    It’s a Journey Unlike Others
I started listening a couple treats ago with Ep1 and working my way through. During the toughest times I reach out for his therapy to provide me guidance and motivation. I don’t know where I’d be if I didn’t have the Happiness Podcast in my life.

Wonderful morning reminders about what creates happiness
I found this podcast a couple months ago and listen to it every morning to remind myself what’s important in life to have a beautiful life. Dr Puff breaks it down to simple things we can do to think about life differently and create a beautiful life for ourselves. Since it’s free, it makes what would be an expensive therapy session, accessible to anyone with an internet connection.

    Morning Starter
Dr. Puffs topics and advice seem so simple in the beginning, but inevitably have a powerful practice application that leave you feeling grateful for having listened. This is my go to pod on the way to work. The ending catch phase always makes me smile and sets the tone for my day! Caution to those sensitive to mike sounds and lip noise.

    Game changer
I’m a big fan of eckhart tolle and his books the power of now and a new earth. Dr Puff’s podcast is like listening to those books in small real world practical chunks. After getting tired of listening to the same audiobook over and over, these fresh podcasts keep me interested and reminded of how to be present and maintain my mental health. This podcast has reduced my need for 1:1 therapy/counseling sessions as well as it is always available 24/7. Thank you Dr Puff you have changed my life!

    Better than therapy
Healing for me, with severe recurrent clinical depression. A manual for life. For how to live be a good life. Allows me to parent myself to better mental health. And even in a couple of weeks, the proof is in the pudding of my every day actions. I’m up. I’m moving. I’m finding joy again. I’m talking with friends. I’m cooking meals. I’m more productive at with. After nearly 4 years without a shred of joy or hope, due to death in my life and my own severe health issues. A little ray of sunshine. Thank you.

    Good podcast but…
It’s a good podcast and I learned a lot from Dr Robert puff, but There is a little bias toward religion. Generally it’s a great podcast and I would give it 5 stars if the Dr. puff’s wouldn’t view and be very negative against religions.

Why I listen to the Happiness Podcast
I listen because it works for me. Because I learn new things that help me. Because it reminds me of things I knew but forgot. Because It confirms things I suspected but I didn’t trust my judgment. You might not see it as precious as I do, but I believe anyone and everyone with an open mind will find at least a few gems which will profoundly influence your thoughts and happiness. Why I think the Happiness Podcast is the best resource FOR ME: Because it refreshes, reformulates and recasts should many of the most important concepts of living well. Fantastic concepts/cognitions start to go stale soon after I grasp then. But when I listen to a new episode with a reformulation of a familiar concept, it is like the concept is reborn within me. Rebirth that is as beautiful as the first time I learned it. True, it will again start to fade and become stale. Hey, it is like a sunset.

    Depressing
Popped into an episode hoping to be uplifted and left depressed and could not make it to the point of anything positive in the episode. Seemed like an add for therapy.
