    Deep dive into both current
Heavy Networking is a deep dive into up and coming and relevant technologies in our business. And they get on experts that show you the practical applications of the technologies and how you're going to use it, what situations you're going to use it in, so that you're aware of what's out there. What I think is important is that they're both currently widely deployed technologies and the stuff that's still on the startup scene that you probably don't want to deploy yet. But in three years it's going to be what's deployed

Such a wealth of knowledge! 🧠
This is one of the most insightful podcasts that I have ever come across! The Packet Pushers team does such a great job of sharing their wisdom and I love how they lead meaningful conversations with guests who bring so much experience to the table. If you’ve got a question related to anything “networking technology” this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend checking this show out - you won’t be disappointed!

    Great source of information
I’m a software engineer in the valley and I find your podcasts to be extremely useful in understanding larger picture. Thanks for freely sharing this with rest of the community.

Valuable and Accessible Perspectives and Analysis
The unfortunate state of technology-related podcasts is that the dry delivery of the content is hard to stay engaged with and/or the hosts/guests aren’t relatable or aware of their audience. Fortunately for everyone, the guys at Packet Pushers have brilliantly created a mix of technology, business, industry analysis, and the daily realities of engineers and architects delivered to the listener with wit, humor, and an unpretentious voice that is accessible for the newest help desk technician, the veteran tech CEO/CIO/CTO, and everyone in between. I’ve pointed a number of professionals at the Packet Pushers collection of podcasts and every one of them has become a regular listener and found the information professionally useful in their day-to-day careers.

    palace of my commute
I recently starting consistenly listening to the suite of shows provided by packet pushers everyday for the past 3 weeks during my commute. I even give some episodes a second or third listen. Everything about these shows are detailed and thorough, even the show notes. Thank you Packet Pushers for helping me elevate my craft.

    My Weekly dose of Networking
Funny and in-depth conversations surrounding networking and tech in general. I often wonder if people find it funny that I sometimes smile like an idiot while listening to this podcast in the gym. Keep it up guys!

    Biased view of the industry
Self absorbed host who talks more than his guests. Very anti-cisco. Don't come here if your are looking for a full view of the industry.

Really informative and engaging; helps at work
I've been listening to this show for years. I find the insights both interesting and useful at work. For example, I used the shows about various SDWAN vendors as the basis for research that supported the subsequent vendor-selection for a state-wide SD-WAN deployment. That wouldn't have been as successful without the knowledge contributions gained from listening to this show. Generally, I can get high-level insights regarding technologies that I don't normally work.

    One of my go-to podcasts
If your a technology professional (and enthusiast) like me, you’ll absolutely love this podcast. Not only do they deep dive into networking topics in their weekly podcast, but many of their other podcasts (Datanauts, PQ Show, Network Break) cover a wide variety of technology related topics. They really seem to do a great job of educating themselves on technology and trends, and they also do a nice job of asking leading questions to their guest. Also worth mentioning: they do a great job equalizing the sound for the show! I don’t have to tell you how nice it is to not have to constantly adjust the volume. Well done gentlemen. I’ve been listening for years, and now that you’re doing this full time, the content has gotten even more plentiful. Keep up the good work!

    Very helpful
Not only is this podcast helpful for any employee considering a management role, it's also a reminder that our managers have a tough job. I've been working for the same person for over twenty years and he is one of the main reasons I've stayed and loved my job.

    Cutting edge network discussions
What I love about this podcast is that I get exposure to some of the leading edge networking technology. As someone that is working, on a day to day basis, with technology that is behind the curve this podcast offers a great glimpse of the future.

    Rant and Rave
While not quite Click and Clack, the combination of Greg Ferro and Ethan Banks makes for an interresting and informative podcast on innovations in networking. I'll let Greg and Ethan decide who is Rant and who is Rave...

    The best networking podcast
Where else can you hear Geoff Huston, Doug Comer and Matin Casado share their thoughts about the field? Absolutely fantastic.

    Networks made fun again
Greg, Ethan and team are awesome. The information is relevant and timely. The banter is amusing and they do not let their guests get away with anything. Excellent!

    Show 255: Best one ever
The interview with Douglas Comer was the best episode they’ve aired — and what prompted me to write this review. This episode wasn’t about old buddies yucking it up at a trade show, and it wasn’t just vendors hawking their wares -- it was a thoughtful, content-rich 98 minutes featuring an excellent discussion. Don’t get me wrong; some episodes are really good and full of useful information well presented (which is why I’ve subscribed for a couple of years or more). I just wish they were all this good.

    Pure, uncut, networking goodness
Been listening for years, and there still isn’t a better podcast out there covering networking. Every show is like you’re listening in on a conversation at a tavern with a bunch of super smart network guys. If you work in datacenter, carrier, or the vendor/var space, listening to these podcasts will make you better at your job. For real.

    Great Podcast!
You guys do a fantastic job of finding new guests to interview and bring your expertise to the masses. I work for a networking vendor and find it refreshing that you go out of your way to find guests from many different corners of the IT world.

    Silver Linings
I found the Packet Pushers' podcasts (they're *all* worth checking out, despite a good bit of duplicated content) about a week before my nine-year-long stint as a teleworker was replaced with a 45-minute commute. Listening to the PP back-catalog on the drive hasn't exactly made me *happy* about the change, but it's been a great way to get my brain in work-mode, and the depth of the coverage is fantastic (and, in my own experience, hard to come by in our field.)

I have been listening to Packet Pushers since inception, and they have been a solid source of news and spotlighting new vendors or tech. They are informative while being entertaining, a total pleasure to listen to. Thanks Ethan and Greg!

Great podcast, with excellent content and guests
I have enjoyed PacketPushers podcast since the initial episode. I like the wide breadth of topics and the unvarnished opinions offered up about new and existing technologies. A great way to keep up with what’s happening in networking and what is on the way.

The heart of the networking community
Greg and Ethan have planted the seed for what has been missing in networking, community. The software community have been doing this for years, but it always seemed absent in networking. If you have passion for networking or computing in general the packet pushers site and forum is a place you can have a voice and give back. Pretty amazing.

    Even Networking Noobs Get Pushed
I started listening to the Packet Pushers before I even started my Cisco training classes (I am at the early stages of my networking career). The guys (and occasional gal) were the just the ticket to get me hyped for my CCNA! Anyone interested in networking will love this show - it's like being invited into a mentor's office to listen in on their after-hours bull session. Thank you Ethan, Greg, Marko, Mrs. Y and the usual suspects for helping me get comfortable with EIGRP, OSPF, spanning tree, and all the rest...
