kayedeegeesun before screens 🙌hi! i have to give a shout-out to you and your hubby for sharing your morning routine on your podcast. i mean… are you kidding? 😭🥹 never knew i needed at least 10 min of sun right when i wake up. i’m a FTM and am struggling with this new me and since doing sun before screens in the am with my little fam … i feel myself slowly getting better. we love seeing our neighbors walking by our house (some with pets) and just saying good morning. everyone is just so happy and lovely … i shared your podcast with my PPD support group because the topic of discussion was self-care and wanted to share how you inspired us to get a minimum of 10 mins of sun. it was my way of getting a micro-moment of self care thank you. 🤍
