Marién SarrieraA Must for WombensI love how Claudia simplifies the topic of hormones and menopause, making it easy, fun and empowering. I was so empowered that I even joined her rescue program because education is the key to advocating for yourself and supporting your body, mind and spirit during the next phase of our cyclical life.

SanitajBest advice out there for women 35 plusThis podcast and the other resources Claudia has are game changing if you are feeling different than you did in your 20s-early 30s and a woman. Run and don not walk to listen to all the advice she provides and advocate for yourself with your Doctor.

shfnshEmpowering and informativeAs I’m getting older I’m realizing that nothing, including our medical system, is designed with women in mind. I know how frustrating it is to try to get doctors to listen and understand what’s going on in my body and still not get the answers I need. So thankful to have access to helpful information through other avenues like this podcast.

Linsey RGMissing link in women’s healthcareClaudia and her team do a great job of presenting relevant and helpful information. This is information I feel is significantly lacking from my conventional medical providers and has greatly enhanced my well-being. Thank you for your passion and dedication to women's healthcare.

LindaR6...Friendly chat with a smart lady!I absolutely love listening to Claudia share all her wisdom, research, and experience in a way that’s easy to process and makes sense of what I’m going through and what’s yet to come. It really is like being on a coffee date with one of my closest friends! She’s fun, supportive, encouraging, and such a great educator. We women are lucky to have such a fantastic resource in her!

willowx1!So Amazing!Claudia is truly an amazing young woman! Intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and an advocate for anyone who works with her! I’m 62 now and have every symptom she talks about. There are days when I feel like 92! Perimenopause was not kind to be at all! I think the worse symptom for me was losing the hair on top of my head, painful sex, and joint pain! Being a woman is definitely difficult. Wish there had been someone like Claudia advocating for me when I was in perimenopause. Unfortunately, my generation depended on doctors. And sadly doctors were not able to address any of my symptoms, and I suffered in silence! And now at 62 I have other health complications which are debilitating and therefore am not able to take advantage of what Claudia teaches about perimenopause. So, if you’re in perimenopause, listen to Claudia’s podcast and run don’t walk to get her to help you! It may be too late for me, but it’s NOT too late for you! Claudia I wish you nothing but good health, success, happiness and LOVE! Love you! Auntie M 😘♥️

Daniela1013Educational and Empowering!I'm 43 years old and for the past couple of years have been experiencing symptoms just like the ones Claudia mentioned, but had no idea that it could be perimenopause! I also never even considered hormone replacement therapy to address hormone decline and can't wait to hear more about that! I want to feel good as I age and am so glad I found this podcast and look forward to future episodes.
-
Joanna AugInformative and funI’m so excited to listen to this podcast and learn all about women’s hormones and how to get a handle on perimenopause! Claudia always delivers the best information in an easy to understand way so I can’t wait for all these episodes!
