    Excellent show - thank you!
My toddler and I listen to an episode almost everyday, and we love it. There are so many things to love about this show - but I love the fact that I can expose my child to positivity on a daily basis while building a tiny mindfulness practice and joyful ritual together.

I love charm words!! It helps me be more positive and kind. I even have a bunch of sticky notes on my wall with a bunch of these affirmations on them! Whenever I walk by, I randomly pick one and read it. Whoever is reading this should try it too! ❤️❤️❤️

I love listening to these with my 5 year old every day. When she’s having a tough time, there is always a charm word to meet the moment. I feel uplifted listening as well! Highly recommend.

    Perfect for school drop off
This is a perfect little podcast to play with my daughters before I drop them off to school. Short and sweet, but still impactful. Once we’ve played the podcast we talk a little about what the affirmations mean, how to apply them, and how it makes them feel. So sweet for my 3 & 5 year old girls. 🖤

I love the brevity, message, and the voices
I love this because it’s short sweet and to the point. The hosts are persons of color, and the content is so spot on. Low self esteem is a generational curse within the black community, and I wholly desire to break it within my family. This is helping me along with weekly therapy. I love playing this podcast out loud before my daughter leaves to get on the school bus. It’s getting her into the habit of taking deep breathes and having positive thoughts about herself which has been hard. It’s helping me, too. It’s often hard to believe/accept positive affirmations about oneself, and if the talk is too long it won’t be effective because some might tune out or reject the message which I have experienced with my child. It’s the small bricks layered upon each other over time that builds the strong wall. So everything about this show is just right. Thank you for creating this. It is helping to fill a need within the minority space for emotional intelligence training. I even shared this podcast with my child’s teacher. She plans to incorporate it in her community building lesson at end of day!

    Quick, fun and helpful
My 5 (and a half!) year old daughter and I started listening about 6 months ago and we both adore it. It’s great for youngers, (like 3-8). She loves the high fiving at the end and putting the charm words in her “pocket” each day. I like to go back and talk about the charm words too in some small way later on in the day.

I hope you respond and this is very, very helpful for me except for my sister and yes I am young but I love this! Thanks again for this lovely channel that you made and I am glad this involves belly breathing…and that’s the last thing I put in this letter, er, I mean review. We all need this podcast!
In the hectic daily grind of living, positive affirmations, breathing and mindfulness is what we all need. Parents and teachers can use this to guide children on how to center, focus and create calm and peace at home or in the classroom. Adults can also take a moment to benefit from this wonderful podcast. A Brilliant podcast!

    the best!!!
seriously love this podcast - my son is only 2 and listened 10% of the time so these episodes are just quick enough to keep his attention span and he even thinks that it’s a game we are playing!! he doesn’t even realize all the amazing energy and affirmations that he will be so used to just from taking all of this awesomeness in. the charm words are a great opportunity to help my son’s speech as well. thanks so much for this amazing and necessary piece of art!!

    We’re here to stay!
I was looking for a new affirmation podcast for my boys (5 and 7) at the beginning of the year (2022). The one I was doing before was nice, but taking too much time for our morning routine (it was like 12 minutes daily). I love this quick and easy style (2-3 minutes). The boys like it. My one child that is negative more than he is positive was asking me if we were going to do our charm words the other morning . That is not like him at all! We also follow up at night on how the day went according to our affirmations. Thank you!
