James has so many insightful tips and strategic insights in this great short format podcast. From his pro player experience and his coaching he has a unique way of seeing the game and a very current take on what’s working and where mistakes are happening, especially for 4.0 / 4.5 players. James’ humility is also endearing as he is so honest about what he knows and where he is not an expert. I was very impressed with his daily routine and his knowledge of using sunshine and delayed caffeine in the morning. Definitely give this a listen!

I think the contact point is farther forward for a cross court flick than a down the line flick so less time for opponents Love the podcast
