    So relatable!!
I mean, could Lauren (and her guests) be more relatable?! I listen to this podcast every morning with my coffee before both of my boys wake up (2 month old and 4 year old) and the chaos begins! I love this podcast, and love listening to her faith with the Lord… it helps me on my worst days!

    Perfect for the privileged
As a therapist, I am so heartened to hear Lauren frequently sharing the merits of mental health care! Far too often, I see high profile Christians denounce therapy and mental health care in favor of prayer and clergy counseling, and I so appreciate that Lauren is open with her listeners on the benefits of therapy from a licensed professional! A significant frustration with the podcast is how the majority of the suggestions and advice Lauren offers only applies to middle/high income people with stable families. Lauren has a *tremendous* amount of privilege, including financial privilege, racial privilege, and a strong support system of both personal and hired help. I wish she would acknowledge it/provide advice that is more accessible to lower/middle income people. The majority of Americans struggle to afford childcare (let alone full-time childcare) and many don’t have close families or “villages”. Lauren is constantly urging listeners to lean on their families and friends, get childcare, make time to workout, etc. That isn’t possible for so many, and I wish she would acknowledge that and provide tangible tips and advice that are applicable to a wider audience.

    The best Podcast🙌🏼
This podcast makes me feel like I’m just hanging with the girls and catching up on so much truth that needed to be poured into my life. Listening to some of the perspectives/advice that people share on this podcast really helped me not feel like I was alone.. especially while struggling through the thick of PPD/PPA. This is the best podcast for all ages I feel like and definitely a great listen for new moms. Lauren, thank you for being vulnerable with us and speaking truth into our lives as well. I can’t wait until the next season!

    Love Lauren's Wisdom!
Love this podcast and the wisdom Lauren always imparts! It's always a joy to have a new episode from her to listen to! Especially enjoyed this last season on parenthood. Lauren can hold her own and not sure Annie really needs to be in the podcast at this point.

    Exactly what I needed!
I absolutely love this podcast! In a world with so much brokenness, the positivity and light in this podcast, even when discussing heavy topics, are a breath of fresh air. After my dad died I really struggled in my faith. This podcast has been so healing in bringing me back. Thank you so much for your openness Lauren! Please keep podcasting!

    Such a blessing!!
I began listening to Lauren’s podcast during season 2 and HAD to go back and binge listen to Season 1. Of course I could not wait until Season 3 began! Lauren & Annie speak with so much truth, conviction, faith, compassion, encouragement, & empathy! Thank you for being the hands, feet and a voice for Jesus! You’re such a beautiful example of a Christian!❤️

    SO inspiring.
This podcast is truly incredible. I look forward to it every Tuesday and hope we get a season 4! Lauren, you speak with such grace, compassion, and you’re so very wise! I initially followed you and your story because of TR, but I have continued following because of YOU! You are everything I wish to encompass as a mother. Your advice provides such comfort, and the lord definitely chose you for this. Your family is beautiful and this world is better because of them. Thank you for being you and shining your light wherever you go! May God Bless you and your sweet family🥰

    Best Christian Podcast!
I have been listening since season 1 and I always find myself relistening to old and new episodes because they are all SO GOOD!! All of Lauren and her friends stories inspire me to grow in my faith and have a more intimate relationship with God. They talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly. But how keeping God in the center of all of those things.. changes things. I love you, Lauren! Thank you for keeping this podcast going. Since you started this podcast, I’ve become a mom and I’m loving season 3 all about parenting! 🩵🩵

    Encouraging, uplifting, and Godly
I have listened to this podcast I’m not sure how many times through. Each time, I learn something new that I didn’t catch the first time. This podcast has been extremely encouraging for me in my walk with God. It has helped me to become more confident in sharing Christ with others as well. Thank you Lauren and Annie❤️

    Refreshing and Encouraging!
My friends and I are all in our early-mid 20s. We live in a very small town where churches are slim picking. There’s a group of 10-20 of us who NEEDED something, like a life group, to walk, encourage, and support each other through God. We LOVED reading your book and listening to this podcast to give us inspiration and insight on how important community is. This podcast gave us a foundation of what we want our circle to look like moving forward ❤️

I enjoyed and greatly looked forward to every episode in the first two seasons, but season 3 content is next-level encouraging for me. I am also deep into motherhood, and this season has brought new perspectives and new comfort. I am feeling very seen!

    Soul feeding
Whenever I need encouragement or Godly positivity spoken into my life this is where I turn. I’ve been checking back often for the new season and was so excited to see that season 3 is finally here. Lauren is just the best to listen to, be encouraged by and learn from. So blessed by this podcast!

    Amazing show!
I LOVE this podcast! Lauren is so down to earth and real. Even at different mothering stages she is still relatable and honest. I can’t recommend this show enough and I look forward to it every week!
  • Valleym9
    Positive
I love the positive outlook and I listen to each episode because of that. However, this podcast is very un-relateable if you are not from the Nashville crowd. A lot of mothers are so lonely and don’t have the girlfriends or community to lean on and it’s very difficult to get into a community like that especially with kids and working full time. It’s just not realistic for the majority of people to have opportunities like discussed in this podcast. I actually feel more discouraged after listening each week because I don’t have a friend group, I don’t have the time to spend the majority of my day with my kids and it just lifts the mom guilt for a lot of us that don’t have the same privileges. Also the God conversation could use some depth. Again the way they speak is positive but it lacks the draw to salvation and clinging to God as our lifeline when we don’t have friends and family and when they can’t meet our needs!

    Such a great show!
Every season just keeps getting better! Lauren is so down to earth and relatable and Annie asks such thoughtful questions. Each episode is full of honesty, humility, and wisdom, and I look forward to listening every week.

    Love your podcast!
Mom of a daughter here, and the episode on mom guilt really struck a cord with me! I needed to hear that she doesn’t need to have every experience every other kid on social media has. It sometimes feels impossible to keep up! Thanks for putting out the real content.

    Season 3!!
Live in Love is BEST! I’m a huge Lauren & TR fan. They both truly inspire me. The podcast is so relatable and easy to listen to. Season 1 and 2 brought me closer to the Lord and helped me through some hard times. So THANK YOU, Lauren & Annie🫶🏻

    Send it to everyone!
I have been a fan of Thomas Rhett and Lauren for years! I read her book when it came out and LOVED it. That is why I originally started listening to the podcast, especially when I found out it was going to be a That Sounds Fun podcast- a two for one, yes please!! This podcast is special. Every single season, every single episode is so intentional. From season 1 (the purpose episode changed my whole lens of how I was looking at a frustrated season I was in, as well as getting married shortly before season 1- all the marriage/family episodes in 1+ 2 helped so much) to season 3! I am not a mother yet but I am a nanny and serve immensely in kids/youth ministry. I care SO much about this next generation and getting to hear these convos help so much for now and for the future! Sending it to EVERYONE always!

Livin’ in Love - my work in progress
I attended a phenomenal Thomas Rhett concert and from there learned about his incredible wife and her beautiful book, and now, this podcast! I immediately purchased the audiobook and then signed onto the podcast and I can’t stop listening! My sisters and I are caring for my 99-yr-old Dad as he is nearing end-of-life and your podcast has given me so much peace, laughter and hope with each episode and I feel like every time I listen, I have the strength to start that next day with Dad and come to terms with so much loss in my life. In these episodes, I hear my feelings and questions or those of my friends’ or family members’ being put into words through someone else’s voice. I love this podcast so much! The one question I have been struggling with for so many years but I’ve never really talked to anybody about it, is my feeling that I just don’t pray right…like I don’t know how to pray even after all of these years and masses attended. When I hear each podcast, I realize I am not alone and that this is a continuing learning process hearing God and knowing how to talk to him. Thank you so much, Lauren, Thomas Rhett, Annie as well as your family and friends for doing this podcast. It really inspires and enlightens to keep pushing through this journey to Live in Love! Thank you!! 💜🙏🏻

    Right timing
I don’t know how this keeps happening to me but I feel like I end up listening to episodes sporadically around when my five month old lets me. We survived the Nashville tornado in 2020 and there’s so many things about Lauren telling her story that resonates with me and going through that traumatic experience. I feel I’m letting go of resentment I’ve felt for awhile in regards to people showing up (or not showing up) for us and walking that turbulent journey. While there are people who we thought would show up and didn’t was our reality we also had people show up that we really never could’ve guessed that was God‘s plan. I’m learning to let go on control of my story I never really had and realizing god already knows what’s next and that journey might not be easy at all but like Lauren says, god doesn’t take you this far in your story to just leave you and I love that. Thank you for helping me heal!

I got home from the hospital after having my first baby and was having terrible panic attacks and couldn’t even sleep. Listening to this podcast for me through the first week of my postpartum! Thank you for allowing the Lord to use you!

Learned so much about Jesus, Family & Friendship
I don’t like podcasts, I have a hard time getting in to them… but this one I have listened to all the way thru twice now. I have learned so much about Jesus and it has been such a joy hearing different perspectives and even similar ones (hello me now knowing I’m not alone in my feelings). I don’t idolize Lauren, but I do think highly of her. listening to her stories & how she responds to the world make me want to be a better wife, daughter, sister, friend & hopefully mother one day by actively pursuing Jesus each and every day…. And living in LOVE ❤️ Also, I didn’t know Annie before and I really loved her 💖💖
