I listen to this in the sauna 5x a week, full hour sessions. By the end of each session I lose partial vision, but it doesn’t matter because of how much joy I feel.

This is truly a thoughtful podcast that follows a profound journey through toxic masculinity, the anxiety of day to day life, and the true grind of following your passions with your whole heart. INGREDIENTS 3 medium tomatoes - four eggs (mixed with a teaspoon of salt)- one scallion (sliced thin) - two cloves of garlic (sliced thin)- two teaspoons of tomato paste 4 eggs beaten with a tsp of salt 1 scallion sliced thin 1 cloves garlic sliced thin 2 tsp tomato paste 1 tsp brown sugar soy sauce optional neutral oil for pan INSTRUCTIONS Pour in two tablespoons of oil in a heated wok or pan. Drop in the premixed eggs (don’t actually scramble cuz you want the nice ribbons.) Swirl the pan/wok and gently stir a few times, and scoop out when it’s still a little wet. In the same pan, heat up two tablespoons of oil and drop in the garlic slices and let them sizzle til fragrant. Put in the tomato paste and fry it for a minute. Add tomatoes. Season with a little salt and the sugar. Once you see orange/red tiny bubbles coming up on the side, if you like, add a splash of soy sauce for good luck and a deeper flavor. Add a little water (use your own judgment… you don’t want it burn but you don’t want it watery) and let it bubble up again. Add in your eggs and garnish with scallions. Enjoy right away on its own or with a side of warm rice!

Three best friends (who have made it more than abundantly clear they have seen each other naked) desperately try to make ends meet as they claw their way towards mediocrity within the American comedy scene. Despite their incredibly busy lives starring in one released independent short film per year, you can join them twice weekly as they search tirelessly for a sliver of joy amidst their traumatic upbringings and the required nightly use of a CPAP machine to prevent sudden nocturnal fatality. Trust me, if these poor souls can find joy, so can you.

Joy in its most concentrated form, presented weekly by three fellas who just get it. My favorite podcast to recommend, use responsibly.

I finally decided to prioritize joy in my life so I became a dedicated Joy Tactician. Now, every day when I mow the lawn I faithfully listen to the joy boys muse over myriad topics. As the mower methodically trims my suburban lawn, I cackle to myself from the sheer comedic joy radiating from the lads. Just like my hedge trimmer curbs the overgrowth of noxious weeds, this pod curbs the sprawling growth of terrible demons that threaten my daily existence, keeping all these undesirables at bay. A curious listen from top to bottom.

my favorite part of the show is eric’s very regular Seattle Accent..

Eric, Jack, and Nate are the modern day Three Stooges. A pure cornucopia of riotous laughter can be found here every week. Only listen If your heart can handle it.

I made it to “pontiac” in the cars episode. I was putting together a stroller and got up, turned it off, and continued my work in silence. Must be that Bear money 😤 or Toby Keith untimely passing 😫

I found this wild podcast because of the big name guests they have on. I work in a field all day shoveling slop into buckets and listening to these podcasters. When the sleet or snow or sun is coming down from the heavens I have a smile on my face from the hilarious and insightful words spoken by these comedic heroes. Everyday I pray that a new episode will be released and I’ll have a respite (comedically) from the onslaught of modern life. Thank you.

My joy cup is overflowing

These guys have their fingers on the pulse of culture/life in these dark times. Yeah they’re comedians but they actually get into serious discussions too. Also I think one of them is the main dude in that show The Bear.
