    Never Disappoints!
I’m convinced that Jay Shetty is one of the wisest, integrity-filled human I’ve ever had the pleasure to learn from. I first heard him on the Calm app, then his podcast, then his book. Sorry it took so long for me to review!

    Thank you BJ INVESTIGATES
So when did you first get notice of a monk? Lies be catching up. And all these diddy celebrities…🤔

    Jay Shetty is a Charlatan
If your therapist recommends this then should fire them or they should lose their license. This man is a hack profiting off of people’s fears and stupidity. There are plenty of therapy podcasts. Please do not listen to this man who has been dishonest and fraudulent about his past and his schooling/accolades
  • jlee8685
    Another Joel Osteen
I enjoy this type of podcast so I gave it a chance. He comes across as disingenuous and then I learned of his misrepresentations and lies about his past… Why lie about it?? So bizarre.

    Con man with a following?!
How can anyone trust this man in light of his lies and greed? We live in an age where 1500 years of actual wisdom from all corners of the world is available to us - please don’t follow these charlatans.

    Inspiring
Thank you for this incredible, honest conversation. There were so many insights. I could listen to it again and again and hear something new and inspiring every time. I became a fan of the person of Jelly Roll in addition to his music. This is a must listen!!

    Hey Jay
Thank you for introducing me to the real Jelly Roll (Jason), a name I will never refer to him as but is relevant to me because the man I love is named Jason. So I may have enjoyed “Jelly” a little more. Fabulous interview'”Alison Schuback

    Love the info
This is an amazing podcast with great information to help with any mental health challenges you are facing. I just wish there were fewer sponsors, 4+ minutes of commercials before it kicks off is a lot of commercials.
  • LuisAngel23
    Way too many ads
I get it, but I feel like the ads have become excessive. Shouldn’t feel like a show with commercials every 10 minutes.
  • Angie Hunter
    Disapointed
I’ve been listening off & on since this podcast came out. It didn’t seem like it was gonna go in this direction. The ads are the worst & for products I’m sure Jay & his wife never use. Why try to get us to give money to these big corp? I skip the celebrities so I almost never listen anymore. Surprised Huberman is on with all the stuff out about him lately. :/

    Ads
Way too many ads, it’s ridiculous
  • Jessica Ryan Short
    What happened?!
Jay, I used to love your podcast and used to recommend it to everyone I knew. You were so inspirational and I learned so much from you. But now every podcast is about some famous person I don’t give a hoot about. Go back to interviewing lesser known people… people we could actually learn from…. People who are actually relatable and helpful. Let’s hear more from YOU!! And also way too many ads now and ads for things I don’t think you actually support and would use! Find ads you actually back and approve of. I miss the old Jay!!
  • fjkfhikfyuoghjljhlgjklgjkl
    Trust?
This person is a fraud, do some research. I would never trust someone like this for myself or people I care for.

Great Advice! I’m always trying to be the fixer parent and grandparent!
This podcast emphasizes just being there and alongside them is the most important thing you can do to build resilient humans! What wonderful insight! I can’t wait to read the book!

    🤨
I thought I would enjoy Jays outlook and thought he was spiritual and about peace and clarity. He lost me when he pushed the toxic Colgate and dove. He’s just about the dollar selling his soul like the rest of them. Isn’t the dahli the one who said that creepy thing to that kid?? but yet Jay praises him
  • That.Nickname.Is.Taken.?
    Dr. Aliza Pressman Episode
This was one of the most brilliant podcasts I have ever listened to. Dr. Aliza makes complicated issues simple and she has a great voice. It really got me thinking about my own childhood. Jay - thank you for another great episode!

I love this show but way too many ads now!
I have been watching this show for years and it has helped me so much throughout those years and continue to do so. I look forward to watching/listening every week. TOO MANY ADS JAY I wanna see you win big! But I’m just being honest Jay. I gotta press the 30second skip button like 3-4 times each time to get passed the ads McDonald’s ads? You don’t eat McDonalds Jay…. Or do you?🤔😬😂. THIS SHOW IS AMAZING!! And I will continue skipping the ads, I’m just saying!🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️💪🏾💙💙

    Irresponsible Episode with Elise Goodman
Unfollowed/unsubscribed. At a minimum, this episode should have a trigger warning. I’ve not always agreed with Jay or his guests but the July 22, 2024 episode with Elise Goodman was downright irresponsible. Jay can do better. Encouraging listeners to forgo standard evidence-based cancer treatments and suggesting cancers can be cured by diet, juicing, mindset is a disgrace. Elise actually implies that her husband’s choice of western medicine treatment of his cancer led to his death after 18 months. Wow, just wow.

Give Credit to Jessica Watson for the Stone Poem
#jayshettymotivation I watched you on #thekellyclarksonshow today and was excited to hear you tell the young woman who was a cancer survivor that grief was like a stone in your pocket and cited #katiecouric as the author. The actual author is Jessica Watson who is my cousin. She wrote the poem about the death of her daughter and has a gift of helping others continue to work through grief by sharing her most intimate feelings. She wants others to feel acknowledged by her writing but also wants to get credit as the author. Please give her the credit if you refer to her writing in the future.

    Motivational
I have been listening to your podcast for a while. A lot of very inspirational topics that help motivate and improve my overall mental well being. I did not enjoy your last podcast. Not sure if I will continue listening….

    Being focused
I really enjoyed the podcast and it really helped me stay focused while I did my homework. And I really appreciated that Rob Dial spoke about on how to be focused in a digital era, because it’s really hard to stay focused while keeping yourself distracted by social media. Thank you Jay for helping us grow and learn through your podcast.
  • DtGrl
    No balance
I understand he’s not a journalist but I’ve listened to over 20 episodes and in several of them I’ve heard information that is wrong and he has not pushed back or done any inquiry on the comments.

    Celebrity worship
At first, I loved him. I loved this podcast and his books…but the more I looked into him the more I discovered who he really was. He is nothing more than a fraud who worships celebrities. It’s all so superficial. He is about nothing but celebrity culture and money. Disgusting.
  • Audio Aficionado
    Fraud
He lied about his credentials and plagiarized quotes. I am glad I looked him up before I continued listening.

    Collective Healing
Listening to the guests’ sensitive, and deep stories provide healing opportunities for people and the planet. Most importantly, this remind us that we are all connected, and share a path of suffering but when we heal ourselves, we heal everything and everyone around us!

    Jay Shetty
Keep up the great work Jay, you are a wonderful contribution of inspiring voices in the world & remember to only give your attention to positive reviews, it’s easily identified in the first couple seconds so keep sharing your passionate thoughts in all its forms with guests. I have appreciated finding you online “whenever I want” over the years. Thank you & god bless..

Dr. Casey is Off The Charts Awesome
I love Jay Shetty. I enjoy every interview and the variety of people and topics. I have to say Dr. Casey was absolutely amazing. I immediately ordered her book. Thank you for your work and sharing your vast knowledge. You spoke and presented in a way that made so much sense as well as motivated me to once again make an effort to heal my body so I can better connect with my source. Thank you so much.

I love Jay’s voice. It draws me in. This is the best podcast ever and I appreciate it and Jay so much. Thank you for the bottom of my heart!

So sad that he isn’t who he says he is
I use to be a huge Jay fan. Bought his two books, got the calm app, payed for Genius and even went to his live show. And then to come across numerous articles and podcast about who he really is, turned me off. I wanted to give him another chance and I tried to re listen to this show and I can’t anymore.
  • KeeperColt
    Phenomenal
When I listen to Jay, I experience feelings of peace and calmness. He is so genuine in his delivery of practical conversations and techniques to improve your overall well being. So happy and grateful for this podcast as a resource to continue listen, learn and growth. Thank you Jay and keep up the amazing work.

    I Woke Up Laughing
Listening to the April 1 podcast with Gary Brecka, which was great, though he mentions you can’t wake up laughing. Well I have and did during a sleep test. In fact, I remembered it the next morning and filled out my paperwork detailing the dream that caused me to wake up laughing. This sleep study was recorded on video. Anyhow, love this podcast, Jay brings so many things into awareness! I’m quite new to listening, but I can tell you that I already know this is one of my favorites!!!
  • NoLongerInWaco
    He’s literally a fraud
Does no one keep up with this? He’s a fraud. He’s fake.
  • Kasssshhhhh
    TOO MANY ADS :(
It’s hard to be listening to something spiritual/ sensitive and then be pulled into an advertisement every 10 minutes. Love you Jay, but maybe there’s a way you can dedicate the beginning or the end to incorporating your ads. It’s so distracting and takes away from the message and the overall vibe. Still rating 5 stars, but starting to pull away from this pod :(
  • carla2692
    Oop—
Are people still listening to this? YIKES
  • Sweeteaaa
    Phoney!
Jay Shetty is a fraud. He has blatantly plagiarized other spiritual leader’s work and has explicitly lied about his experience and history with spiritualism and monk. Don’t be fooled. Stay away from this cult-like podcast and following.

    Thank you
Love all the solo episodes, really liked the last solo episode on how to set boundaries without offending people 💖 setting boundaries have become the norm but they can come off harsh so I love how you give a different take on setting boundaries by being empathetic of other people’s feelings. Thank you!

    Ego through the back door
As Eckart Tolle has educated and warned against the ego coming through the “back door”, I see this result more and more with Jay Shetty (picture of himself on his first book, the guest who commented running in to Jay at Dubai International Airport, flying 1st class on Emirates Airlines, etc. Ad nauseam). What happened to stillness and presence?
  • Simonita the Great
    Authenticity and love
I love what Jay Shetty stands for, he’s beautifully, authentic, wonderfully flawed, and open to talk about anything with intention. He seems to be a genuinely and joyful person, especially towards his community and loved ones. I most especially enjoyed his discussion with Matthew Hussey. Matthew was another persona that I have come to adore , bearing the same qualities as Jay in regards to authenticity, and beautifully flawed, and owning it. It is so important to own our imperfections, flaws, because there’s no such thing as perfection within a human, and there’s no such thing as being unflawed as a human so it’s important to own it and own it beautifully. And these men do so with all heart and invitation.
