Steve does an excellent job providing up-to-date App Store optimization tips & marketing advice from both his own experience and that of the app pros he interviews. Episodes that I really like are the live recordings of his coaching calls. If you have an app, or are considering creating an app, it will be well worth your time to listen to this podcast.

A few episodes were okay but when you get a short episode that is only meant to get you to buy something and the rest of the info in the episode is nothing but a time waste. Just don’t podcast that leave it to your video watchers. I don’t mind you selling something. But don’t make me listen to only the sales pitch. I have no idea if what you are selling is even worth it.

This is the best podcast for app entrepreneurs. Steve's wealth of knowledge paired with that of his guests is invaluable. There's always great interviews and great tips in every episode.

The content and interviews are great. My only complaint is the way you talk when you are not in an interview. Staccato talking is annoying and if it weren’t for the content I would’ve unsubscribed

As a new app entrepreneur I was looking to improve on unknown areas, specifically marketing. I am a big believer in a system, and Steve provides great advice is helpful, however he offers a systematic approach, which is very valuable. I am already starting to see results just from info in his podcast. System > Random hacks! Keep up the great work!

Hi Steve, I've always enjoyed your podcast but I do feel recently it's lost some of the quality it has had previously, really for these two reasons: 1- You are doing more YouTube videos that have been turned into podcasts, but in many cases there are details where you say, "look at this", without describing what is going on. I'm an avid podcast listener as I spend a lot of time in the car, but never have 30 minutes to sit and watch YouTube. Anyway, this sort of thing makes the episode feel a little light on content, and makes me as a podcast listener feel like a 2nd class citizen. Ie the podcast then feels like an afterthought, and it makes me concerned that you'll eventually drop it altogether. Apple podcasts can also be video -- not sure what technical considerations are here, but maybe that would make the video episodes make better sense. 2- More of the interview episodes the last couple months feel like they are 70% an infomercial for the interviewee's product/service, and 30% content. I understand that the chance to plug their stuff is a good way to get people on the show, but the ratio's not right. Thanks for reading. Andrew

If you’re not listening to Steve's Podcast you might as well play Russian roulette with you app ASO. I bumped into Steve's podcast while looking to learn more about ASO and have been hooked on ever since. Love the content he puts out. It’s not filled with fluff and he doesn't waste your precious time with boring info. Down to the point and packed with value.

Steve's podcast is one the of the most valuable resources available to app developers and marketers. A "must" listen, if you're in the business.

This show is great for those that have already made the app or game and are ready to start world domination. Steve (the host) asks probing questions and gets details out of the guest that are really important and timely to what you are going to be doing while launching, promoting, and driving sales for your app or game. Great show.

I recently discovered the App Masters podcast and had to write a review. There’s a ton of useful content and lessons here for all types of entrepreneurs, not just people building apps. Steve is a terrific host and does a great job to extract useful information from his guests. I also really enjoyed the episode titled "3 Brutal Lessons I Learned in My First Year as an Entrepreneur”. Steve shared some key lessons and was very open about his first year — the good and the bad. Great stuff!

When I started creating my first app, I had no experience in the app world. I would get so overwhelmed, I often wondered if I should just give up and check out Breaking Bad or get some sleep. I was a recent guest on Steve's show and really enjoyed his interview/conversation style. Since then, I've gone back and listened to a few other episodes. I love his emphasis on finding people who do interesting things with apps and getting them to deep dive into their business model.

I listen to almost every episode of this podcast, and I enjoy the fact that it's both conversational and energetic. The podcast isn't very technical--it's more about coming up with app ideas and marketing your app than about coding. A lot of the episodes are focused on the stories of how app developers got to where they are and the decisions they made in the process. Steve, if you keep doing 3 episodes a week, I'll probably listen to all of them, but don't kill yourself doing it! Thanks!

A great podcast for mobile developers, even though the focus is on iOS, just about everything can be applied to Andorid. Each episode is packed with actionable information and a great story. Once your hooked, you should go back and start listening from the beginning.
