I was struggling with restrictive diets and exhausting training. I was starting to believe I was too old to get back in shape… until I discovered your podcast. "The Most Effective Diet For Weight Loss" was the episode that opened my eyes, and since then, I have lost over 14lbs, went from a lot of cardio to lifting weights 4 times per week, and the best part I go out and socialize with my friends and family without feeling guilty.

Chris MunierMr.This was pretty good. I happen to like this niche. I agreed with almost everything he said (minor quibble or two about diet; nothing major). I've noticed this topic is becoming more popular. It's the third time in the last six months that I've heard of walking to get lean. It seems to be a response to gym scarcity. Either way, I can vouch for this message. Walking really does work, assuming you have your diet in check. There's a lot to talk about when it comes to varying one's exercise intensity. I believe this was a pretty good deep dive into the topic. I'd love to exchange ideas and philosophies on fitness. Overall, this should be most beneficial when targeted at a general audience trying to find the most doable way to improve fitness.
