Please stop turning the interview into a personal therapy session
The guest speakers are great. They’re very competent and explain the concepts well. However, the interviewer talks WAY too much about herself and it adds nothing to the episode. It feels very unprofessional.

As an adult child that grew up similarly in that 14% category like you have mentioned in episodes, this truly helps me confirm that my reality is not false and that I am seeing things correctly and to trust myself more! So thank you thank you thank you!!!

    SO boring
This podcast is so dull. The content is good, but the guests sound like they are reading their responses most of the time. Zzzzzz
