BrunetteshellyNeeded informationWow. I love the advice from these topics and the length of the episodes. And he has the best guests! Episodes are like mini therapy sessions with information at the end on how you can continue working on the subject. Coming from a narcissist and co-dependent parents and understanding my co-dependency, this information is really helpful.

ZahlersMomGreat resource for anyone who values the relationships in your lifeThis podcast has been a great resource for understanding the unique dynamics of relationships and what characteristics can be toxic versus add value and authenticity. I found this host on TikTok and was happy to see he has so many resources across so many platforms. I have already improved the way i interact with the people i love from the tools i have learned. What i enjoy most is how funny the host is and how he speaks in a down to earth way that makes it feel so easy to receive. 10/10 highly recommend.

DMJ5142016Deep dive into aspects of self we need to understandThe host doesn’t just share stories about toxic relationships—he takes a deep dive into the elements of personality and life experience that lead us into (and can get us out of) those relationships. I learn something new in every episode!

Jannice BMatt Phifer is a Breath of Fresh AirMatt is doing something that other online coaches are not doing. Which is talking about learning to heal ourselves from these toxic relationships and behaviors. A lot of the coaches focus on teaching about Narcissism, which Matt teaches on as well but the focus doesn’t stay there. Not only does he have free teachings online almost every day of the week, but he also has this AMAZING podcast. His coaching group has helped me tremendously by having someone who truly understands what I’m going through so I can only imagine that his one on one coaching is even better. He’s definitely trying to foster an environment of emotionally healthy people in all aspects — romantic relationships, familial relationships and even the workplace. Love, love, love all his platforms and recommend the coaching if you can afford it!

JenniT07Co-parenting with a NarcissistI ran across Matt Phifer on Tik Tok. Wow, his content changed how I handled dealing with my child’s dad. Then he mentioned his podcast and it has been a true eye opener. From topics of love bombing, devaluing, gas lighting and reactive abuse...it has all helped in dealing with him.

Slerickson242Great info, rough sound mixingThis podcast is full of amazing information but a little rough for people listening with headphones. Talking is quiet so you have to turn it up but then the music is deafening.
