    It’s fine
I like Azi and the dudes. Amanda is out of her league in terms of being able to keep up with thoughtful analysis of these complex topics. Overall, it’s a decent listen but something feels a little stale. I liked listening to a few of them but I don’t feel compelled to go back- not totally sure why.

    Educational and Eye-Opening
The one thing that Graudate School has taught me is “Critical Thinking” and “hearing all sides and facts” before making your own individual conclusion, and this is what this podcast embodies. Critical Thinking: knowing all sides and facts, rather than following the masses. Azi does an excellent job of just that… and of course it may offend those who just want to blindly follow the masses rather than critically thinking, doing their own research to fully comprehend and understand a matter. A must listen! Thank you for this amazing podcast!

    So good!
I love this podcast. My only complaint is the people who need to listen to it probably won’t listen to it. But it’s a good sanity check for the rest of us. Five stars!

    Nuanced and intelligent
This show always makes me think about things differently. I don’t always agree with the conclusions or analyses - and that’s the beauty of it! Being able to disagree because of differing opinion or interpretations, rather than because of misinformation, is a gift. I appreciate the nuance and consideration, the candid conversation, and how it feels like I’m out to coffee with friends talking about the Real Stuff. Love!

    It’s a must listen!
I truly enjoy listening to this podcast, it is engaging and entertaining, most importantly full of knowledge. I seek content that provides facts and presents information about complex issues without bias. If like me you are a truth seeker.. listen to this podcast! Azi and Amanda rock!

    Stalker, racist, imperialist
Azadeh Ghafari is a serious stalker who has doxxed vulnerable people in the past and sics her rabid social media followers to threaten people who disagree with them and even their families. She has posted addresses and even pics of peoples homes so her followers can do her dirty work. Not to mention, do you really want to hear about “how to survive late stage capitalism” from someone w a six figure salary who lives in an extremely wealthy white enclave of southern California? Wack.

    Hooked by episode 3!
Started with the most recent episode and appreciate the combination of analysis and comedic relief. (Much needed.) I did not expect the nuance, like the initial examination of sound as a draw. In synthesis, this podcast feels like I’m listening in on my smartest friends during a post diner convo.

    Hilarious!!!!!
All the hosts are so funny, and Azadeh always makes me slow clap. Love hearing Amanda in her voice element too. She’s great on her podcast. The balance between the guests and hosts is great. Just the right touch or jokes, politics, and history. What’s not to love?

    Much needed conversation
Appreciate the perspectives shared on first episode of being mindful how we all are susceptible to being grifted even if by ourselves. Have benefited from Azi and Amanda’s voices on other platforms and think the topics they address with other hosts is well suited for this medium as it involves much nuance. Look forward to seeing more reflected on how environmental factors whether it be “late stage capitalism” (may be helpful to have term defined) or other psychosocial dynamics may contribute to the issues, and to hear more proposed solutions

This is such an important topic. I love the chosen lens of survival, curiosity, + empathy over cynicism and snark. Keep it up. 🙏
