While I do enjoy this podcast, this is not a podcast for your average traveler. Most guests are pompous and wealthy. Travel to outer space for over $100000, St Barthes for $1000’s a night, Antarctica for a minimum of $15000, to purchasing expensive travel bags and luxury. Robin Leach should be a guest… BUT Melissa does a nice job interviewing guests, gives helpful travel tips and does a great show called “Know Before You Go”. “KBYG” has been the most useful and a few of the guests on “Travel Legends” have been informative and extremely interesting. It would be nice for the show to tone it down for middle class travelers.

Melissa interviews fascinating people from all over the world. The topics vary from places I didn’t know I wanted to go to, such as Iraq and Antarctica. Her wonder and perspective is refreshing. Everyone should listen

I can’t get enough of this podcast. Every episode I learn an incredible travel tip or trick from Melissa based on her years in luxury travel. But mostly, it’s the way she and her guests bring places to life like the legendary Ritz or Villa La Coste. I feel like I’m there even though I’m really just listening while I run errands. My must-visit list grows with each episode.

I absolutely love this podcast! My favorite episode so far was with Dereck and Beverly Joubert. It was so interesting to hear their story and I loved learning about their foundation!

Love the travel tips and insights from a true expert. Also love the guests and how Melissa teases their stories and tips. As an avid traveler who wants real insider scoop, I find this pod better than others which feel really generic. Bravo! Cannot wait for more.

Melissa’s access to the most interesting and innovative people in the world of hospitality and travel adds so much depth to the topic at hand. Her easygoing manner and insightful questions really engage her guests fully and it is such a pleasure to listen to this podcast.
