ElizabethC1998Best yoga education available!I first thought of yoga as just another form of exercise, but thanks to this podcast (and others), I have learned that the asanas (poses) are only the most surface element of the practice of yoga. Many thanks to Arundhati for sharing her knowledge and for her excellent interviews with other knowledgeable practitioners of yoga!

no_trace_travelerA perfect intro and deep dive into YogsI’ve been listening to this show for over a year, always with the dream of completing my 200 hour YTT. Arundhati and her brilliant guests bring such clarity to the topics, and cover such a great range of focus for a complete understand of the history, context, practical use, and philosophy of yoga - all with a traditional and cultural perspective. I’m writing this while on week 2 of my 200-hour in Rishikesh, India… so thank you Arundhati for educating and inspiring me!

Dununba 6Great podcast for this beginnerI have only been doing yoga for about 9 months but I’m very intent on developing my practice. This podcast has been so helpful in giving advice, tips and philosophy. The yoga class format doesn’t allow for the in depth conversations that occur in this podcast. It has been a great help in my overall understanding of yoga in its various forms. I highly recommend subscribing for all aspiring yogis.

Apes88Truly amazing resource!I can’t believe it took me so long to find this wonderful podcast! I’ve been teaching yoga for 11yrs and always wished more Indian teachers were at the centre to more trainings and conversations regarding modern yoga. I can’t say enough about Arundhati’s knowledge and the amazing guests she has on. I found the podcast through Vikram. I have so much respect for his views and knowledge so I knew that if he is a reoccurring guest then it must be good. I love every episode! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and insights!
-
Over40goddessI learned so muchThis was a great episode! I have never studied about the subtle spine in any of my many yoga teacher trainings. Such a great holistic view of the body! And I think I will be practicing on my rug instead of my sticky mat!

-
staghornsumacjust what i'd been looking for!the depth and fearlessness of inquiry in this podcast are amazing. as a new yoga teacher, i'd been feeling disheartened by some of the darker aspects of the yoga practice- sexual abuse, racism, ableism. this podcast normalizes holding these subjects, looking at them, and analyzing how to move forward. thank you!
-
Zahir RCLets Talk Yoga Podcast-Listen and Follow!!!This is my favorite and currently the only yoga podcast that I listen to (i’m sure there are more gems out there too!). In the yoga world it can be really hard to find genuine, accurate, and culturally true content and opportunities to learn about yoga as a teacher or student, and I have found this podcast to be especially impactful and so informative as a yoga teacher. You will also be connected to the many qualified and knowledgeable professionals that are interviewed on the podcast, and can learn more about their work too! Thank you Arundhati and your team and guest speakers for your work and continuing to share these episodes. I am very grateful! 🙏🏾
-
