    It’s so nice to listen to when trying to drift into sleep, Personally im a deep sleeper so I don’t even hear the ads which makes it better! It’s not too loud either, Unlike other podcasts

    Ads are jarring
    The ads are so loud when considering the podcast is used for sleep and relaxation. Invasive and misplaced. Would recommend finding a different one, like Calming White Noise podcast.
