PatrickWorksOutInformativeGood job with the interview, JT. I especially liked hearing about Dennis's journey to finding optimal nutrition. And he's right. The prevailing "knowledge" back then was "do running" and "meat is bad." So, from vegetarianism to pure veganism, then a more ketogenic way of eating, ancestrally based. And you're right. Dennis is an absolute unit. You're also very good at this, Jerry. You made the interview more like a nice, informative conversation.
