Great show nothing about you guys, but I was wondering why no one calls Spike out on the WIP for saying Jalen led the league in turnovers in 2023. Sam Howell led the league and Jalen was 4th. He acts as if Josh Allen never had turnover issues and it’s just so clear him and jack just don’t like jalen. They make excuses for every Phillies player when they’re in slumps and give them leeway to get better but when it comes to Jalen they’re so quick to criticize his every action. He’s just like his dad. He doesn’t like someone and he uses that along with incorrect stats and misinformation to blame jalen. That’s all

Nah… you said the roster wasn’t in a good spot and they didn’t have an answer at QB when Doug left?!?!?! And whose fault was that?! Howie’s Doug NEVER had the rosters Nick has had and still won the SB and dragged teams to the playoffs two years in a row with 2 different QBs. In Dougs last year the team didn’t become competitive until he started playing Jalen, the QB he had a hand in drafting btw!!!! Doug had his flaws for sure but he wasn’t holding the team back lol.. don’t forget Nick had to relinquish power twice, Play calling and having the FO put his staff together. Give Doug the teams Nick has had success with and he’s winning the SB both times!

Entertaining podcast about the birds. ESP is the beat writer you need. James is always full of energy. Best eagles pod out there

ESP is the #1 Eagles inside reporter who isn’t afraid to tell the truth without talking down on any players or personnel and Seltzer wears his heart on his sleeve like a true Philly fan. Their authentic love for the Birds is felt and heard on every episode. This podcast has brought back the fun of being a fan that I remember from my childhood. I cannot recommend this podcast enough to every Eagles fan!

James sounds just like Charlie from IASIP, so I throws my brain off when he makes super informed, intelligent statements. Anyways, love the daily pod throughout the playoffs, great birds content.

Like the title says long time listener but def use you guys a call in for the Saturday show! #comingsoon! Keep doing what you guys do. Can’t get enough! Also know you guys are doing daily pods and are feeling the pressure with final thoughts…got one I feel like you guys might like…So atms…I feel like you should be able to get any specific amount of money you like from an atm. I’ve been listening to this show since before ESP came on to the show. Back when Barchard, BLG and James were on the pod. This is the only Eagles podcast worth listening to they are the best. Go Birds

Been listen to the pod for years now! These guys are not only the best Eagles Pod but I love hearing their final thoughts and different takes. Also, I think ESP gets harped on too much for his takes. ESP does a great job of giving a great feel of where the Birds are at. Also, love hearing James talking about his dad life with Zoe! Thanks guys for the daily playoff and daily pods. Definitely a fantastic listen!

I’ve been listening to Go Birds since Elliot’s first day on the pod. I’ve been an Eagles fan, (real one), from Kentucky since the Birds drafted McNabb in ’99. I’ve always appreciated Elliot’s insight, especially from training camp, and James’ overall excitement and passion for the team. I even followed James from his BGN days! As someone who observes from afar, James’ passion perfectly captures what I grew up knowing an Eagles fan to be. You guys absolutely rock, and I’m sorry it took me so long to leave a proper review. My wife and I try to make it to a home game or two every year, and we also hit up some away games that aren’t too far. I really appreciate everything you both do, as well as the callers from all over the world. Keep being great! P.S. If we win the ship, I’ll have to send you guys some good Kentucky bourbon. This is a great podcast, and one I listen to daily if I don’t catch the radio show. They have great takes and Eliot and James’ interactions and non-football takes are fun and entertaining. My favorite episodes are the postgame reactions. They are both excited and insightful during wins and provide some great analysis and reflection during losses. Hope that these daily podcasts go on throughout February. Go Birds!

Good info and analysis. Thanks for giving us so many shows. Love tuning in in the mornings—always a nice way to start the day. Eliot and James have a great dynamic. Appreciate that Eliot doesn’t seem to care when people disagree with him.

Tell James the best Switch game I ever played with my 6yr old is Mario 3D World. Top notch co-op. Perfect spacing and pacing for the youngins.

I can’t stand this podcast anymore. I have been listening for several years at this point and each of these guys has gotten to a level of argumentativeness and shortsightedness that is unbearable, particularly Elliot. He has to be by far the most annoying Philadelphia sports media personality maybe since Anthony Gargano. I need to find another eagles podcast, not everything has to be so enthusiastic and such a hot take.

Every time you add more sponsors time and less value content plus now you are censoring words of excitement and every time is less James on the pod

Real 1 Auto downloader here! Listening to the daily pod on my way into work this morning and can’t help but realize that Eliot is short changing our QB1 in comparison to Deshaun Watson. I know Jalen hasn’t had the best start to the season but if we’re going to compare QBs can we please do Jalen a favor and not forget to mention that Jalen has only played 4 games to Deshaun’s 5 games when comparing TDs thrown. Based on breakdowns by Greg Cosell and others, it appears that Jalen Hurts will never be able to process defenses fast enough to be an elite QB. He especially seems to have challenges reading the middle of the field fast enough. Super Bowl teams seem to fall into one of two categories. They are great in defense (top 1 or 2) and very good in offense (top 10); or great in offense and very good in defense. Given Jalen‘s limitations, it seems the best path to another Eagles Super Bowl is a great defense, which they don’t yet have.

The only eagles pod that’s an instant download for me every time but they have to hire better help. This audio is too often unlistenable and it’s a huge bummer. Get that radio station to provide some resources. It’s unforgivable for a podcast of this level. ‘24 UPDATE: A year later, the audio may be worse than when I left my initial review. It’s unfathomable how bad it is. I wish I didn’t like listening to these guys talk Eagles. Freakin Boomers… Removed one star

James, love you guys but you need to adjust your mic for the post game recordings. You sound like you’re screaming the whole time and standing super close to mic. ESP is clear and then you come in and I need to turn the volume down. Just FYI, love you guys.

I do love this podcast even though ESP is a takist. He's also very good at writing/talking football. My one gripe is that I am begging them to stop using two words..."hyperbolic" and "flashed" (as in Jordan Davis flashed in training camp). Both are overused and dooshy words.

Writing a review to ask: when did James and BLG pod with Rob Cesternino??? I can’t believe I missed three podcast GOATS coming together for a show. Anyway, 5 stars, you guys rock.

It’s all contrived drama and/or hot takes. It makes listening a chore at times. There is good info, but less of the other stuff would make it an easier listen
