amazing and have created amazing content that constantly seems to address the questions we all have in our head with each episode. Kudos to them! I look forward to being a listener for as long as they are doing what they do!
-
kris1037So much great information!Love listening to your straightforward, no nonsense advice! Just listened to your “how to lose the last 10 pounds” episode and it’s exactly what I needed to hear today! So much great content always.
-
thor&lucyMy fav voiceListening to Jordan is like having a super honest friend. Everything is relatable, honest and to the point. Whenever I’m feeling “down” or need some motivation I throw his podcast on pick myself up and stop whining and start working. Listen weekly! Keep it up ❤️
-
Fangirl followerThank youI love all of your episodes so far! I was doubtful, however, when the topic of Hamas/Israel discussion with John Spenser came up in the queue. I am so glad I was wrong! Thank you, Jordan, for interviewing John. This is such an important topic, and anything to expel misinformation in this world of hate is valuable. Please continue this, along with the usual health discussions. It’s all so critical.
-
EtmerlePostpartum disaster…until…I started following you on instagram!!! I was always in shape when I was in the military and still after I got out. Once I had my 4th kid and I was 10 years out, I gained so much weight, it’s like I forgot how to eat right and stay in shape, I could t get out of that cycle. But you helped me get back on the horse and I’ve lost 14lbs so far. I already KNEW the info you were putting out but it’s like I needed you to drill it back into my head. Love it!
-
lindsey101381Great info all around!!!This is one of the best podcast out there! Jordan has a very good way of explaining things that the diet and fitness industry try to make sooooo difficult! Such a great combo of health/fitness/ life advice!
-
PearlapHuge fan for years!Love listening to the Jordan Syatt (not so) mini podcast! Great, no nonsense information. So relatable. Honest. I could keep throwing out positive adjectives to describe him and they would all be true, but my favorite thing about Jordan? His willingness to change his mind based on current research. That is so huge to me. I’m 51 years old, and I hope I am always willing to learn and change my mind. Thank you, Jordan!
-
ema downeyRecommend to any and all!Been a listeners since the days of the true “mini” aspects of the podcast and let ‘em tell you. Ages like fine wine! There is an episode for everyone. Please take the time to dive deep and give many from years ago a listen. From interviews with real everyday people, to fitness and health professionals, to the occasional charged and controversial social justice issues, to Q+As, to rants and more! I listen to every episode and continue to grow and learn as a human. You have really helped me develop into an individual that respects hard work, helping others, and being able to think independently and understand others views. Thanks for an amazing listen every time. And hello from the Boston area! 🙂💕💪

Chanel YngveSo GratefulI’ve been listening to Jordan for years and I’m so grateful for the wealth of knowledge and genuine compassion and understanding he extends to people in their subjective process. It’s a fun and easy listen. Jordan is relatable and you’ll feel like you know him as a friend after a couple listens because he’s so genuine and sincere.
-
PSPDBig fan of Jordan and SusieI’m a Syatt Fitness Inner Circle member but it was this podcast that had me join. Not because it’s pushed/marketed (not at all) but it was Jordan and Susan’s approach to fitness, health and wellness, diet and life. It’s matter-of-fact, common sense tips, tricks and ideas are a big Batman smack to Robin: “don’t overthink this stuff” and “there’s more to life than weighing and measuring your food.” Additionally, it’s refreshing to have these two not demonize food and that’s rare in todays fitness industry.
-
MonthVLAwesome Podcast!LOVE this podcast! Jordan Syatt is a favorite of mine on Instagram and this platform gives me even more content from him. He’s smart, likable, realistic and simply knows his stuff. He’s very balanced in his approach to all things fitness and I have learned a ton listening to him. I look forward to listening to him each week!!
-
janelisstrongI love this podcastThis podcast has changed my entire thought process on diet culture and excercise!
-
IaconaInTexasPodcasts w/ Susan are my faveLove the content that Jordan puts out and as a 54 yr old female, especially love the show collaborations with Susan. Keep up the great work!
-
Kyairra (Key-air-uh)Best podcast out there!I’d say this is the best fitness podcast but honestly I’d say it’s the best all around! I do listen mainly for the fitness content but love all the extra that gets thrown in. I’ve got a 2yr old & 4m old boys and an almost 2yr old golden retriever so a lot of his podcast is just super relatable for me right now 😂! I especially love the lightning rounds I think. I’ve been listening during my workouts for a few months now and it’s the easily the best way to distract me on a long run currently. 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s wanting to learn more but also just listen to something real.
-
RSA999Fantastic health and fitness podcastLove Jordan’s down to earth approach and real world responses. I already followed him on Instagram and then discovered the podcast a couple of months ago. Now addicted. So much great common sense. If you want to improve fitness, nutrition or just don’t know what is worth doing and what isn’t - then this is the podcast for you! Thanks Jordan, Tony & Susan😊
-
MHshdbrhfnfhA great podcast for when taking a walkJordan is such a joy to listen to. This is a great weekly podcast. Informative. Light hearted. I enjoy hearing is perspectives and thoughts on a variety of topics.
-
teamtiniSo insightful!I loved this podcast! Lots of great and interesting topics and conversations. The part that really stuck with me was when you talked about NEAT, and those “extra” movements some people make. As a teacher, this got me thinking, I should also mention I have 3 boys who can’t and don’t sit still, and how as a teacher I need and want to find ways to better allow for this “extra movement”. I don’t think any of my boys have ADHD, they just like to move, and they don’t like to sit down to eat. I will watch them take a bite, get up and go run around the table and literally come back for more! Kids need to be able to move, so hopefully they will continue throughout their life! Love all the info! Thank you!
-
JenM.15Sustainable ApproachesYour clear and simplistic commentary reminds all of us that our approach should be getting back to the basics for the majority. I do love the deeper conversations and continuing to learn but remembering that consistency is key, give it your all, and enjoy the process. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

rmel55Never regret listening! The thing that I like about Jordan‘s podcast is that he doesn’t pretend to be something he’s not. He is completely forthcoming in what he shares with his audience and that’s what I like most. If he knows something about a topic, he does not appear pretentious rather he tells you about his life experience and why he has developed that opinion and how he has gained that knowledge and insight. He knows about Fitness because he’s been in the industry of Fitness long before fitness influencers were really a hype. He has a litany of knowledge about many type of modalities and a desire to learn and continue to grow in his field. If he doesn’t know something about a topic, he will have somebody on the show with him who does and speak to them candidly. alternatively he will say that I can’t say for sure cause I don’t know. I usually listen to these podcasts when I’m on a walk after I take my kids to soccer. There’s so many great pieces of information that I have learned. Keep it up!
-
HRose15So much detail5 months postpartum with my fourth baby. My weight loss has felt discouraging, but after hearing and following along I feel so encouraged and equipped to know what my body needs to be healthy! Thank you for sharing all of this incredible information. Another great one that helped me was seeing your mini cut on Instagram and noticing weight loss is not linear. Which is what I always see in my own journey! That has been eye opening and I’m ready to persist on my journey of health!
-
Cc noodleBest advice!Jordan does an incredible job of explaining things as well as giving easy to follow advice. He is not only knowledgeable, but also entertaining. Love all his content.
