Madeline_2001Amazing Information!Dr. Danielle is absolutely amazing and the knowledge she’s sharing has helped me so much on my own journey. Lyla PagnottaLove this podcast!I hav struggled with PCOS my whole life and regular doctors have always told me the same things and never given me real tools to help my symptoms! Dr Danielle gives great applicable advice and teaches about so many things most girls would never know about!

Erin MatzkoPCOS finally explained!I am so happy to have found this podcast; I have blazed through most of these episodes over the past month! As someone who was just recently diagnosed with PCOS, and given no direction from my doctor or any treatment options, this podcasts has been an absolute lifesaver.. I have begun to implement much of Dr. Danielle’s advice, like making a protein rich smoothie for breakfast or walking after meals, and have begun to see improvements in my energy levels, mood, and even my cravings! I have already recommended this podcast to two of my other coworkers with PCOS. Thank you, Dr. Danielle, for your wealth of PCOS related knowledge and for empowering me to no longer feel powerless to make any changes. 🤍

Angelic AnalogyThank You!For years, I told my doctors that I needed to investigate my health more. I was losing eyebrow hair which was thick my whole life, my emotions were all over, I’ve been fatigue and the list goes on. I found you on Google searching for PCOS answers. I’m glad that I did. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and being one who takes time to listen to the ones who need help.

bethg.Such a helpful pod!I when I was first diagnosed with PCOS, I was so overwhelmed. There was all kinds of conflicting advice, and many people were recommending extreme dietary changes and strict supplement protocols. Finding Dr. Danielle’s podcast was such a breath of fresh air in that space- I’ve learned so much about how to better balance my hormones, improve my sleep, and move my body in ways that actually help me heal. I also really enjoy the guests she’s had on and have found some other great resources through those episodes. This podcast is well worth the listen!

090794krbFinally understand what’s going on with my body after 15 years of birth control.Hello my name is Katie, When I was 14 years old I got my first period then I didn’t see it again until almost a year later. With this I was put on birth control to “regulate” my cycles. Never thought anything of it and was told through school that if you weren’t on birth control you would get pregnant so I remained on birth control for 15 years. I met my husband in 2014 and we were married in 2017. He has always wanted to be a dad and I was always scared and pushed back the timeline for this due to going to nursing school and moving to a new state. In 2022 we moved to Montana to pursue a business with my father in law which has been nothing short of amazing. With this there was nothing left holding us back from starting a family as I was 28 at the time. I also at this time started becoming more aware of what birth control actually does to your body and became sick with the fact of how long I had been on the pill. So I stopped it March 2023 and was so happy. I didn’t initially get my period back and I was coming about every other month. We didn’t start trying until sept 2023. Unfortunately this was the last time I recorded ovulation with OPKs. I didn’t get another period until Jan 2024. This is when I knew I needed to get a doctor involved. At this time I randomly searched pcos on my podcast app and this is where Dr. Danielle came into my life. I learned so much about women’s hormones and how they are suppose to work as well as education on Pcos. My little sister has pcos so it made me also worried that due to my lack of menstruation and long cycles that was the case for me as well. I went to my pcp and she told me I’m not ovulating based on my charting and ended up putting me on Metformin. I pushed to get labs done and so far I can assume I have high DHEA-S but all other labs look pretty normal. I also got an ultrasound done and they said based on the numerous small cysts that I now was diagnosed with pcos. Dr.Danielle gave me the knowledge to know to interpret what was going on. After implementing strength training, supplementation and watching things I eat I ovulated on my own March 2024 and couldn’t be happier. We tried to conceive and unfortunately it did not happen but I did get a menstruation 12 days later with a 75 day cycle. We now are in April 2024 and I am working on lifestyle and the things I’ve learned from this podcast and would LOVE to win a consultation with Dr. Danielle to help me on the road to conceiving. I also have a fertility specialist consult coming in June and I so badly want to prove that I can conceive on my own without medication. I’m praying that I get picked and cannot wait to hear from you Dr. Danielle!

Mabes06Wish I found it sooner!I struggled for years TTC and wish this podcast had been around then! Dr. Danielle shares great insight and information for anyone TTC or is interested in how their hormones are affecting their day to day life. I listen for help with balancing my hormones and insights on handling my Hashimotos.

alicia6678Life changing information!I stumbled on this podcast recently because I learned that the pill doesn’t cure PCOS and is just a bandaid on a bullet wound solution. I looked for a hormone podcast that could help me transition off of the pill which I’ve been taking for 18 years! Luckily I found Dr. Daniele’s podcast and learned a great deal of information from the different types of pcos to what to eat and what supplements to take! I wish I had this information when I was 19 and was prescribed the pill for pcos. If anyone is struggling with PCOS or wants to get off of the pill and support their natural hormones then this podcast is an information gold mine!

Carsyn ZCan’t get enoughThis podcast kickstarted my health and hormone journey and encouraged me to dive deeper into why my body is the way it is. I listen to these every week and always leave learning so much more!!

icky_vickytoriaLearned so much about women’s bodiesI’ve been listening for almost 2 months now and finally caught up. I’ve learned so much and I’m grateful for finding this podcast. Although my period is pretty regular and I don’t really have any major issues with my cycle, there was still plenty of things I didn’t know about my body or women’s bodies. All this information can still be useful in the future for me or a loved one. Highly recommend!
-
Agc.boston2016Love it! Insightful and interestingDr Danielle has shared a lot of insights that have already helped me on my journey to heal my hormones. BigFan🙌Religious listener!!!!I stumbled across this podcast when looking for answers and support with my hormones while coming off of the birth control pill. I had a gut feeling that my hormones were going to be imbalanced after taking the BC pill for 10 years, and I had no idea where to start - but I knew my OBGYN wasn’t going to do the in depth testing that I wanted. I listened, and rabbit trailed all the way down to the very beginning episodes Dr. Danielle put out, and I learned SO much. Eventually I decided to work with her, as I grew to trust her just from her podcast recordings. (And I realized that you truly can’t fix yourself without in-depth lab testing and a professional’s advice.) I’m still on this journey to the healthiest version of me, but am SO glad I took the route I did. My husband is proud of me for all my hard work, and we’re thankful for Dr. Danielle’s guidance. Please don’t ever stop sharing your knowledge & keep empowering women to listen to their bodies! ❤️
-
rachel.dptThank you!Dr. Danielle is so knowledgeable and well spoken. She explains women’s health topics so succinctly and clearly. I love her no fluff episodes and love that she does not have ads (and honestly appreciate the no intro too)!! Lena716lena716lenaA resource for all womenI've learned so much while listening to this podcast and think every woman - regardless of their assumed hormone health - needs to listen to this.

kara4959This podcast is INCREDIBLEI have PCOS, and have really struggled the past few years to understand how to manage my symptoms naturally when all of my doctors were pushing the pill and telling me that I was fine. I felt really alone and decided to learn about how to manage my symptoms on my own. On my journey to heal naturally, I came across this podcast, and I have listened to just about every episode- some way more than once! Dr. Danielle has a natural gift of being able to explain things in an easy to understand way that also gets so much information across. I’ve learned so much from this podcast that I have been able to share with the women in my life and has in turn helped them. All of the advice that Dr. Danielle provides has helped me to make small changes in my life that make such a big difference in my symptoms and how I feel in my body. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!
-

-
HealthizwealthAwesome podcastThis is a great podcast for anyone interested in their health and especially for people who have felt that modern medicine was unable to give them the answers and solutions that they need. Dr. Danielle’s approach involves healing from the source rather than covering up the symptom. I love that Dr. Danielle gives actionable tips so that you can apply the takeaways to your own life. She covers an array of relevant topics! I’ve learned a lot from this podcast and shared episodes with friends who are going through health challenges.

Katyyg_Absolutely life changingHello! I am a fellow listener and supporter of this amazing podcast. Dr. Danielle has helped my bestest friend on her PCOS journey and I have been living this transformation with her. I am so proud of how far she has come thanks to Dr. Danielle’s amazing knowledge and support. Her episodes go into depth with so much advice, guidance, and plans of action towards hormone health. I myself have been experiencing irregular periods and spotting recently, and the first person that came to mind was Dr. Danielle. I know she is the go to person to help guide me and help me regulate my body hormones as I am preparing my body to endure another healthy pregnancy 🥹 Thank you so much for the work that you do!❤️

Brookie779So informative! Not only has this podcast taught me so many things about women’s health, it has shown me how to be an advocate for my own health journey! Since listening to Dr. Danielle’s advice I’ve switched prenatals (to WeNatal) and I have finally figured out what bloodwork to test at my local lab. I have been TTC for the past 6 months and I hope through this podcast I can learn more tips in order to conceive. So grateful for you Dr. Danielle!
-
AmandaGoodw1nThe best podcast and Dr!I found Dr. Danielle’s podcast when she was a guest on the period chats podcast. I could not get enough! Dr. Danielle is so very knowledgeable! I started working with her shortly after to help me with getting off birth control and with anxiety. My results from working with her have been absolutely incredible! She is the most caring doctor I have ever worked with. She is literally one of my favorite people, I feel so blessed to have found her and to be able to call her my Doctor. My mom and sister are now her patients as well because I just can’t stop talking about how much she can help women and want to share her with everyone!
-
ChickadeeHWomen’s health basicsI also am someone who doesn’t have PCOS and I am done having children. There is still so much relevant content to consume on women’s health. I quite literally binged so many episodes and what stuck out to me the most was cycle syncing. In the past, I would try to grab heathy foods with no real plan or knowledge of what my body needed that week. Knowing what will fuel my body week to week is so helpful when choosing groceries. I am also currently still on an SSRI 2 years postpartum and looking to remove that. Most women aren’t very aware of their cycle to this degree but I’m ready to shout it from the rooftops!

Thanks to her podcast, I've made positive changes in my daily habits that have contributed to my overall well-being. This podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking to enhance their understanding of hormones and adopt a healthier lifestyle. majesstic.lifestyleSUCH A HUGE HELP!My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years now. I got off BC assuming we’d get pregnant right away but little did we know that wasn’t going to happen. After nearly a year and a half without a period, a few months ago I got diagnosed with PCOS, and came across Danielle’s podcast as I try to learn more about myself. She has been SUCH a huge help and I’m so grateful for this free resource out there. I’m still in the process of learning but already have learned so much from just the last month of listening! Also, if you don’t have pcos, she is just a huge help to be more aware of your cycle and keep on the look out for warning signs incase you have pcos without even realizing! Thank you again Danielle ❤️
