Meg FlynnDid you have to mention the vaxx?As someone currently going through an Ayurveda cleanse, I was excited to start listening to this podcast which seemed incredibly informative. However, I’m tuned out now that you mentioned you’re vaxxed and you think people should get it to protect others. Really bummed out by this.

bc0412Had me till vaxx talkAs a new listener, you had me until you promoted the idea not getting covid vax was a selfish act. Early on I took it upon myself to fully research and get available science regarding this vaccine & came to a very clear conclusion this vaccine would not prevent spread or infection, to which I and many others have been proven correct with more & more evidence to that effect coming out daily. Not to mention the harmful effects that I consider ignoring to be a selfish act based on individual fear of the virus. Furthermore, to achieve true Ayurveda you must be one with all living beings, accepting their personal human experience, intelligence & freedoms. Accusing someone of being selfish with their own health decisions is far from that. You have much more work to be done before you can consider yourself an expert.

Michele in DenverLoved the guidance on breathingThe recent podcast on breathing is a gift to us all. Having awareness of how I have been breathing and how inefficient it is really was profound. Just testing out some of Dr. John’s teachings here has made a huge difference in my workouts, posture, sleeping and even my blood pressure which went down.

Kp_092Deeply disappointedI found some great information via lifespa but there been a few deeply problematic statements that have turned me away particularly those geared towards centering abusers and troubling commentary on vaccines- this donnie yance ep did it for me profoundly disappointed they put out such an episode as the variant spreads as if we didnt just lose hundreds of thousands of people. It’s not about being judgemental for those who are skeptical or disregarding the impacts any viral immune response have… It’s not having enough sense to read the room when its more about trying to save lives. I may be biased after losing 8 people to covid but i couldn’t make it more than half way into this before i unsubscribed. Have some respect for those on the front lines of the pandemic and those who were lost.

swansageTantra, Sex + Relationships with Rod StrykerThis was such a beautiful discussion between two amazing men who choose to explore life and the role of sex from an ancient wisdom lens. BethGrahamWellnessTypically LoveI typically really enjoy this podcast except for #85. Dr John McDougall came off horribly. His anger and lack of recall during the podcast was not “enrolling”. Did he really say 70% of a plate grains? I’d need more veggies personally. Wonder what Chris Kresser would say? He is a fantastic researcher. Have you ever considered interviewing him?

Katie Joy B.Heartfelt & Happy HealthJohn and his incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health related, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show John - keep up the great work!

BeccaBooSmilesGreat content but sometime audio issuesContent is awesome but I noticed that the audio weaves in and out of my right and left ear on my head phones. I don’t have this issue with any other podcast. Sometimes I can’t hear barely anything in the right ear. The way it’s recorded sometimes, the interviewee is on the right side only and the interviewer is on the left. If this was fixed it’d be a lot easier to listen to. I have regular headphones not earbuds. Not sure why only this podcast is like this. Wondering if it’s the way they are recording it? Or producing it?

trad princessRelevant and Eye Opening ContentThis podcast is great because it combines a form of science that most people in the US are used to combined with a holistic/Ayurvedic approach to health as well. I would personally be very interested if there was a podcast that reflects Ayurveda with intense health issues like done with the podcast about cancer. I actually know people whom have lime disease and there is no standard treatment in the medical world for this so I would be curious about other approaches to health
