Great podcast

I don’t read or listen to steppe anymore. Miss mark and Leah. Steppe is terrible.

Content can be very good at times, mostly when interviewing someone. The new guy John Steppe (sp?) doesn’t bring any new insight and has a terrible voice for podcasting, it sounds like a parody someone would perform of a terrible lame voice.

Really love the variety of content and segments with different guests. Go Hawks.

I was disappointed by the departure of the previous hosts, however I’m really excited with the new direction of the podcast. Leah has taken over hosting incredibly well and now this has sneakily become one of my favorite Hawkeye podcasts. Keep up the good work.

Although I’ll miss Mr. Morehouse, Leah Vann is doing a tremendous job! I’ll definitely keep listening.

Wishing Marc the best, you’ll be missed. Scott, hope you keep doing this in some form. You’ve both been wonderful together, definitely the best podcast out there.

The best Iowa football podcast!

This is a "can't miss podcast" for thoughtful straightforward Hawkeye coverage. The two hosts are knowledgeable not only of the Hawkeyes but of college and professional sports as well. Their wisdom is offered up without frills and is often thought provoking. While you can tell that both hosts care about the Hawks and want them to succeed they don't sugar coat a thing and are not afraid to provide an appropriate critique. Hawk fans are fortunate to have a podcast such as this with well informed hosts who know what their talking about.

This is the only pod source of deep, real Iowa football knowledge and information. Very well delivered.

Scott and Marc do a solid job in discussing Iowa and the program in general. But at the end of the day they’re typical media types that constantly complain about the media access the program allows them.

Love the content that this podcast delivers! I’d like to give it a higher rating but the sound quality is always poor compared to all the other Hawkeye podcasts I listen too.

Love the Hawkeyes discussion between these two talented writers but these podcasts have become too long - a 2 hour marathon each time is so overwhelming that I haven’t been listening as often anymore. More digestible 30, 45 or maybe in certain cases 60 minute episodes that are focused on specific topics would be far more effective (and more like the old episodes). Thanks guys.

Solid info but too long, same jokes, and would be better if it was organized a little more

This podcast tends to be too long. Too much rambling. It doesn’t appear as if there is any show prep or outline to follow Also there’s too much inside baseball talk. Not everyone who wants to hear about the Hawkeyes has kept up with the news to such minute detail. Some of us live away from Iowa. You must know your audience and explain what you’re talking about.

This week Hlas somehow discussed anthem and first amendment rights which I would characterize as one of the most shallow takes I have heard on the issue to date. And it wasn’t shallow due to length as the discussion was at least 20 mins of the podcast. Sad.

I might enjoy this podcast more than the actual games.

I've tried them all and this one is the best because of the professionalism of Marc and Scott. Great information delivered in an entertaining and fun way. Really the only one you need to listen to as an Iowa fan. Go Hawks!

Hawk podcast out there. They are all good but this is the best.

Living outside the state, I never felt I was getting the information I needed. This podcast has all of it, I only discovered it 6 month ago and now I look forward to it each “week”. They do a great job of informing on what’s going on and aren’t afraid to be honest about where the program is lacking.

Best in-depth Hawkeye coverage you will find anywhere. And these guys know what they are talking about. Look forward to the downloads every week! Keep up the great work gentlemen!!

I live outside of Chicago and it seems as though the only way i can keep up with what is taking place in Iowa City is through this podcast. The only time Iowa is mentioned locally is when they play NIU, NU, or Illinois. Thanks for an enjoyable podcast and for giving me an entertaining way to listen to news on the Hawkeyes.

This podcast has been my favorite one out there on Iowa sports. Morehouse and Dochterman are funny, informed, and just put out great stuff. I highly recommend any Iowa fan check this out. You will be glad you did.

The best in depth coverage of Iowa fball/bball. Wish they recorded episode more often, but when they do it's gold.
