    Best macros podcast!
This podcast clears up so much confusion about macro tracking. The early episodes will get you started with tracking the right way and then later episodes help you troubleshoot and adjust. If you tried macros and didn’t think it worked, follow this show and give it another try. Emily is a dietitian so you won’t find any fad diets or ridiculous advice. She also has a great IG account!

    Clear and helpful!
I found this podcast after getting completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting macros advice on the internet. Emily breaks the basics down in such a clear, accessible way. Her downloadable macro guide is a fantastic resource and I love the excellent content she posts to Instagram.

    The best resource for macros!
I highly recommend listening to this podcast! I’ve worked with Emily as a client, and she is extremely knowledgeable about macros and nutrition. I first worked with her while training for my second marathon and I was able to take 30 minutes off my previous time. I credit much of that to the nutritional changes I made while working with Emily! Thanks to Emily, I am now eating far more than I ever thought possible, appropriately fueling my workouts, and no longer have low blood sugar drops throughout my day. One of my favorite parts of being a one on one client was the monthly deep dives Emily would do on various nutrition topics. I’ve wanted her to start a podcast for years and cannot wait for future episodes!
