    Great informative content
Hey just wanted to let you know that after listening to a bunch of your podcast episodes and implementing your advice, I shaved nearly two minutes off my two mile run time. My previous best was a 16 minute mile and I just yesterday ran a 14:10. Feels amazing and my knee isn’t hurting like it ordinarily does after pushing myself. Maybe it’s the 180 tempo or maybe it’s maybeline.

Matt is well-suited to this format
No surprise that a guy who most of us discovered because of his clever and insightful Instagram posts would make good podcasts. Lots of good info- Matt is legit- and his speaking cadence is such that you don’t miss anything at 1.5x.
