    Love this podcast!
Love this!!! Really relevant topics. Easy to understand; Dr Bikman breaks down complex issues well and takes time with explanations. Appreciate the variety and focus on insulin too. Nice voice and very easy to listen to- Thank you for putting this out in the world. Haven’t listened to all yet but if nothing out there already - Would love to hear about dietary recommendations for folks with 3/4 ApoE. Is a modified keto best? How does this compare to those with lipoprotein a? Don’t understand all of this but they seem to be risk factors that require more attention. Im diabetic and have been very successful on a keto diet but my cholesterol increased and I got nervous so stopped. Been searching for information on this and harder to find.

    Fantastic podcast!!
Love this podcast. I don’t have a medical back ground - but the explanations in this podcast are easy to understand. I’ve listened to most of the series two and three times!! The information provided in this podcast has definitely helped me to change the trajectory of my life (unknowingly on the diabetes track) and my future health! Would encourage everyone to listen to the whole series!!!
