KAC262Love!I love this podcast - first found out about it when Becs Gentry was on and now I’ve done a deep dive into all things Michael Chernow. Love his oatmeal, too! Perfect breakfast and fuel before a long run!

Bradley412KOHFirst heard of Michael in 2024 and his story and message resonated with me. There’s a big crowd in the self improvement and personal growth world, I’d urge you to make some space for this podcast and community.

Cliff LivorniNourishment for the soulI first discovered Michael Chernow when listening to Rich Roll’s podcast—his episode is truly amazing. I found myself continuing to reflect on his life story of childhood trauma, addiction, recovery, and (mental and physical) wellness to the point that I sought out more of his content, and KoH definitely scratches that itch. For a bodybuilder and fitness junkie, he’s a deeply introspective person and is in touch with his emotions, which I really appreciate, and he invites guests on the podcast who are on a similar wavelength. Every episode makes me feel like I want to step up my game in my own life. Really great stuff

StevesirvI look forward to this podcast every weekI’m a big podcast listener and this is one of my top 3. Michael is a natural communicator and how he is able to articulate his thoughts /emotions and is able to interview his guests in such a comfortable way, making such an easy listen. I love how diverse his guest selection is and they’re able to get into real, raw conversations that can hit home with anyone.
-
Steve McGarryExcellent contentMike said I had to write a five star review and he’s pretty jacked so here goes: He brings on interesting and amazing people who share their experiences and habits. Not every guest hits me with something I try to apply but when they do it enhances my life. I like that he connects with the guests on more than just a surface level so the interview isn’t canned. Keep up the great work!
-
MaryOO1959Great Health ContentLove the health and fitness content from creator and guests. Wish he’d adhere to the tradition of anonymity instead of creating a loophole for himself.
-

JEFNYC161‘Rhône Brothers’ Episode is Best YetKoH Podcast continues to deliver amazing content, insight and value. The thoughtfulness of the guests is outstanding and all have very different backgrounds and insights to share. It’s nice to learn from people who aren’t on every other podcast out there. But this week’s episode with the two brothers who own Rhône is by far the best to date. It’s worth not only a listen but a second listen as well. Thanks for all you do and share with the world.

GLW1488My absolute favorite podcast!I look forward to Michael’s podcast every week! I’m a small business owner entrepreneur and hearing his stories of how he built his businesses, and continues to, are so helpful and inspiring. I’m NJ based and worked in NYC for many years, and would take the subway to the village just to go to The Meatball Shop! I was already aware of TMS and Michael’s accomplishments, so when I found his podcast, I immediately jumped in. I’m not even a fitness person, but this podcast is so relatable for every day life and hardships. The lessons he shares can be directed toward anyone who has been through struggles, and how staying driven and afloat will determine your success. Besides being a new small biz owner, I’m also a new mom, and experienced the loss of my own mom right before my son was born, and Michael’s personal advice of trauma and wisdom go along way, especially on the hard days. I also love that he responds back to followers on IG, myself included, which is the nicest! I’ve started a morning routine, which is hard to stick with with a 1.5 year old, but I try my hardest. I also love hearing his guests share their routines! Knightcap is my jam, and I need to end my night with it every night! Thank you so much to Michael for being so raw and open, and helping so many people through every day life. Can’t wait for this weeks episode!
-
AIN_JOELInspiringFantastic podcast with unique guests. Michael always covers habits during his chat, but one of the central themes of the pod for me is inspiration. Listening in the morning gets me motivated to tackle and win the day.
-

addiction216Chernow Knows!I’ve followed Mr Chernow’s career since he owned the Meatball Shop and his success in restaurants transfer to his health/wellness and fitness businesses. His podcast episodes are reminders that we are all capable of being getting to freedom by facing our fears. Love his guest interviews and solo episodes. Great podcast series!
-

RoadiesUSAMichael Chernow, I can’t quit youI have recently found myself trying to force an information diet. I was consuming too many podcasts and started looking for shows to stop following. When it came to Kreatures of Habit, it just had to stay at the top of my playlist. Michael Chernow is a machine, and he has curated a wide variety of interviews of individuals who have figured out different habits to optimize their lives, their health and their passions. I love that he isn’t afraid to grab someone he knows personally for an interview, no matter who it is, and doesn’t feel compelled to rely on current cycle of podcast guest making the rounds on other shows. If they have a story and a few tips to help others make their lives better, he brings them on the show. I love hearing about Michael’s own story and his own habits and optimizations in his life as those often come up in the convos with his guests in a natural and supportive way. You can tell Michael has a mission of helping others improve their daily routines for a better, longer, healthier life. I am thankful for Michael and the passion and information he provides on a consistent and regular basis. Keep it up Chernow!

R8kopSo much goodnessI’ve been following Michael for a while and I have nothing but respect for a hard working, humble, successful man who is happy to share his strategies for a happy, healthy, full, and rich life. A lot of the tid bits discussed in the podcast really resonate with me. Things like meditation through movement and not being afraid of doing hard things. I love it. I’m also happy to support his products because here is a man with integrity, that you know put his entire being into providing consumers with the best product he could come up with. Michael keep pumping out awesome stuff…we are rooting for you!!!

Kchu676Favorite Find This YearI found this podcast after listening to Michael’s guest appearance on Ben Greenfield’s podcast. I had no idea Michael was the founder of Seamore’s and The Meatball Shop, which have been restaurant staples during my time in New York, and after listening to Michael’s hacks for morning routines and habits, I was instantly hooked and started following the Podcast. Michael is extremely engaging and refreshing to listen to, I would highly recommend this podcast! 5/5

Emanlopez984Detailed routine habits are incredible to hearWithin the last two months, I’ve listened to a few podcasts of the KOH. It’s very interesting to hear the detailed habits and routines of many successful people in business and in health. I really like the way that Michael goes into detail about certain aspects of routines. he also has solo podcasts that are very useful when you don’t have as much time to listen to a full length episode.
-
JG SoCalCan’t get enough of this show!Michael, thank you for sharing all of the habits that have made you successful. Any one who listens and pays attention can benefit in some way. I’ve personally been coached by Michael and it changed my life!

Dr. Ruben Montané, D.C.My go to for wellness & self-care content!I first heard of Michael Chernow in 2016 from a YouTube video called Michael Chernow's 30-Day Challenge: The Quest for 3% Body Fat. I had no idea who this guy was but I was intrigued. Since then, I’ve been following his journey and his podcast from day one and I absolutely love the conversations and the content he shares! 5 stars and definitely recommended!
-

alexksvkThe Most Inspiring New Yorker (from a former New Yorker)When I was living in New York City, Mike’s restaurant was always a weekend contender; I’d loved introducing friends and acquaintances to the food and the culture. His place was one of my favorites, until I moved my family from the city in search of singularity. Through decompressing from the fast-paced life I led, I learned about the importance of practicing simplicity and ritual, and it exponentially expanded my worldview. I wasn’t listening to podcasts as heavily as I was at that time, but if I had, I might have discovered that Mike was going through a similar transformation. Fast forward to April 8, when I heard Chernow on Ben Greenfield’s podcast, and he spoke about practicing much of the same things that I had picked up on myself, with a deeply inspiring sense of humor and grace. I immediately started listening to Kreatures of Habit, and it organically became the show I listened to while I cooked breakfast and lunch for my family. During the April 19th episode, Mike talked about questioning his morning (and subsequent daily) routines, which I hadn’t dared to do since having adopted them. I admired his candor in relenting that he adopted his habits out of goodness, and he practices them out of goodness, because he believes his set of actions based in values is connected to his being present with his family, passionate about his work, and consistent with his love of giving to others. Mike, thank you for your impactful work! I’m very much looking forward to following your explorations (including Crossfit, which I’d also fallen in love with very quickly).
-
tcole321Habit FollowerAfter hearing Michael on The Spartan Up podcast and then again on Ben Greenfields podcast I decided to dive into his own podcast and I love it! His story closely resembles my own and it’s inspiring to say the least! I know from personal experience how hard it is to get out of the darkness and into the light! Once you get on the right track there is nothing better than being fit and healthy! Keep up the good work Michael! Thank you for sharing!

RBiss93Inspirational, Informative and Entertaining!I recently found the Kreatures Of Habit podcast after trying to create new habits that align with a new schedule. I gave the episode with Tim Timberlake a play and after that I wanted to listen to them all. Michael is so inspiring in so many different ways! Every time I listen to an episode I take one piece of information away that I can implement in my own life. When Michael says this podcast has the potential to change your life, he’s not kidding!!!
