clair nearSad to knowI am sad to know that the one thing I enjoyed went political. Apprehension is real, I don’t take that away from you but never did you consider the last 4 years has been filled with apprehension especially in Texas with all of the illegal activity; and I so much appreciated that this was one place that was about anxiety, meditation and how to overcome anxiety and then you just alienated 80+ million people and after all the chaos of the last four years- it breaks my heart to think everything is politicized.

Molino GirlGood insightI’m glad I found this podcast. Lots of insight, lots of great tips, and calming hosts. Motivates me to try techniques for understanding and dealing with my anxiety and definitely makes you feel less alone as you realize that many, many people feel the same things which I already knew but it still helps hearing it. It’s like having free therapy in the privacy of your own home.

pengwormNothing new, money grubThis podcast is all fluff, no real info. If you are brand new to learning about anxiety and have zero information, then you might get something out of this. Still, there are MUCH better choices out there then this. Just listed to episode about dealing with anxiety at work. It included such life saving insights as get good sleep. Wow, how have I never thought of that? Too bad I have insomnia. But wait…they have a guided meditation you can buy that will help out. 🙄 Surely all will be well for me now. If that didn’t do the trick then they have wonderful information like having Rye toast instead of white and eating cinnamon to lower your blood sugar. Suuuuuuuure thing. I have tried several episodes to give this a chance, but it is just not worth it. I am happy if it helps anyone, I just hope that advice given has a little more scientific backing than eat cinnamon to lower your blood sugar.

medium thatThank YouShann and Ananga, I just want to say thank you for your work, and for helping me and sooo many others like me. I’ve been suffering from panic disorder since I was 15 years old. I had bouts of panic at first that lasted days…I would shake so much from fear that my mom put a wooden spoon in my mouth to stop the chattering. I was unable to function in any way whatsoever. I’ve struggled with health anxiety since then…other than medication that worked sometimes, and regulating my breath through yoga and meditation, I’ve been continuing to suffer. Those of us who have been through it just…would not wish it on anyone, is all I can say. Other health issues have come up in my life recently, and my panic attacks came back to a fever pitch. The EFT tapping techniques and sessions that Ananga do have truly, truly TRULY changed my life for the better - when nothing else is helping, and I have lost all hope. Please know grateful I am to have found you guys.

SuzWNUghOccasionally I’ll come across a podcast that has so much potential, but the host just ruins it. It’s very clear that this podcast’s purpose is to make money. Instead of talking about calming churning thoughts as promised, the host rehashes all the usual, well-known ways of getting to sleep. And then of course they plug their sleep album. Avoid caffeine? Use cozy blankets? Is this for real? You will hear those suggestions over and over. Please have more respect for your listeners or just get off the air.

BruinblondieZero credentialsThe only evidence-based tools these two have to reduce anxiety is breath work. The rest of their podcast is filled with quackery, and toxic misinformation. My favorite was their claim Covid isnt a seriously, deadly pandemic and the media has overhyped it. Compete bozos. Dunning-Kruger is alive and well. I’m ashamed to be a white woman. This seems to be widespread with my kind.
