Charles Martel IIILove itAwesome podcast that finds the good in the movies that we all grew up with. Isn’t afraid to compliment films that others are quick to criticise. Thanks for the great show.

IsaacRThorneMark and company love moviesMovies, Films and Flix is one of the few non-horror podcasts in my subscription list. MFF does review horror movies, but not only horror movies. It's fun to listen to these guys discuss what makes a movie great or not-so-great in their eyes.

mustlovemoviesBest movie podcastThese guys are hilarious, love hearing their unique thoughts on old and new movies. They have introduced me to many of my new favorites. Keep them coming guys!

Sleepless in South FloridaQuirky yet insightfully fun!If film and literature courses were as interesting as these guys, I would have gotten a much better grade in those classes! They make fun connections between movies and discuss topics "critic" would never talk about. On top of being entertaining, I have discovered a few new favorite movies because of MFF. Pick a podcast title that looks interesting and give it a try!

Andredumas14Not just another podcast about movies! There are way too many podcasts about movies, but MFF puts a new spin on a tired formula and makes you see film in a totally different light. Love listening, love nodding along in agreement. Great job! Andre (Large Marge Sent Us)

ShAlves11Great pod!My favorite movie podcast!

ANameYouCanTrustDo yourself a favorThis is one of the best podcasts around. Genuinely enjoyable each and every episode. If you are a fan of cinema in all its facets, do yourself a favor and get on this joy train

Josh_Bennett_The Greatest Film Related PodcastWhen it comes to listening to men talk about movies, there’s a lot of options. Most of those options involve people arguing and ranting about their opinions. MFF, on the other hand, focuses on the facts. Statistics are gathered (By co-host Mark Hofmeyer) and discussed about. This is what separates MFF from the rest of the competition. So go ahead, listen to it. You’ll love it.

ScareScapes™Easy to get hookedThese guys know their films. The references are all over the place and make me want to bone up on my film history. I’m in total agreement about Kurt Russell and John Leguizamo - more movie roles, please! And if a random bad guy stops to eat a crunch bar, the good guys have no chance. Love this podcast!

BostonJohn617Top Notch Podcast! These guys are the definition of movie aficionados. They appreciate all aspects of film and want to share why they are such fans. They talk about anything and everything. Anything. Really, they will talk about stuff you don't even think about and now that's what you'll think about when someone mentions that movie now. They have a funny, unique perspective that will keep you interested and impressed with what they have to say and the effort they put in to review something for you. The shows are funny and thoughtful and will always have you thinking about something in a new light so that's why I tune in!

Clk264Love it!!These guys are very knowledgeable when speaking about films. I really enjoy how it's conversational and humorous. You actually feel like they are in the room with you talking while having a few beers! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Sweet Sugar x 10Timothy Olyphant = Mongoose?Great chemistry makes this podcast stand out. The observations and random riffs keep my attention.

Tommy117117It’s even for film noobsI am no movie buff, but I still found the podcast very entertaining. The back and forth between John and Mark, reliving obscure movie memories on wild tangents, really makes this worth a listen. You’ll never learn so much about things that matter so little. Recommended.

PodcastJunkie1981Invasion of the Kurt Russell meganerds!I've now listened to all 7 episodes (most of them several times) and this is like my favorite radio show ever on a topic that no one covers like these guys. They make being a movie geek feel cool and turn over-analysis into something clever and invited. Listen to them talk about about the "fish axe" scene in Snowpiercer in more than one episode...even if you didn't see the movie you'll laugh!. LOVE THIS SHOW. I've only seen half of what they discuss and I love it anyway!
-
JMaasGoofyWhat a wonderfully weird movie podcast. It’s anything but what you expect from a normal run of the mill cast about films.
-
#1fan1Entertaining Movie GeeksYou have to listen to these guys and their original take on movies and the film industry. Their knowlege base is unbelievable and they explore questions about film that you never thought to ask...why does Kurt Russel have a proclivity for sleeveless shirts? Why are girls in horror movies always wearing tank tops? Do you know the complete history of AVP? This and many many more questions you'll have to listen to get the full scoop!
-
DondereA good listenVery entertaining. They bring a smart, perceptive and interesting commentary while they are also pretty funny
-
Sumone YunoHonest, insightful, and entertainingThis is off to a good start. Very personable guys chatting with each other about movies and providing interesting insights about them. Definitely a fresh perspective on some classic movies. Very amusing and reminiscent of the banter heard on morning drive time radio programs. Will definitely be on my list of things to listen to on the way to work, while eating lunch, or when sitting at the airport. The best half hour I have spent today. Wow... Kathy Bates was in the studio. I heard her.
-
bdsgirlIt's all about the moviesI know these guys are passionate about this project because I've actually been to a movie with one of them. If you are into movies in general, sit back, take a listen and decide for your self. Good luck.
-
chuck finleyFunny, organic and full of fantastic conversationsWhether it be discussions about Kurt Russell's sleeveless shirts or the Magnificent Seven these guys always have something funny to say. I love listening to the pod and can't wait for more!

Jer.mooreRefreshing take on cinema. My favorite new podcast on movies. These guys have a refreshing take on how to enjoy film. There is no art school pretentiousness, just film fans who like talking about what they like about movies.

Teloch_NemesisEverything you didn’t know about movies but shouldMany folks talk about how good or bad a movie is, whether or not it’s original or funny. Those conversations are short and boring. The fun conversations are when you invent tropes, see how many movies fit the bill, and gather as much evidence as possible to support it. Is the actor actually the same character in every movie, merely separated by space and time? Is the second banana, the side-kick, the actual hero of the flick? Is there a key ingredient to wardrobe that defines talent and skill? All this and horror movies too. A great show for pop culture wizards.
