    I have been listening to your podcasts the past few days and they are some of the most informative and fun to listen to out there. I started IF March 17th and have lost 20 lbs. I haven’t gone less than 14 hours fast this entire time and that has only been a handful. Mostly 16-18 hours. I thrive on conversations such as yours as my mind needs to hear the hows and whys over and over so I know and remember why I am doing this.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME LISTENING TO THIS!!
    This podcast is basically full of cherry picked information to support her opinions. Full of misunderstanding of how the body works. There are SO MANY contradictions and misinformation in this podcast. There are a lot better podcasts out there with complete, fact based information. She is basically making the rules fit what she wants them to be and what you want to hear.
