asianpeanutActionable fitness gemsMe being me, I was doing some fitness research when I came across Kindal. I was fascinated by her work and saw that she had a podcast. Once I started listening I couldn't stop. The insights, advice, and the guests all have so much to offer and I feel like I have learned so many gems that I can take action on immediately.

Alanna F.Great content!Love the content and approachable style on which it is shared. Audio is a bit echoey, however.
-

lab1234567890Good information, hard to listen toWhile I subscribe to this podcast and I find it informative, it can be really hard to listen to. Is the host walking or running while she’s talking? I can’t get over the swishy background noise and her being out of breath while she tries to talk. Other than that the content is mostly good.
-
marylou73Love this podcastThis is one of my favorite podcasts. Kindal is so real, so honest, and so knowledgeable! You’ll be inspired and learn something new every episode!
-
NynewbiesEmpowered, educated and excited! That’s how I feel after listening to Kindal. I don’t have a FB account and so I haven’t joined FWW Live… yet ;) But I’m pretty tempted because I love listening to Kindal’s podcast. I’ve been listening since last spring and have binge listened at times. Kindal is clearly about a positive mindset and relationship with your body, food, and fitness. I like someone to challenge me in a supportive way and I feel like she walks that balancing act really well. I have done some of her YouTube videos and they’ve been awesome as well. She’s just an amazing human and I’d love to go on a walk or run with her if she’s ever in Northern Idaho. :) (amazing place to move to!!! *wink wink*) - But really. Don’t pass on this podcast or all things Kindal, she is a gem!

-
sandoloverLovely, honest, and inspiringKindal is always transparent and vulnerable on this super informative podcast. She has been in the industry for a long time and is forthright about pitfalls in the past and lessons in the present. She teaches and understands that fitness is a lifelong journey and helps listeners avoid quick-fixes or unrealistic approaches. She also has an open line of communication through Instagram which means nearly real-time ability to get answers to questions!
-

JaydeDCLove it 😊Love listening to Kindal! She has great health tips to add to your day. And my new fave segment is friday fit quickie- straight to the point answer to a relevant fitness question. She’s one of my fave fitness podcasters:).
-
Lea87658Not what I was looking forI listened to the podcast to hear about weight training and protein needs, but instead she wasted 10 minutes of my time talking about her process of purchasing a car. Very frustrating. Won’t waste my time again with this podcast.
-
savage travelerDecent content, rambling and hard to followDang it, I wanted to like this podcast. However, it can be hard to follow some of the tangents. The words as spoke like the host is about to (literally) explode. It’s like listening to a canary on speed. I don’t know how she takes in air. The content can be interesting, but I am not sure the host fully understands the science behind the discussion. She is honest and open about her anxiety (May account for her “I will get to the end of this sentence as fast as humanly possible” approach) and I think that will resonate with some folks. Maybe I am an outlier but I also don’t care about podcaster’s leggings or outfits, but again, if that’s your jam, who am I to judge?
-

-
Helen from New YorkKeeping it realI stumbled on this podcast and have been really enjoying it. Love Kindal’s voice, sense of humor, and pragmatism - it’s just the right amount of light convo, encouragement, education, little kick in the behind, and emotional understanding. I’d been feeling really down coming out of the quarantine, having lost all my muscle tone, and having to start from scratch (and lose my covid-15). I now love listening to this podcast while walking or while getting ready to go to a fitness class, to give myself a little extra motivation. Kindal’s emphasis on trusting in the process, not focusing immediate results, really helped me continue my journey through the rough spots. It’s been a slow journey (fourth months of exercising and listening to this podcast) but I’m now 8 pounds down and stronger. Thanks for keeping it real, Kindal, and sharing the good and bad in your life as well.
-

skayinmtFitness/Nutrition Chit ChatAfter spending a summer listening to all male podcasts taking about fitness and nutrition it dawned on me there might be some ladies out there who could speak to issues more related to women. After a google search I found FWW podcast and haven’t looked back. I tune in and feel like I am part of the chit chat and can relate in many ways. Not only do I look forward to the podcast but also to her FWW live workouts and challenges.
-

-
twinmama_4Love this podcast!Women’s fitness is complicated and I have loved listening to and learning from Kindall. Also- she is so responsive and helpful! I’ve asked her two specific fitness questions and she’s been willing to answer both on her podcast which is so helpful! It’s hard to find people still willing to do that for individual people. Thank you, Kindall!
-

going thru a tough timeLove you Kindal!I’ve discovered your podcast during the pandemic. It was a tough 2020 and even tougher 2021 so far. I love listening to you and how authentic you are. You’ve inspired me to get to the gym and take care of myself. Continue to stay true to yourself! You brighten my day and provide truly great information.
-
Moviechick92Love listening to Kindal!I have been listening for about 4 years now. I truly enjoy the girl talk, all the great tips and wonderful general information. I feel like I am listening to one of my girlfriends. I appreciate that Kindal shares how-to videos on You Tube and on InstaGram. I am 62 and live in northern Wisconsin. I have good months and bad, and have been working from home for 1 year now. So my workouts are in my home. Kettlebells are very easy to utilize in any space you have available. Kindal motivates me to keep moving.
-
etaylor2Informational & EntertainingI’ve been listening to Kindal on Fit Womens Weekly for years now. It is a conversational based podcast with a perfect combination of fitness and nutrition knowledge and get to know you type conversation. The audio version of ‘Day in the Life’ plus science based facts on working out, eating right, and business.
-

scs23One of my favorite podcastsFound Kindal’s podcast by accident! Decided to give her a try and now I look forward to her podcasts and her delicious protein snacks! She’s genuine and keeps it real, exactly what I need for my fitness journey. I love listening to her outlook on life and also living vicariously through her as she lives in Charleston, SC (my most favorite place I’ve lived).
-
roguecitymomExcellent info, great personalityIf the intro/sales/chit chat at the beginning could be shorter and I’d love it even more. 🥰
-
liftruneatrepeatOne of my fav podcasts!I have been listening to every episode for almost 2 years. She is so spot on with nutrition and fitness advice, tips, motivation, and goals. I see a lot of my former self in Kindal...I am a decade older and praise her for her vulnerability and keeping it real. I am in the medical field and a nutritionist and have been a personal trainer long ago—Kindal is phenomenal. I am also a marathon runner and am running faster than ever in my 40’s and I truly attribute that to adding in weights and proper nutrition. I love when she gets personal and shares her day to day. Thanks girl.
-
MelissaDDToo much time on personal topics.I am a busy mom so when I listen to a podcast I prefer focused conversation towards the topic I’m interested in. A bit too much time is spent on personal topics and marketing and it takes away from the value of the content in my opinion. Some great info if you don’t mind listening to tidbits from her personal life.
-
chan.two.timesAwesome!!I found this episode looking for inspiration to keep motivated and to find tips along the way and I found this show which I can feel I can relate. It’s so helpful I’m glad I stumbled on this
-
chlooliviayou are amazing!so i just started listening to you and i am so happy that i have!! i’ve been on my fitness journey for years but it’s been a year since it finally clicked with me and i lost my “baby” weight from my daughter and i finally am feeling good about myself! you are inspiring and relatable! i love how you just cover it all!
-
Kakumei08RelatableI’ve been looking for a podcast geared toward women’s fitness. I’ve listened to a couple but this is the most relatable for me. I feel that Kindal offers honest, good advice that I can work into my life.
-
.monika.in.chicago.Recommend to EVERYONEOne of the first podcasts I discovered and I can’t stop listening!! She keeps it real and it’s soooo motivating to listen to a trainer that is completely human & relatable.
-
shelbyeagleLove it! So helpful!I love this podcast. Once I discovered it I binged it. As a personal trainer myself I can relate too her and also learn from it!
-
RCreesSo good!I love Kindal’s approach on fitness and that no one needs to be perfect in order to see results. She’s definitely a beast in her own training, but doesn’t expect everyone to be on that level. I really feel like she cares about this podcast and giving people as much information as she can. Definitely give this a listen!
-
wbennichLove it!Very informative and motivating podcast! Love listening! Keep it going!!
-
Blahblah1423Always motivational!I always feel more motivated because Kindal keeps it real!
-
b_hainesMotivation to get out thereAmazing podcast to get me out there working on my goals. Every day I learn something new!
-
sw340Way too much info about the host’s personal lifeI really enjoy the information about fitness this podcast has but to get to that information, You have to listen to 20+ minutes of the host talking about her personal life. That’s not something I’m interested in. If you are, you might enjoy it.
