LisaU123The Biggest Loser episodeJillian Michaels is not the person you described. On the show yes she is. However part of the reason she left is because of how they depicted her. She has said over and over that it was the character the show made her be. They wanted her to be the bad guy and Bob was the good guy. I had the opportunity to go to a stop on a speaking tour and she really spilled a lot about the show. But she is not like that typically while training. She is actually quite the opposite by all accounts of people that worked with her.

BriKuz1Informative and entertainingI absolutely love this podcast! As somebody who is constantly striving to improve my overall health, I feel as though this podcast gives informative and non-biased information to guide my own research.

earthwaterfirekelsLove the show!Great show for scientific nutrition information. Highly recommend if you’re looking for entertaining science communication.

TM211022Approved by a fellow RD!I discovered this show recently, and I love it so far! I’m an RD myself, and I love the way these ladies dig deep into popular nutrition topics and support their opinions with their science-backed knowledge learned while training and working as RDs. I agree with most everything they say, and they present the information in a funny and lighthearted but informative way. I love the topic choices too- lots of variety while still addressing current and popular nutrition fads and myths. Super entertaining and worth the listen!

R.LHealthcoachBogus info… strictly opinionsI listened to you spread false lies and your personal opinions. About something you clearly had ZERO experience with! I pray NO ONE takes your “opinions” for facts!!

Griffith is the manHilarious and informationalFinally nutrition info from professionals, I really enjoy the blasting of all the celebrity and social media diet fads. It’s like any sane person knows immediately that it’s some sort of scheme, but to actually hear the facts behind why is dope. Plus Marie is hot, so I’ll believe anything she says.

Sarah PresserMy favorite health and wellness podcast!I follow Elaina Efird on Instagram and started listening because of that episode she was on. Then I started going back and listening to all your pervious episodes and can’t get enough! You ladies have debunked SOOO many things I had questions about, and also made me realize I needed to add fish oil supplements after I listened to that episode. I have told so many people about your show! Please keep bringing us all the evidence based research! 😊

elizabethmary34Love it!This is my new favorite podcast! I searched a product wondering if there were any podcasts out there and stumbled upon this podcast. I am currently starting at the beginning to listen to every episode. Thank you for all of the factual information!

erin3544Love it_TOPIC SUGGESTION!Ladies! Wow I’m loving the podcast so far and I’m only a few episodes in. I have an episode request! So-I have a busy person and tend to work long hours so I like to supplement my vegetables with some sort of green powder in the mornings especially when I know I’m gonna have a long day ahead of me. I feel like I see a green powder at every pharmacy and health food store and the ingredient list is always huge. I would LOVE to hear your thoughts On maybe a few that you like or what I should be looking out for when selecting my green powder supplement!
-
jillnbeansThank you!!Finally a pod that makes me feel ok about how and what I’m eating. I’m finally starting to see all the contradictions in the diet world. Thank you for exposing all this in such a funny way!
-
JOYRDNGFood SanityThere are so many crazy diet cults out there and these two ladies bring it back down to earth with their knowledge and humor. So glad I found this podcast. It has been so helpful to sort out and debunk the claims and just plain unhealthy advice being thrown around by anybody and everybody trying to be a diet guru along with big diet business.
-
BradPFarraCluelessI don’t write a lot of reviews, but these RD’s are really missing a lot.
-
XurlySkatesSurlyLetting the research (and charming hosts) do the the talking!Super entertaining and informative since I get overwhelmed and confused by today's one-sze-fits-all sometimes culty 'wellness' culture. I let these two unpack the science and pick apart the studies for me, since I don't have the background or expertise. As RDs, they are sensitive to the fact that people have varying nutritional needs, but they also clearly understand that we live in a world where factors such as access, budget, personal preference all play a role in what we eat.

Cason B.The Best Dietetic Podcast! This podcast is actually the best out there for anyone who has a passion for or interest in nutrition. Emily and Marie do a good job of explaining the science behind each topic and keeping it as simple as they can. Keep it up y’all!
-
zach91737492010747Woo hooWonderful science and research based podcast! Love it, thank y’all so much for creating this. Coincidentally I’m ready Carl Sagan, “Science As A Candle In the Dark.”

goodbye fad dietsHelpful insightsI am easily drawn into advertisements to lose weight only to yo-yo diet. The research-based information in these podcasts has opened my eyes to the difference between a fad diet and healthy nutrition. Thank you ladies!
-
EmilyDanksFinally reliable information!I came across this podcast after being so frustrated with all the contradicting nutrition info out there. I want to get healthy but don’t know where to turn for information. It can be so confusing. When I listen to this podcast, I know I’m getting good information that I can trust.
-
hannahkleinDon’t fall for food marketing!I love when these two talk about food marketing and trickery on labels. This podcast has helped me make better decisions at the grocery store!
-
kateeetwI love this show! This show has good info on diets. I wish this had come out sooner so I could have avoided some sketchy diets in the past…
