There are lots of bad podcasts out there. Podcasts that basically ramble on with nothing to say. Hosts that are insufferable and hard on the ears. And then there’s the Thrillist podcast. I always learn something new. The production values are really high and the host is endearing and perfect for this medium. I look forward to each episode. I know I’m in for a treat. It’s like unwinding at the end of the day with a soothing glass of wine or a good beer, but without the calories. Terrific job.

Super informative and interesting — def my new favorite podcast

Thrillist Explorers is absolutely amazing. I can't get enough of this; it's very eye opening, fun, and pretty laid-back. I really like how unique the stories are and the people they speak with on the show. I'm surprised they can fit some many great elements in a single episode.

I can’t begin to say how disappointed I was at this episode. Where was the South and West Side? Chicago is 30% African American and you totally whited out that population....

this show is as useful as the kardashians.

In the episode about movie blockbusters by decade, it was so hard to listen to Esther say “like” every other word. I had to turn it off. Not to mention she admitted at the beginning she was too afraid to watch a lot of the blockbusters, so I’m not sure why she was a part of this panel.

I enjoyed the content that I had to stop listening to it because I could not hear the word “like” one more time

I really love what Wil and Thrillist have done with this podcast. Instead of doing a basic food review show or talking about trends, Wil and the team here work hard to delve into the human details of food, drinks and travel. Highly recommend this show.

I’m in my car constantly for work and I constantly listen to this show. It’s great entertainment and always a fresh take every episode. The host Wil is constantly making me laugh and keeping me coming back. Worth a listen.

Not everyone has a voice for podcasting. Stick to writing articles. It’s unbearable.

I wasn’t expecting to love this podcast, especially right off the bat, but it’s a must listen imo. It’s so interesting to hear Journalists talk about relationships with cities and how they’re ever changing. It’s also fascinating that they want to genuinely give the best recommendations without blowing a spot up and flooding it with tourists. I felt like the tone was very laid back in a really cool way that isn't always palpable from just reading the articles. Very funny as well. shout out to the Insomniac with Dave Attell reference... now that’s the topical content I crave! Lol but seriously great ep excited to hear the next one and very curious what the topic will be!

This seems really authentic as a show. It’s something Thrillist is known for and I love that they are debating topics with educated employees that have knowledge and research to back it up. I’ll be back.
