    Helpful and informative
I love listening to The Floral Hustle podcast. Jeni’s no-nonsense, down to earth approach to teaching success in the floral biz is so helpful. She’s clearly a leader in her market and shares industry secrets, insights, and how she’s learned from mistakes in a relatable and unpretentious way. Her mindset coaching segments are always right on time when I need reminders.

Good but there’s lots of room for improvement
Staring with the good thing about this podcast 1. It goes in depth about the business part of the floral industry. 2. It’s informative for beginners, it tells you a lot about pricing, marketing and strategy. 3. She doesn’t try to force you or constantly advertise her course which I love. The bad part is 1. It’s literally only about the business side. It doesn’t have any variety, I’d like to see some interviews, talking about actual flowers, care and recipes, flowers to avoid, mechanics etc. 2. It is too short, 15 minutes episodes aren’t enough. Other podcasts have 30+ minutes. 3. New intro is too long. 4. It gets repetitive and almost sounds like a pastor preaching at some point and lacks substance. After listening to episodes back to back, it’s just recycled information.

    Very informational
I loved her podcasts because: 1) It’s full of great information that talks about different aspects of running your business, growing it and maintaining it. 2) It not only focuses on how to grow successful business but talks about how to grow along with your business and not get burned out or lose the creative aspect of the business. 3) she sounds someone I can relate and talk to as an event professional. She explains things in a very simple manner and easy to follow. Highly recommended!

    Plenty to learn here
Host has lots of great knowledge but uses the word “literally” far too much. It started to make me cringe every time I hear her say it so I unfortunately had to move on to a new podcast.
