Pitch With KimHad me at ‘Calm’ & ‘Peace’The two core desired feelings most everyone wants to feel (in addition to joy) are calm and peace, and Gina embodies everything about that. From her demeanor, to the inspiring messages of hope she shares, to the captivating conversations with guest experts - this show is a must-listen for anyone desiring more calm and peace in their lives - regardless of your relationship with anxiety.

Locating my familyHer Voice is calmingI just started looking for good Anxiety coaches. I am still recovering from a recent “minor” stroke. When I listening to her podcast I get a sense of hope to get back to my baseline. Is it possible?
-
person...lolDefinitely helps meI love this podcast! What is with the intro voice though? It's unsettling.
-
Hammering Dancer 81It’s greatWhat is that intro voice tho?

Gleela82Advertising style feels unethicalI can’t tell where the advice ends and the advertising begins, sometimes seemingly mid sentence. The additional commercials are more obvious to separate out from the unsponsored suggestions and advice. Anxiety isn’t as simple as any one fast, supplement or practice and the oversimplification in the name of profit makes me uninterested in listening any further.

desitravThank youThank you so much for making this podcast and sharing your knowledge. I don’t normally subscribe to podcasts but you are so worth the money. This podcast has been a light for me and instantly calms me but also helps me do the work of understanding what’s really going on inside of me. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone with anxiety and even those without. Please keep doing what you do you’re great at it.

JillMarie529Commercials come with no warningI have been listening to this podcast for a few years now, whenever I’m having a bout of anxiety. Going through it currently, and the new skin care commercials just pop in and it kind of loses my focus on what Gina is saying. I get that podcasts are a business but maybe a heads up about the commercial?
-
Bellestar22Ad read feedbackI love the podcast and I love supporting the work however I wish the ads were announced or cut to more gracefully. Sometimes the ad pops in mid sentence or sounds like a continuation of the conversation. I’m not sure how much of this can be controlled because some ads are inserted automatically but I thought you’d like to hear this feedback.

Kellio16Helpful and tangible tools to navigate anxietyHaving had an anxiety disorder for most of my life and now experiencing a rough patch, I have found Gina’s soothing voice and tangible tools to be so calming and helpful as I work through this. Thank you for helping so many of us via this podcast.
-
mnturtlegirlThank youI’ve struggled with anxiety since I was 12 years old. Two years I was diagnosed with PTSD. Your calming voice is what first attracted me to your podcast. Just the calmness of your voice is what I needed to hear at first. Then once my body was able to relax I was able to soak in the information. Now playing t is a ritual for me to listen to you every night before bed. You are so calming, and intelligent! You are spot on & educational! If my anxiety ever allows me to travel I would love to meet you someday! I live in a small town in MN. I tell everyone to listen to your podcast- thank you for taking the time to help people like me.
-
K-dogg1010101Helpful quick calmingI only listened to the illness anxiety episode because this a major issue for me. It was lovely, a soft voice, some tips on meditation, the affirmations I wanted to hear! It’s hard to find meditations on fear of sickness. I’d be happy to subscribe and listen to more. Thank you!

MSW615Just what I neededThese are short, eye opening “pep talks” about how anxiety and stress manifest in our mental and physical selves. Mostly they illuminate how we mask (feed) our anxiety and “medicate” in ways that involve substances, procrastination, avoidance and poor self talk and how these behaviors keep anxiety present even when we (think) we aren’t feeling it. I listen to some episodes multiple times because they are so on point.

RobbinVesterSo HelpfulI found this podcast about six months ago. I was in the midst of my grief over the loss of my father. I was experiencing anxiety and this podcast has been a tremendous help. The lessons are short and are on point with practical help. I find Gina’s voice and manner to be very soothing. I continue to listen and learn. Thank you for the work that you do to support a community in need.
-
lacygagaHas helped me so muchI listen to a few different anxiety podcasts but this one is my go to because it is both so calming and informative. There are so many episodes all packed with helpful and motivational tips. It also reminds me I am not alone in feeling this way which is comforting/reassuring.

JurgburyWonderful podcastI listen to a couple of anxiety podcasts and this is my favorite due to the variety of topics. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and my anxiety has lessened due to implementing the suggestions in the podcast. Highly recommend.
-
HaiImAPersonGreat for my Anxiety, But Too Many Ads!!!I love the content of this show, in the past it was a go to for when I was feeling anxious and needed something calming to listen to. However, the amount of ads and sponsorships and whatever is getting ridiculous. I can hardly pay attention anymore with several ad breaks, so I don’t listen as often as I used to.
-

-
hannahjohnson0421Thank you for thisI was in tears today listening about the shortness of breath episode. I’ve been experiencing this for almost 6 months now, have seen doctors, therapist, tried many different medications and I’ve never actually heard someone validate what I was feeling and give me coping skills. Just to hear her explain these things, and know that I’m not alone and I’m not crazy was a huge gift to me. I’ve never written a podcast review before but I had to for this. Thank you.
-
Jamaican Jackson❤️❤️❤️This the ONLY podcast I listen to for my anxiety. I have literally tried to listen to other podcasts…but they just don’t work for me. It’s her voice and the helpful advice for me. I listen every night before bed and she sends me off to dreamland. I thank you for this podcast. May all who are reading this continue to strive and thrive. My highest appreciation for this podcast and all involved with bringing it to fruition.❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️

Farmer unhappyLove this show!Within the last 2 years my life has changed in so many ways - good and bad. This podcast is so helpful to me. I loved the one about exercise and heart beat skipping. I have PACs and am still getting used to them. The advise that knowledge is medicine is so true! Working on working through the extra heartbeats that are (for me) been judged as being non-harmful. Thank you thank you thank you!

phyliciahannahMy favorite self help.At the beginning of 2021 I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder. My mental health plummeted. I try out different podcast weekly to see what resonated with me the most. Some others are helpful for the day, but this is the one I always come back to. I relisten to episodes, scroll down the list and save episodes I think I need to hear. It’s always helpful on my tough days. I’m a lot further than I was last year and I am so grateful for this podcast for helping me!
-
mimi1165Amazing!Love your podcast!!! So so soothing and wonderful to listen to! ♥️
-
wizofahsToo much and too littleFor me, new to podcasts there is an issue with style and substance. I found the content level of to be at such an elementary level that it’s common sense: like stress can make your tummy sick, hmm! The style is like mommy whispering secrets to kids. Sorry, but I would prefer medical or related research information that illustrates positive results.🤷♂️
-
mplsjoI couldn’t listenI could not concentrate with the whisper Wisconsin accent.
-
-M123Excellent podcastI absolutely love this podcast. It’s helped me so much and continues to help me daily! I listen to an episode everyday on my way to work.

anisbin12@&:$;$It’s a no for me.I wish I could get past the odd whispering and baby talk, and focus on the actual content but that’s impossible.

metamorphiliaAbsolutely a lifelineWonderful podcast and it’s absolutely in line with the professional counseling treatment I’ve gotten about anxiety. Though a podcast should NEVER replace professional help, this podcast is most definitely a great tool!!!

CindyRella123Been listening since 2016Hello Gina! I’ve been listening to you guys since 2016. I remember the transition from different hosts and then it was narrowed down to you. I am so grateful that you e been able to come up with with soooo many different topics throughout all these years. I may just sign up to be able to listen to the back catalogue just to remember where I was and where I am now. You have helped me be the voice I needed as guidance that I didn’t have around me, positive, patient and soothing. You have helped me get through my mid-twenties and now early thirties and I know you will help me get through the next decade. Thank you, thank you. Much love!
