Allison SharknadoStill a favoriteEven though there are no new episodes, this is still one of my favorite podcasts! I re-listen to old episodes when I need the comfort of two horny, funny, smart, feminist friends in my ears, but my friends aren’t available. I’m thankful for the many expert guest that provided hilarity. I’m grateful for the many silly Wikipedia pages you found so I didn’t have to. But I have the most gratitude for Emily and Lisa’s exemplary friendship through difficult personal changes, horrific political times, and monumental successes. They’re the best! 💖 And the butt pics were always a bonus! I hold out hope that the podcast will return. 💖

Salticid tapdanceMiss You, Thank YouI miss listening to new episodes, and I hope you are both doing as okay as you can in these troubled times! Thank you for so many years of laughs, it is so so good to hear two friends chat about so many things. I relisten often and I love revisiting wik wik wik wiki of the week. ❤️❤️❤️

Sensual SchnitzelLove this podcastSo sad that they’re taking a hiatus, but I have loved this podcast so, so much. The older episodes are definitely worth a listen if you’re finding this for the first time. Just two fantastic ladies having terrific conversations.

tom4uaAre you quitting?Noooo! I need Lisa and Emily in my ears forever!
-
faenunA wonderfully comforting and hilarious listenThe sounds of your laughter brighten my mood instantly (: So infectious. I think you are doing a great service. Both wonderful, inquisitive ladies.

nickname953833TerribleI tried listening to baby geniuses a few years ago and, to put it nicely, it wasn’t for me (to put it accurately it’s REALLY bad and the hosts are annoying). Recently I heard an ad for the podcast that stated it’s “for adult idiots”, which, at least they’re being honest with their advertising now (using the word “geniuses” in the title of the podcast feels a lot like false advertising even if it’s preceded by the word baby). To make the ad entirely accurate tho it really should have said “for adult idiots, by adult idiots” Do yourself a favor and skip this garbage fire

communitynewspodcastsupport other womenPlease interview Sasha from the funny podcast Community News by Paul and Sasha. She is a genius and so spent to earth, funny, and smart. I would love to hear you and her together in a show. Thanks

mspassell1290 stars!!!!This was one of the first podcasts I fell in love with and it is a constant reminder to be weird and myself, and that that weirdness is art.
-
Shmoo06Always look forward to itI’ve been listening to this podcast for years. I prefer the current format because Emily and Lisa are hilarious discussing whatever comes to mind. I always look forward to new episodes

AssEater🐷Hosts Suffering From a Personality BypassThere is no need to listen to this insufferable duo ; just go sit near a table full of self-centered millennial egotists at your local coffee shop and you’ll overhear the same kind of pointless drivel trying to masquerade as humorous and insightful conversation. On this pathetic excuse for a podcast the women seem to have mistaken smugness for wit, meandering babble for conversation, and random pointless topics for eclectic interests. However, I am a man and therefore an inveterate misogynist (as is implied frequently in this delightful podcast) so probably just disregard my opinion.

Sarasba777Love these babies and their genius podcast.Ben Chunch forever!

atxat8What a PodBaby Geniuses is probably the best example of my favorite kind of podcast: two friends talking about whatever weird stuff they care about, with bonus points for segment theme songs and being bizarrely educated. Thanks to Emily and Lisa, I know way more about Martha Stewart’s life, WikiFeet, and annual goat arson than I ever expected. A+ experience.

Mmazza2003I love this podcastI’m sure it’s “not for everyone,” but it’s for me. I love listening to Emily and Lisa chat and go through their structured second half. Give it a few listens before you judge. If you’re a fan of Tuca & Bertie, BoJack Horseman, Barry, or Emily’s Garden Show (or Emily’s standup, which is great) you’ll like this. Pretty low key, good to listen to while doing chores or other busy work. Makes me smile. I never miss this one.

jodi lefThese gals tickle my fancy! They very well might be the most babiest geniuses left on this godforsaken planet. Thanks y’all ❤️

just a ranch handFunny at times.Funny, but anyone who could causally discuss someone flying trees on their plane(Martha Stuart) without being disgusted is too far out of touch with reality for me!
-
MdesharnMy favorite podcastAlso, you should sign up for Lisa’s Patreon!

Patrick KurasBoring. No Content. So, I heard a teaser for this show on another podcast. Decided to tune in. Listened to about half of "Le Pétomane," billed as the episode to listen to if you're a new listener. What I listened to was a half hour of two women discussing what they had talked about maybe including on the show I was listening to, with a bunch of giggling, and presumably a lot of in-jokes. There was basically zero informational or funny content in that time, and I was bored out of my mind. If this was *THE* episode to listen to if you're a new listener, then I'm out. You ladies need a producer, and your podcast needs content. Seeya.

SamBurnsSo much joyous laughterThe hosts remind me of Click and Clack the Tappet Brothers in that they clearly enjoy talking with each other so much. I’m always smiling and laughing along with them. Great show 😀

BringBackJoltYou guys are funnyYou had me at farts…what can I say…I really think I could watch that movie in Idiocracy and feel right at home.

uber bites 222Love These Amazing Ladies!!!Emily and Lisa are truly two national treasures! They are so incredibly funny, talented, smart, and make every work commute, quiet day at the office, or extended afternoon run pure perfection with their hilarious banter, genuine friendship, and razor sharp wit! I had to make sure I wrote a review just to let these marvelous women know they are simply the best (said in a Tina Turner bravado of course) ❤️❤️❤️.

Boomer McOldfartor is that a podcast in your pocket?Among all the podcasts I follow, this is one gives the most smiles, smirks, chuckles and whatnot.
-
DinkMeekerSoooooI used to loooove the show. I feel like Lisa snd Emily lost their edge. It feels like they used to be crasser and had more bite? It used to make me laugh so much. Like oh my god belly laugh, hasn’t done that for me for a while. Maybe that’s okay tho, not all things have to remain good. Maybe they are both to happy and successful now lol idk. I still find them comforting, if occasionally cringe. And oh man the guests were so good ! Sigh. It’s fine, as long as Lisa and Emily are alright.
-
whit-nastyInformational podcast on all things important. If you don’t take life seriously and just need fun fluff this is the podcast for you.

Winterfuzz55UghAnother podcast of women over laughing at themselves.
-
bettybeezusEnjoyable podcast forever and alwaysI love Emily and Lisa. People complaining about their chemistry or changes during quarantine have an ugly butt and can shove it. I squeal with delight when a new episode drops and I think they are doing a great job. Okay see ya.
-
h_h_hWanted to love but don’tEmily Heller is just about the most hilarious human on the planet when in conversation with Jon Lovett. I just want more of her. Her cohost here is clearly a super nice and interesting person but their chemistry makes Emily’s funny fall flat. I’ve only heard one episode but it’s such clear issue that I’m not willing to try another. 😕

nik_skoalIt’s sad that this podcast got badI used to really love this podcast, I’ve listened to every episode and they were really great. I found them both really relatable and funny, but over the past year the podcast got bad. They don’t seem connected anymore, what they talk about is less interesting and they don’t go as deep into anything. I don’t know what changed, but it really seems like they don’t care or like doing this podcast anymore. It also seems like their connection with eachother has decreased, which is sad. I hate listening to an episode and then being so they like eachother still? Are they still friends or are they pretending? If the podcast ran its course then that’s what happened, don’t force it with inauthentic conversations.
-
SomerussGenius!Lisa and Emily are very funny and charming. Emily’s stand up joke specials are great and I highly recommend Lisa’s books if you like comics (even if you don’t actually.) Plus horses!
-
marie t-rexDelightfulLike eavesdropping on the best conversations

Dicentra Formosamy BFF of podcastsBaby Geniuses is the podcast I listen to when I want to hang out with a bestie without actually hanging out with anyone. It’s the podcast that can most reliably make me laugh about stuff without denying things are awful and lift my spirits without making me feel like I’m in denial. It’s both silly and earnest in the best of ways and it’s just wildly satisfying. It reminds me of all the things I loved about living in LA, including the things I loved to hate. Thank you, Lisa

yourfriendoutside1Here it isYes, this is the podcast for me.

mcscandalousLisa dunking on the Moonlight Sonata is why this is my favorite showIf you’re an intermediate-level pianist who loves Lisa Hanawalt and hates sex cults, this is the podcast for you.
-
Just a sweet potatoTwo amazing ladies talk about life!I love tuning in every few weeks and hearing about how you’re coping with the pandemic. Also, you two are freakin’ hilarious. Keep it up — especially the political propaganda (as one reviewer below stated).
-
jongo on the bongosI have some stuff to sayLoveable and funny people but like your rich friends you love who want to be so woke in the same breadth of saying something insanely priveleged. Those parts are annoying to listen to but I guess I will only hold it one star against them. Just prepare yourself for unrelatable whitey LA banter
-
Grand RapidiansFun and wildThese two friends entertain while taking you on a journey through their lives and interests. Highly recommended.
-
takeroootLisa and Emily are the best!I love these ladies. They’re so kind and funny. They go through their creative process and make it accessible and inspire me to work at my definitely not artsy job. Plus they’re silly, compassionate, and endlessly entertaining. Love the song drops!
-
Happy anime fanIt’s a great time!!!This podcast is so much fun to listen to, and clearly Lisa and Emily are having a wonderful time talking too. It’s just a lot of fun casual chats that make me look forward to every new episode. Gotta say thanks for making this wonderful podcast :)
-
Denisovich87Some good funny bits, but...I hear far too much feminazi political propaganda. I expected what is advertised: random and aimless silliness. I enjoy everything else aside from the ultra-annoying repetition of wat the other host just said, as if it’s her own original thought.
-
Easton AngleI love this podcastI’ve been listening to this podcast for a while now and I love it! I’ve finally made it to the earlier episodes and I’m just glad that you stopped doing the guests because some of them were awful (mainly referring to the comedian ripping on Robbin Williams in episode 9)
