ivyssmpWe could be besties!I love your show. I have been weight training for 10 years because knew that it was good for my body and it was good for my longevity. Now that I have been learning a more about hormones and metabolic dysfunction, I can feel the difference with some other steps I’m taking. I love your no nonsense approach. It is powerful and your honesty is refreshing. I laugh with you a lot. I also believe that so many women are getting in their own way with their mindset around what they think they know instead of just opening up and trying new things. Your voice is needed. I’m a life coach and I host a podcast for women to help them stop over drinking, and I also share so much about mindset and overall wellness as well. My next step is hopefully finding someone in my area who has an ounce of the same wisdom as you so I could even up my game as I approach my 50s. Keep rockin’!!!

SwtGraceyThe real deal!Listen to Dr. Tyna! She will change your life. I tend to trust those who aren’t afraid to lose everything to get the truth out. Discovered her during Covid and have followed her since. If the mainstream media and tech are trying to silence you then this is exactly what you need ti hear.
-

Zepbound UserGLP 1Thank you for doing the research on this I recently started Zepbound and there is not alot of information out there. I now have a resource that I can talk to my doctor about I agree on the slow and low!!
-
Brittany_joeEasy educational listenThis podcast breaks down medical knowledge into digestible info for the regular person.
-
Speech princessShe’s doing the Lord’s work!I loved the GLP-1 series. I am so happy this podcast is out there. Thank you for all of the information that is based on science (not the made up kind). I’m so happy that this podcast exists. Thanks Dr. Tyna! I wish you were my doctor, but even if you’re not, with your information, I can go to my doctor and advocate for myself.
-
M-TidwellFabulous PodcastSuch a valuable podcast with so many nuggets of information. I highly recommend following Dr. Tyna on all of her platforms she is a wealth of knowledge.
-
alanasaysliveTruth Warrior in ALL WaysDr. Tyna has fought lies in all directions—she works hard to explain the truth when big pharma is causing harm to people’s health and ALSO when those of us who’ve been burned by the medical system are overly rejecting of certain medicines and protocols and our health would actually improve if we embraced a thing or two. She’s like a mediator between allopathic and holistic healthcare—she helps us both see where we’ve been wrong and to respect each other. The benefit for listeners is that we actually have our health optimized and get more tools.

Me n Mista DN of 1Thank you for your honesty and willingness to go against the masses. I recently became a follower after I saw you on the Chalene show.

xusnrnFound you on Mind pumpI really enjoyed the Mind Pump episode you were on recently. It really blew me away!! Thanks for bringing this information to the masses.
-
Dr. Moe, NDExcellent workThank you Dr. Tyna for standing up for health freedom even at the expense of sacrificing your own health at one point. I have watched you endure both criticism and praise from all the different paradigms of health including our own. Still you continue to freely share life-saving information to all people for FREE. All while standing tall and brilliantly explaining facts that too many were resistant to acknowledge. I am so grateful for you, your experience, leadership and commitment to our professional oath. Keep up the great work! God bless you.

Casey’s ComputerEpisode 156This podcast is so important to hear if you’ve ever had back issues. I wish I had found this 14 weeks ago when I got a herniated disc.
-
Jessi_roseMind pumpI listened to the episode Dr Tyna was on and was really intrigued with all she had to say about GLP-1s. I started following her on IG and subscribed to her podcast. I live in Oregon and so wish I had her as my dr. Keep up the great work Dr!

TYEKAJADADr tyna mooreShe is right on happy I found her . Can’t figure out how to download to Apple Watch Do wish she would be more detailed as to what micro doses start at and what cycle is recommended in general . Heck we know starting doses of everything no reason to keep general info secrete . All in all she is great
-
snnDTXInvaluable Information! So happy to have come across this podcast and the information she shares. I share the podcast with anyone who will listen and hope they will listen and improve their health. In the current state of medicine, it’s really nice to have someone with common sense and a different perspective from the mass funded traditional medicine we are forced to endure. Thank you! I wish you had a practice in my town, will be on the search for someone who comes close.

Emac909Amazing to contentMy wife and I have used the 3 GLP-1. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, and now retatrutide. I wouldn’t have known our gut issues were actually repaired by the GLP-1s if it wasn’t for DR Tyna. Also I had knee issues since my 20s for the last 6 months my knees haven’t bothered me and I’m now believing it’s from the GLP-1 and it’s reducing of pain.
-
NurseKochOzempic seriesI have been a staunch glp-1 agonist hater for awhile. Part of it was the negative aspects of it, at higher doses. Part of it was jealousy. This Ozempic series has changed my perspective completely. I have been working with a functional medicine practitioner for over a year and this could be the final piece that helps me. I’m a tired, stressed out nightshift nurse doing the best she can to get past insulin resistance and weight gain. I’m hoping the low dose semaglutide is another tool in my toolkit. Thank you for this information!
-
AmyhoHappy to find Dr Tyna!Thank you Dr. Mark Hyman for introducing me to Dr. Tyna! I am now devouring of the episodes that I’ve missed and have learned so much. I have so many new tools in my toolbelt. Dr Tyna’s podcast is my new favorite go to!
-
CDStolpeWanted the truthThe Ozempic Facebook page I belong to had many posts by people that had listened to these podcasts to get real, unadulterated information. It’s a breath of fresh air to listen to someone who does not have an ax to grind, is simply giving facts. So appreciate the work you’re doing, Dr! I look forward to listening to all of the episodes, not just the ones I initially came here to hear.
-
M TerrSpeaks truth bombs!I have been a follower since 2020. She is one of a kind, authentic and a truly trusted leader in real and natural healthcare. Always backs up her data. Love her!💗

-
YoubabesAlways useful infoI found Dr Tyna in 2020 & have heard only sensible information from her. I’m a gal in my 40s who need to hear this information. The variety of guests she interviews and her solo shows cover a myriad of topics. Overall, good info! Dr Tyna has a firm voice in a time of confusion and a seriousness that I enjoy listening to and considering in these crazy times.
-
EGB1015Glad I found this podcastDr. Tyna perfectly combines holistic and traditional medicine. She’s smart as a whip and I learn something from every podcast.
-
kimmilove74Love her styleWhat a dream it would be to have her as your doctor. Her straightforward approach is refreshing.

01aldaThanks so much!I heard you on the Dr. Mark Hyman show and so impressed by knowledge with the whole Manjaro/Ozempic situation. I started taking semiglutide 7 months go for weight loss because I was told I had pre diabetes and my family on my dads side are all pretty much diabetic even a cousin had half his leg amputated. I have lost 15 lbs but mostly here’s what has happened as well: -No cravings for booze. -My joints don’t hurt anymore especially my feet and wrists because of my job. -I have been an insomniac for most of my life and now I can get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. -I have stopped stuffing my face with late night snaking. -I stop eating when I’m full and don’t find the need to clean my plate. -My moods are better. Anyway, thanks so much for standing up for those of us that really see a better life with this drug.
-

mattieottThankful to have found Dr. Tyna as someone in their 20’s!While Dr. Tyna is really paving the way for her listeners who are coming into their midlife I can’t help but take everything she is saying and apply it to my life (and my husbands, lol!) at 28 now. My sister (23) turned me onto her show a year or so ago and my whole family have loved it! Sharing episodes weekly that have resonated with us. Dr. Tyna does not mess around. She’s here to share amber thoughts and expertise and there is no sugar coating. I love the solo shows and hearing about Dr. Tynas lifestyle and how she applies her own practices in her life. Definitely worth a listen and diving into her archives! Thanks Dr. Tyna!

Miss HAIncredibly important info!I listen to tons of health podcasts and this is a top favorite. So much great info, sometimes I want to take notes because I want to remember Tyna’s phrases. She’s so great. Love her brain and all she has to share.

AJ, NPAmazingDr Tyna is a realist, intelligent, confident, and a great podcaster/speaker! One of my semaglutide patients told me about her recently and I’ve learned so much in the few weeks I’ve been listening! I’m a dietitian , nurse, and a practicing nurse practitioner
-
lbohnennHard to Hear But so NeededWow! Dr. Tyna tells it like it is!! It is hard to hear sometimes only b/c it hits the core but it is NECESSARY to hear & make changes! I wish I had started listening to her sooner. I will be going back to older episodes since I’m late to the game!
-
PINEAPPLES ARE AWSOME!!!!!!!!!Love Dr. Tyna!Dr. Tynas podcasts are chock full of helpful information. She’s not afraid to give it to you straight and tell you the truth about what could be harming your health. Every time i listen to one of her podcasts i learn something new. Thank you Dr. T!
-
MindySibGreat information!!!!Dr Tyna is extremely knowledgeable and gives up to date knowledge on health . She backs up her information with facts. It is hard to convince people to open up their minds to new information that contradicts what they have been taught in the past . I find her podcasts very interesting and appreciate her passion and strength to stand up to the mainstream narrative. With an open mind, please give her a listen - it might possibly change your life.
-
kenpoengineerDoesn’t Share Her Health Information But Gives You AdviceReally! If you as a doctor doesn’t share your health information then how do we know you are healthy and why should we take any health advice from you?
-
Coopa DawgExcellent Health InfoI am grateful for Dr. Tyna! I have learned so much from following her on IG and listening to her podcasts.
-
RozvivaPretty angryNot sure why anyone would listen to her angry, hostile diatribes when there are myriad more nurturing and better qualified healthcare practitioners in the naturopathic space. ND turned grifter.
-
RonpauRareIt’s rare for me to write a review but I had to do it because your show is the best one I listen to and I’m always anxious to wait for the next one. Keep up the excellent work. You are much appreciated!!
-
Green and purple happy107&108I loved your show!
-
Diana HitchenMixed feelingsI love 90% of what Dr Tyna is saying, and I deeply respect her courage to speak out against the grain of the conventional health space. But as a C19 long hauler, I am disappointed at her stance on this condition. I am a 30 year old former endurance athlete who eats a whole food diet and does all the things (sun, sauna, supps, mindfulness, etc) and has always had impeccable bloodwork (insulin, CRP, literally everything is optimal). But after 3 years I am still very unwell. The idea the long haul is directly and exclusively correlated to how well we take care of ourselves is false. I never thought I’d get it or have any chronic health issue ever, but here I am.
-
ShannsaysA chiropractor pretending to be an MDSpreading lies about vaccines so typical
-
jamiewithrowAlways points us back to the basics. It’s so easy to get distracted with diet culture’s lies and schemes. Success is found with mundane faithfulness to the basics. Dr Tyna is always taking us back to those basics and I so appreciate that!
-
Courtney PaulsenThe truth hurts!I love how Dr. Tyna is brutally honest! People need to hear the truth, even if it hurts or makes you squirm. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Tyna when I was going through a really stressful time in my life. If I listed all the contributing factors it would be a mile long. I stumbled across this podcast and am so thankful! I knew that I needed to learn more about both healing and protecting my body, because I was doing everything “right” with diet and exercise yet still having issues (and as a nurse practitioner you would think I’d know). I have been in the low carb space since 2004, so I already knew that mainstream dietary health information was wrong. I knew that low carb was at least a good baseline, but why was I still suffering? Hormones out of whack, mood issues, idiopathic hives, constant stomach pain, constipation… I could go on and on. Dr. Tyna has educated me on how eating meat, getting sun, using sauna, and so much more can help our bodies heal and repair from so many things including severe stress. I will say that the safe sunning is my favorite episode and probably the most important thing I have learned. Thank you Dr. Tyna, keep up the good work! @courtneypaulsen
-
York 17Gutsy and Great infoLove this podcast with Dr. Tyna! The information and guests she has on her show are amazing. I have learned so much about my body and health through this podcast!! Love that she is not afraid to share her true feelings about everything and anything! @briesannayork
-
kpsailormamaHORMONES!Dr. Tyna has taught me so much over the last two years. I’m a menopausal 55+ year old and my hormones are CHAOTIC. Dr Tyna has helped me learn about metabolic dysfunction, hormones and what I need in my 50s. Her FIERCE anti-Covid stance is what truly endeared me early on! @sailormama
-
erin.hunnicuttDirect & to the pointI appreciate Dr Tyna’s no nonsense approach in how she shares her insights. It shows that she has put in a ton of effort to gain the knowledge she has. I think it’s inspiring that she has such a desire to share with people who want to listen. Thanks from @erinhunni
-
techtoothMy favorite health showI have been listening to Dr Tyna since the pandemic. Since then I knew she was one of the good guys, a truth seeker. I started following her on Instagram and then after started listening to her podcast. She shares her knowledge and professionalism in an entertaining, no nonsense way. I love her show and find it so informative and helpful. Listening to her on my morning commute makes traffic seem not so bad. She has turned me on to many wonderful products and treatments such as sauna, red light therapy and supplements. She’s had some great guests come on the show and every episode has been eye opening. I can’t recommend her show enough. @sallye1999

whyallthenanGreat source of information for real healthGreat show! Dr. Tyna has a great way of sharing actionable information to improve your health. Thanks for all you do! @elschwin
-
katysbusslerGame Changing!I have been listening to Dr Tyna for a little over 6 months and have enjoyed and learned from the podcast and her content on IG. The content is parsed out and broken down so anyone can understand it and she is just so real and vulnerable which makes it even better. She is out here being an actual healer, helping people to empower themselves and take control of their health and futures.
