    We love your show!
My wife and I look forward to your podcasts and listen to them as we do low grade movement (walking) and zone 2 cardio. We are avid cross-fitters and my wife also coaches (level 1). I need to renew my level 1. CrossFit has profoundly impacted our lives for the better. We love the choice of topics and the guests you have on your show. A thought perhaps for some future guests? Casey and Calley Means authors of Good Energy and part of a group of founders of Levels? Keep up the wonderful work!

    C4
Since I was in Aviation during my time in the US Marine Corps I never saw this personally but I always heard you could burn C4 or hit it with a hammer but you couldn’t do both it at the same time. I have heard both Pat and Boz separately and they are good. However together they are absolutely informative and inspiring to hear. Thanks

    Favorite Podcast on Methodology!
I happened across this podcast while looking for new content and it quickly became my favorite. Pat and Boz are brilliant - truly some of the best methodology and programming minds in the space. I’ve learned more about Crossfit from this podcast than everywhere else combined - methodology, what CrossFit is all about, how competition can skew things and what really matters, how to integrate CrossFit with life (the ones on staying fit through becoming a parent have been a lifesaver), what the role of gear is . . . bar none the best resource I’ve found. It’s rich with information, it’s fun to listen to, and it’s not a huge time commitment. Why have you not subscribed?

    Wish it was better
A lot of knowledge between these two, but ultimately the show is repetitive and filled with long-winded analogies that don’t really say much.

    Such knowledge and class!
Brand new listener here and absolutely love your podcast! I’ve been devouring them for the last week. Thank you for the knowledge and insight you provide, and I especially appreciate that it’s a clean podcast that my kids could listen to. So rare today! Thank you!!!

    Excellent
Love this show - you guys single handedly taught me how to intelligently approach workouts to avoid burnout and stay consistent. I have two kids and a bad case of “all or nothing” and listening to this podcast has helped me become more kind to myself. BTW I have been following CF Linchpin for a few months now and am loving it!

Best part of my bedtime routine
I stumbled onto this podcast by accident and I seriously love it. As a long time Crossfitter and garage gym athlete(not to mention lifelong fitness and nutrition obsessed nerd) I find their episodes informative, entertaining and great reminders/discussions. I can’t wait until bedtime every night because of this show. I listen to it with my sons as a way to wind down for the evening and as a way for me to replace spending time watching tv/scrolling social media. Both my sons and I find these shows so relaxing. It is nice to listen to something you can learn from, grow from without being over the top or overwhelmingly stressful. Keep them coming please!!
