    Monday Bloody Monday
Love your podcast Tara & Jim. It’s like I get to hang out with my new friends on Monday morning lol. Keep up the good work. Jim’s videos have made me a much better home cook & I just love Tara’s perspective & getting to know you all more. You’re both so refreshingly genuine. Thanks for all you do.

Wonderful storytelling along with great ideas!
What an all-around terrific podcast! Since I am Italian–American and grew up on Long Island, I can relate to a lot of the wonderful stories that Jim and Tara tell.If you’re not from Long Island, you’ll learn a lot of interesting things about it while being thoroughly entertained in the process. I love all the ideas that are shared for cooking, menu planning, and celebrating with food. I’m looking forward to all of the episodes in the new year!

    What a delight
I love listening to your show. I’m not Italian and I live on the West Coast. But it’s always relaxing and informative and fun. Just a delight. 👍

    Episodes on origins?
I love your stuff, makes me feel nostalgia for Long Island and my grandmother's cooking. A suggestion I can't get out of my head is episodes about the origins of the New York cuisine. Take the Italian-American cuisine. Yes, it has roots in southern Italy, but then it changed. Canned tomatoes would have changed it. Cooking with natural gas stoves instead of wood would have changed it. Refrigeration would have changed it. And of course not all the change was technological release. This started out the food of poor people. I would love to hear what you can find out and put into your umwelt.

Does Italian cuisine ever include grilling?
Do Italians have any grilled dishes? Like cooked on an actual grill over an open fire or coals?

    Way too long
Fan of You Tube Channel. First podcasts are way toooo long. Repetitive. Half the time spent explaining what the episode isn’t about. To many tangents. Topics are well chosen. Less is more.

    1st episode
Just finished the first episode. It’s what I expected from you. Brings back many memories and I appreciate your approach to your success. Been following you for about 4-5 years now and I love it. Italian American New York style recipes are the best and you have captured them in your shows. Much success with your podcast and future endeavors. Loubalsr@yahoo,com

    A Family Affair
We loved watching the podcasts on YouTube! Only thing missing is James! James needs his own channel! We also want to hear Tara’s version of how you two met…I’m sure it will be more romantic than Jim’s…

    Excited for this podcast!
I’ve been watching Jim’s videos for a while on YouTube, and while the recipes are terrific (my 2 year old daughter is particularly fond of his Cacio E Pepe), the thing I enjoy most about watching them are the family interactions and stories. I am excited to see Jim and Tara take their content to a new platform in the form of a podcast.

    Awesome podcast addition
If you like family, Italian food, and lots of talking his is the place for you! Living far away from my family, this was like being home for Sunday dinner. Love this podcast, can’t wait for the next episode!
