    If you are struggling with any sort of negative emotion and haven't been able to find a way out this is the podcast for you. Mike's approach is to start with releasing tension in your body so that your mind may be free to fully experience reality. I have applied what i've learned from him to the best of my ability and an looking forward to learn more about this science through the new episodes.
