    Great
Never thought I would enjoy listening to guys talking about everything gun related, but I have to say this one always have something interesting and sometimes they even answer questions I didn’t know I had.

Loved the Letterkenny reference Seth. That’s what I appreciates about you

    2nd Guessing
Man, Seth, GREAT SHOW! Love the content and the clean language, for the most part! Turned a buddy on the the podcast, as well. He’s definitely an enthusiast! However, I listened to the 75 yr anniversary episode and was completely tuned off by the boss, his attitude and his taking God’s name in vain. I was seriously thinking of going Hornady all the way, but may stick with Sig. Didn’t like the big dawg’s attitude at all.

    Thanks for the show.
I have reloaded since I can remember, maybe 50 years now. Far from an expert, learn something new all the time and it often comes from your show. It’s great to know the “right” way to do something but far better to understand the why of it! I often learn that why from you all. Also thanks for what Horandy has done with Heartland shooting park. Sitting here now getting ready to smoke some zombies Friday. This place rocks.

    Questionable information
Initially I loved the podcast. Then competitive shooters - who are very successful- started to be quite vocal in their disagreement with what Hornady advocates in their podcasts. I wrote it off as “different strokes for different folks” and that Hornady has to live in the realm of SAAMI specs and the competitors don’t. Now the trust has been broken. The 7mm PRC debacle has made me question everything they say. As a 7mm PRC shooter, the willful dishonesty of their factory product is despicable. Mistakes happen and can be forgiven. Willfully lying won’t be forgiven. And now that we know that Hornady will willfully lie to their customers, everything else they say must be questioned. Such a shame. The guys on the podcast sounded like good guys. But now we know it was an act to sell more product.

    Reloading since Noah.
I am a baby boomer, started reloading in the 60s, 270win and 30-06. in my 20 started shooting competitively, and still do. Alot of my stuff is from Pacific tool. Seth has done a great job of MC in this podcast. I really enjoy everybody, people from the lab, and people at large with technical knowledge of our sport and pastime. I have yet to find something to disagree with. It sounds like we all had, the same past experiences and adventures. I do a lot of traveling and listen to a lot of podcasts so keep them coming.

    Poor choice.
I’m a longtime conservative, but the DT, Jr. is as gross a representation as his eskimo brother Newsom. Do better, Hornady.

    Top shelf
I found your podcast a few days ago, and to a reloading nerd it is great. Listened to the show on 6ARC and ordered 250 rounds of brass and a set of die’s before the show was over. Now I have to find a rifle

    Trump Jr? Lol
    Adios Hornady.

    Trump Junior interviewed
I’m a longtime conservative and second amendment supporter and as a person who has served this nation and is a believer in the rule of law. I am disappointed that you gave airtime to the son, and supporter, of a clear insurrectionist. I will no longer listen to or support you company in anyway. Phil

    Surprisingly Great!
I am not the reloaded type but love hunting. Thought I should get more knowledge so started listening. Never knew that would start me getting sold on products. So now there are questions. What are the steps to making my AR-15 5.56 be able to shoot the 22 ARC that you have sold me on? I can’t be the only one that doesn’t really know how that will work. Same mags? Different barrel? What manufacturer? Thank you Seth and all the “Bullet Nerds” there at Hornady. (Accurate Dependable Deadly). Love you guys.

    Great info and analyses!
Awesome job balancing objective data with subjective experiences with each cartridge! Would really like to hear Hornady’s perspective on the future of the WSM family, specifically the 300 WSM, with the development and subsequent popularity of the PRC cartridges. Was the WSM chambering ever experimented with to set longer bullets; it looks very similar to the 6.5 PRC, just smaller diameter and less seating depth. Wonder what would happen if a 300 WSM chamber had a longer throat? Would pressures become an issue?

    Best ballistic podcast
Easily the most informative and entertaining shooting enthusiast podcast out there. If you like to nerd out on ballistics, this podcast is a can’t miss.

    Keep it up
This is quickly becoming my favorite firearms related podcast. Thanks to your bosses for letting you put it together. I would love to hear an episode spotlighting the SST line of bullets like you did for the VMAX. And I’d love to hear what happened to Interbond bullet lineup

    Great information
I only recently discovered these podcasts and I’m happy I did. The information is super helpful. I especially enjoyed the .30-06 episode. The historical information is great.

    Awesome
Very solid content. Super beneficial on and off season. Proud to shoot HORNADY bullets constructed by these guys. Thank you keep it up!

    Great information!!!!
Love the info you guys provide. I have one topic I would like to hear you talk about…. Velocity variations between shooting a muzzle break and a suppressor. My Springfield Waypoint2020 6.5 PRC shoots an average velocity of 2904 with my break. The average I got with my suppressor was 2951. 24” carbon barrel, Precision Hunter 143 ELDX. Help me understand 47 FPS increase in average difference.

    Podcast
To understand everything about ammunition from design, internal & external ballistics and terminal performance this is THE BEST. I would like to know about ruger .375. I have used one & like it however my friend needs it back. I’m having difficulty finding a rifle I like in that caliber, what’s up? Also can you rebarrel a Remington 700 in rem 7 mag to 300 PRC easily? Thanks for your information

    Meh
There is some good and very useful information coming out of these guys when it’s not a Hornady commercial. Hornady has done a lot for the shooting sports in the last 20 years, from the .17 HMR to the 6.5 manbun and making decent products affordable, and many, many others. To me this podcast often just feels like a Hornady commercial touting how they are the best. Don’t piss on my head and tell me it’s raining.

    Setting the standard
This is hands down my favorite podcast. Most of the episodes I listen to multiple times they are so informative. I even bought the Hornady reloading handbook after the last episode on reloading. I've thought about it for years. And would like to do it. So my only suggestion to Hornady would be instead of 500 bullets free with the purchase of selected reloading equipment to make it 500 free primers lol
  • Ar El Bee
    Pretty great, but…
Could be 5* if there was more Preston.

    Great show
The team is so enjoyable to listen to everyday. I would like to express my gratitude to the informative content and the simplicity used for the audience to understand. Keep up the work and sharing your thoughts and experiences.

    Science!!!
I absolutely love the science. There are great episodes with personal stories, but I really love and appreciate the science. This ‘cast had the coolest tools and the coolest materials to do the coolest science in small arms ballistics. Brilliant. So fun. Love Jeff Siewert’s guest spots. His side-mission stories are incredible. I could listen to him talk ballistic physics for days.

    5 Star +
Entertaining, super informative and this podcast has challenged my own beliefs about hunting and shooting. I have really enjoyed this podcast! It has really invigorated my interest in reloading. Keep it up guys!!!!
  • GlockGuy45
    Great episodes great confidence builder
I have been reloading for a while and I love it! To see so many others with the same passion and drive to make quality ammo and enjoy the experience is great for my mental confidence builder. I have well over 15k rounds of loaded ammo and I mainly target shoot. I always come away from the podcast learning something! Also I run 2 hornady presses. One a singe stage and one AP 5 station press. The AP does 95% of the ammo these days but good old reliable single stage has earned its place on my work bench and will forever have a home there! The hornady products are great and the customer service is even better! Thank you to all at hornady past and present for making the company what it is! Customer service is 99% of every business and you guys do a great job.
  • Blue on the Fligjt Deck
Long time listener and user of Hornady products
I wanted to leave a 5 star review and ask if Hornady ever planned on improving the .308 and 7mm-08 with a 7mm Creedmor and a 30Creedmor, I know the PRC added or improved on a design like the .264 or the 300WM or 7mm REM Mag with improved case designs and throats along with fast twist barrels but the 6.5 CM is an ideal case design. I know .308 and the mil spec variant would be hard to niche but I was curious also love the ARC and was wondering if there was ever any thoughts on a 7mm for AR with the 300 HAMR there is a gap but not sure if it is too niche a market thanks and as always love the products and the show. Ballistics has been fun to listen to and I love cartridges and bullet technologies

    Opening Day - Deer
Enjoyed the show on opening day Deer Season in Nebraska. Listening to all the opening day plans of the Hornady employees showed their commitment to the outdoors. It’s also good to hear Hornady is flexible in giving multiple employees time off to enjoy the season. Good luck to all.

    Learned a Ton!
I learned a lot listening to your episode covering Kaspar Outdoors and your interest in firearms. I’d highly recommend it to other fans of manufacturing. If you have the time, please check out a CNC machining podcast I host — “The Right Direction Podcast” from Compass Precision.

    I like it
Only thing I don't like is the the dam elk bellow being higher volume then the rest of the podcast. I did a binge listen and everytime a new started thought about skipping rest. But love the information and I live in nebraska so nice to hear about some local stuff.
