itstimeforanapInsight, humor, snark, and some history! This podcast helped me more than anything else to becoming the runner I am today. Carissa and John’s compassion, wit, and insight not only helped guide me in this journey to better health, but has also made me a better person. I can’t thank them enough for this.

DW4MeKeep the HistoryKeep the mini history lessons. At a Haunted History walking tour in DC a few weeks ago, the tour guide told the story of Dan Sickles. I’m like ‘I know This story’ and I added a fact that the tour guide told didn’t know. So, for one evening, I knew more history than my entire family.

christina.danielle24Thank you so much for this gift, John & CarissaThis podcast just makes you feel like a part of something special in the run world. Thank you so much for sharing details about you & for the helpful segments (the quality interviews, the mail responses, the nutrition) - it’s all so lovely and helpful. It’s been a hard year for me, and I was feeling disconnected from running. This podcast feels like a hug, and I’m excited about the races ahead. I have been applying the nutrition tips. Thank you for this sweet gift of a podcast. Your time, perspective, and expertise are so truly wonderful 💖.

Heidi DrumThis will always put a smile on your faceI love catching up with Carissa and John and enjoy the interviews, stories and fun life sharing that they do on this podcast. Lots to learn and listen to here. Enjoy a fun show with great hosts!

Rob VertreesAsgard’s favorite podcastSince I failed to go for Thanos’s head, and sunk into a battle of depression, I ended up slightly out of shape with a rather large beer belly. As I try to get back into Avengers shape, running races thru RunDisney has been my go to activity. Alas, there are only four weekends per year where I am able to satiate that thirst. This podcast, however, has given me the desire to continue my running elsewhere, and I find myself enjoying the witty banter between the hosts, as well as the inspirational stories of the guests. Five Stars all around. Dad Bod Thor

surfsupdonInspiring and FunJohn and Carissa, along with Weston and their Guests, do a terrific job. The podcast is informative, funny, heartfelt, and inspiring. Keep being great! It remains the only podcast I listen to, but in reality, what else is needed?!
-
Rollem123More than just Run Disney (but it’s that, too!)John and Carissa have great rapport on their show about all things running, Disney, travel and more. I reminisce about hearing their voices at the start line of Disney races while I listen to their convesersations and interviews. Definitely worth a listen :)
-
BebaprincessrunnerThese two are the best! Thanks for the laughs and the info! Great hearing you guys on a weekly basis! Keep up the good work!
-
PB loveEvery mile is magicWhen ever I am away from Disney and running, I turn this podcast on and feel like I am back at Disney. The miles go by much faster when listening to John and Carissa and hearing that 3-2-1-go always pumps me up to run faster! So grateful they share their time with us to do these podcasts!
-
missyjane6Keeps me motivated! This podcast kept me entertained and motivated as I trained for the princess challenge this year! The podcast raised my excitement week after week and it felt like Christmas morning when the weekend was finally here! It was so fun to attend Princess weekend and feel more connected to the runDisney community. I’m hooked on the podcast and look forward to each and every episode!

TikiChuck55Knowledge and Magic in Between Run Disney Events“321 Go! the Podcast” is a must listen for any Run Disney athlete. There is a perfect combination of really useful event, general running and even nutrition information along with some super fun behind the scenes banter between Carissa and John. Totally keeps me in the Disney bubble in between run Disney events.

Seanjack2011Great, fun running podcastI love this podcast. The hosts have such great chemistry. Not a lot of podcasts make me smile while listening, but this one does, multiple times an episode.
-
Magic CoordinatorLove this podcast!Normally I listen to music while I run. Pandora gives me a hodgepodge of Disney, Broadway musicals & oldies, but lately I’ve been less motivated. Listening to Carissa & John & their guests has made me laugh, cry, relive RunDisney memories & get through my long training runs. Thank you! 💕

Bklynite123For that off-season fixThis is the perfect podcast for RunDisney fans and runners of all kinds. Hearing John and Carissa’s voices makes me excited for my upcoming races at WDW and will make hearing them at the start that much sweeter. Great guests, great advice, and funny too! John and Carissa make a great comic duo, with real chemistry that shines through on each episode.
-
RunDis girlInstant unfollowI can’t believe Running In Makeup made your show, especially with how nasty she has been to runners on course. “Internet fame” has definitely gotten to this one.
-
TheBigSkipperMakes me so happyI love your show, your insights, your great guests, and feeling like I’m in the corrals waiting to run! Love you both!
-

-
sprocketqueenGreat chemistry!Love this podcast. Seems like Disney should be paying for this show since the hosts manage to capture all the fun of the Disney races. Perfect for training — or getting out of bed to train. Which I need to do now: 3,2,1…Go!
-

-
AJ224222Music to my ears!Have always loved hearing you at start lines and now look forward to your words of inspiration on my training runs! As a theater major, event industry worker and marathoner - you guys are my cup of tea! I love running/races but I don’t necessarily always want to hear just about finish times, workouts, and fueling (although it’s all important!) The logistics behind the events, inspiring stories, bloopers are really welcome listening! Shines a light on this whole experience we’ve come to love beyond just the running! Thank you - can’t wait for more!
-
Solid FoamSo much funIf you like RunDisney, why are you wasting time reading this review and not just listening to this amazing podcast?
-
RunMikeD321 Yes!Really enjoyable to hear our fav race announcers outside of the start line. Definitely adding it to my must listens. One mild criticism would be to adjust the recording volume so it’s not redlining.
-
Gway3000I love it!!So entertaining! Can’t wait for more!!
