    Love the show, but
I am disappointed in the recent advertisement for Better Help. I thought this show had standards for which companies were allowed to advertise.

A Top 10 best Health and Fitness Podcast!
I love this podcast!! Brad is hilarious and very knowledgable, a definite leader in the health and fitness industry. I also love how he is open-minded and willing to stray from the usual topics from time to time. He truly lives his motto "Peak Performance with passion". Excellent podcast!

    Best Podcast I Know Of
I follow lots of podcasts, but if I had to choose only ONE, it would be Brad’s. He has a unique ability to gather information and summarize the key points with almost encyclopedic recall. I love that he is super honest and stays flexible in what he’s learning. For example, he hasn’t been afraid to share that he’s learning that carb restriction, fasting, etc may not be as important as he once believed — that openess and new viewpoint really helped me. He brings on amazing guests like Jay Feldman and John Gray. Brad’s podcasts have been very important in my physical and overall health.

    Since forever
I have followed Brad through all his different podcasts, going back to when he would start out with a rap or song. I am impressed by his open mind to new information and determination to lead from the front. It is easy to listen to his delivery and great to hear his sense of humor. Never a dull moment and full of actionable practices. -Jim T

    Great health tips
Brad’s podcasts are a great resource for health and personal growth. It’s amazing how he shares his daily routine, down to the details of what he eats and drinks. This makes me think of putting more fruits into my diet! I also like the quick tips in managing stress, the value of self awareness, getting the right amount of sleep, etc. I have learned to look into my inner self and apply these lessons into my daily life. I’m a work in progress but slowly getting there.

    Superb content
I listen to around 5-7 fitness based podcasts but this one is by far my favorite. Amazing content, excellent guests and Brads delivery makes the complex simple. From this podcast I have been exposed to a few others that are in my rotation. And while several have lost their place, the B.Rad is always my go to listen.

I love Brad’s science backed but also easy use advice. He has a positive tone and vibe that I look forward to and always helps motivate me! As an ex-ultrarunner, I don’t feel guilt over leaving it behind and I am loving my new sprint workouts on my treadmill! Thanks Brad!

Informative and balanced approach to health
This is one of my favorite health podcasts! Brad is down-to-earth and brings a balanced approach to health and longevity topics that is a breath of fresh air. His humor is also very witty. He is great at interviews, but I equally love his perspective on his solo shows. I’ve been listening for a few years and keep coming back for more.

Laugh out loud funny and super interesting info always
Brad is insanely funny and somehow manages to make me me laugh out loud every time while also offering consistently great content…I don’t know how he does it but it’s a delight to listen to a podcast hosted by someone who is so knowledgeable about all things wellness, who happens to be hysterically funny. Yeah you can get a personal trainer and nutritionist or you can just carry on listening to this podcast and watching his YouTube videos. I love the lighthearted approach and the fact that all his tips for health, sleep, exercise, diet etc, actually work. Truly such an enriching show to listen to.

    Epic, Funny, Life-Changing Show!
I listen to A LOT of health podcasts, and I can say, this is up there with the best of the best! There’s a reason the B.rad Podcast (as of this writing) has 4.8 stars. You can’t buy that. It is incredible. Brad Kearns is an overwhelmingly accomplished and knowledgeable host, and also near hysterical. Tuning in, I get my daily (literal) “laugh out loud,” while also learning fascinating things in the health and fitness world to boot. Brad brings on the most epic guests, while providing a fresh, unique perspective. I also feel like he is open-minded, which is so important to me, when choosing which sources to get my information from. Do not hesitate to listen to this show ASAP. Thank you so much Brad for all you do!! Please never stop podcasting 🤩

Grateful for Brad’s commitment to educating others
I am beyond grateful to this podcast. Brad manages to explain complicated topics into a more humanized and relatable conversation. His choices in guests have been inspirational and educational. Listening to them, Has given me the insight and support I needed to fine tune myself. As an example, I suffer from Pre- diabetes and I listened to the Dr Cate Shanahan episode, and that was a life saver. Since I have listened to her episode, I have been able to use all my accumulated knowledge to lower my weight and blood sugar. I feel healthier and more in control of my choices because I understand them better. This podcast was the kick I needed to make changes, and it provided the knowledge and support I needed to get started. I guess I “got over myself” :) I always look forward to what other interesting topics I will learn more about on Brad’s show. He is a character, and that is what makes it fun.

    Always enjoyable!
I love this podcast because I’m passionate about endurance running, low carb healthy eating, and the need to slow down and be outside more. Brad always speaks to these passions. Glad to know his other listeners are like me... sometimes i feel so alone in this mostly unhealthy population we live in!

Review of Get over yourself podcast.
Brad Kearns brings it to each and every podcast. As a professional triathlete, Brad was one of the best in the word. He brings that same enthusiasm to his shows as he would do a race. Plus his singing on the show keeps thing’s entertaining. I highly recommend his podcasts for the athlete who wants to see things a little differently. Keep up the good work Kearnsy!

    Take a cold plunge!
Always brings a huge smile to my face every time I see that a new episode of this podcast has dropped. Excellent content and insight from an amazing variety of guests. Everything from biohackers, doctors, athletes, entrepreneurs, authors, scientists, researchers, and other fellow podcasters. I love Brad’s interviewing style (and rapping/hip-hop) sense of humor, storytelling, and extensive knowledge and passion for all of us ancestral health and fitness enthusiasts out there. GOY has something new and informative every episode. With gratitude, Scott - Chicago

    Needs a tweak
Generally a good podcast with interesting topics and worthwhile information. Any chance Brad can ease off the anti-Trump bias every now and then? Gets old.
  • conniebegonnie
    I love this podcast
Brad is open and real about things. So many people out there think they need to overtrain, take a selfie while doing it just to show everyone how amazing they are and then make absurd recommendations to those who follow them on social media. Brad is not afraid to call that out and talk about what’s reality and fake news. Love this podcast love his attitude and as an awesome how’re myself he is so right. Thanks brad for taking the time to help others with this podcast.

    Long Overdue Review
This 5 star review is long overdue...I have listened to the GOY podcast from the beginning and never failed to learn something new from each episode. The latest breather episode, The Incrediblbe Micro-Workout and Other Time-Efficient Fitness Tips, addressed all of my current fitness stumbles and offered practical, doable solutions. Many overdue thanks for all the fine work you do to help me to get over myself.

    100% Attendance
I have listened to Brad since his first primal blueprint podcast. I listen to endurance podcasts even though I’m not into endurance or an athlete at all. I followed him to this podcast and will continue to follow him because his outlook on life is dead on for me. Great interviews that translate to life in general so that you can listen to just about anything and get interested and relate. Nothing but love!

    Carnivore w/Saladino
Great content in this podcast! I'm a Primal Blueprint enthusiast all the way and yet loved the insight here and will work towards this approach. I feel like the Carnivore lifestyle to the Paleo/Primal community would be similar to the Maffetone Heart Rate approach to the Endurance community...they might not want to believe the BigAssSalad may not be such a good thing. Thanks for all the insight Brad!

    love the variety
I've really been enjoying this podcast! Brad, the host, invites a wide variety of guests to interview. Then, he makes the interview relevant to anyone by relating what he is learning to his own life. He is not afraid to be vulnerable by sharing example of where he has dilemmas in his life as a partner and father. Keep up the great content!
