    I have listened to this cholesterol centered episode three times now. There is an unbelievable amount of information packed into its 36 min length. And I have a medical background. For those not familiar with the terminology, perhaps there is a transcript available. For anyone with interest in this subject (we all should), it’s absolutely worth the time to understand this.     Please keep doing more! Love each episode and they are so helpful to keep on track! I would love to hear more about Undoctored and what to say when people can’t believe I don’t do useless and dangerous interventions/procedures that healthcare labels “prevention”. Please do an episode on the side effects of statins, colonoscopies, mammograms, etc. Also, please interview people about cooking ideas, restaurant ordering tips, etc. Just more helpful tips to eat healthy and avoid accidental exposures. Also, love the yogurts! Thank you 😊.

    I first listened to Dr. Davis talk was from an interview of him. In that interview he talked about the yogurts he tried and the effects of those yogurt. I watched/listened to that interview over and over again, and I also bought his book “tThe Super Gut”. Thanks Dr. Davis for the information you provided in your podcast.

    I’m off my biologics !!!
    Since I read Undoctored and Wheat Belly and now this podcast, I’ve lost 32lbs in 3 months and no longer have psoriatic arthritis. No more injecting a dangerous immune suppressing drug Humira which I’ve done for 12 years. My rheumatologist is stunned but has not asked me what I’ve done. He probably thinks I’m one of the lucky ones. I recommend all dr Davis’s books and this podcast. Real wealth is HEALTH!
