NathanTZMy boy Tony is a good dude!Been listening to Hack The Movies for almost 5 years now. I love Tony and his friends. Tony and the gang cover great movies in a fun format that always entertains. He is famous for reasons beyond his being in that pod racing scene in the worst Batman movie ever.

DndndjdjdjddjndHead too bigWould give five stars, it’s a great show. But his head is too big.

Sharknuts86ObnoxiousWas told this was a good podcast for movie reviews, unfortunately it’s just a dork talking about his own life and barely covering the films. It’s honestly 80/20. 80 percent talking about themselves and 20 percent about the films. The guests are obnoxious as is the host. These are the adult kids you loved to hate in high school because no one liked them. Definitely a pass unfortunately.

OldDirtyBostaterSolid. How do I leave 5 Stars for just Crystal’s voice?

SWK83Bring back NewtThis show/podcast was firing on all cylinders when it was Tony, Newt, and Crystal. It was truly hilarious, but since the departure of Newt it’s just a revolving cast of mostly unfunny guests and Tony laughing at his own jokes every minute. Maybe one day Tony will wise up and invite Newt back for an episode?
-
Reinhardt2068Fun and funny!I fell into this podcast because I’d watch AVGN, then Rental Reviews. Tony is very famous starring in movies like Dark Knight Rises and magnanimous enough to appear in Drunk History. I love Crystal, Johanna, Kira, Tricia and I would love to see Newt come back! He cracks me up!

MeGotsBrain? The ghostbusters 2016 of podcastsYou’ll want to like it and it’s funny in spot. The cast is interesting and you’ll want to like them till the start complaining about some of the dumbed things, unless they like the movie then those dumb things are really cool. Just kidding. It’s a awesome podcast if you like ads and maybe if you have a favorite ad it might play 6 different times or repeat over and over again. Awesome!!!

Yo0@Oo0o0O0o0o@o0O0oO@O0oO0@0impossible to listen toIt's 90% loud frantic talking, endless obnoxious laughing out loud over nothing, and general screaming and singing over each other. It's just a wall of uncomfortable noise made by dorks. Plus, they all drop their Ts. eg: instead of saying Kitten, they'll say "Ki In" or Button is "Buh In", etc... which is just utterly annoying.
-
GoTribe028Pretty badUnsure if I’m listening to movie reviews or someone who can’t stop regurgitating Ron DeSantis quotes whenever he gets slightly offended by something presented in a film or show.
-
DeerwomanFine and fun podcast! This podcast is a ton of fun. A bunch of quirky friends get together and discuss movies and I love it! Everyone is truly enjoying what they do and just having fun. This is an excellent podcast for movie nerds!!

nobuo810Super Famous from Hack the MoviesI stumbled on this channel while looking for reviews of more obscure films. Indeed they cover popular films and more obscure ones as well! The rotating panel is great and I love that they don’t always share the same opinions. Hearing them bicker amongst themselves is like being a part of a friend group of film enthusiasts. It’s okay not to agree with everyone and they prove it without being too WOKE lol. Highly recommend!

Patrick CarricoFine and Fun!I started watching and downloading this podcast cast because I remember Tony being on Rental Reviews from Cinemassacre. Even at that time I remember thinking “ wow, I can’t believe the Angry Video Game Nerd was able to get the costar of The Dark Knight Rises on his show!” I started watching Tonys videos before Talking About Tapes more for Tony and his guests personalities. He has great guests, he has really great comedy spots and regardless if he likes the movie or not it’s always an entertaining show.

Real Buffalo Bill103 reviewIts a movie podcast show. Thats the basics. The famous Tony talks movies with his super hot costars, Johanna,Crystal,Mint,Justin,Trish,Joe. The movies range from popular, less known and brand new movies. When Im not in the woods looking and hiding my porn, im watching HtM. Its one thing to hear the podcast but to see the HtM videos is almost orgasmic. The editor at this time (Jessica) is great at making the videos even better! I would do anything for Jessica but I know Im not good for her. I am the candy to the dog. No means no. I respect her wishes. Now I am on the road and looking for my next love, if I cant be with Jessica. Its a long dark smelly road and with alot of detours. As long as I can listen to HtM podcast, I know I can make it down the road. Till next time, Love BB

joey1penagreat show to bingei love Tony he's quite the famous intellectual, he's five moves ahead I can't keep up. the guests are the cream of the crop and the review choice is upper echelon moviewise. they don't review every friends episode how some might consider entertaining, the spotlight here goes to the silverscreen. i would like to be a fly on the wall when Tony fills out the itinerary for talkin bout tapes as do the fames do when filling out ballots for best picture. the reward is in every five star review that graces this podcast's underbelly.

BibliotechnoThis podcast sent me to the hospitalIt was a dark and dreary winter's eve. Overcast skies provided the promise of rain and icy winds demanded I rummage through my closet to find the raggedy wool sweater gifted to me from my grandmother. May she rest in peace. As the day’s drizzle turned to rain and made its transformation into a storm, I was left with no other option than to remain indoors. Despite the lightning crashing across the city the power thankfully remained in tact. I turned on my heater, bundled myself in a Sherpa blanket, and decided to indulge in one my favorite vices- whiskey and podcasts. As I sipped my whiskey, submitting myself to honey oak flavor profile, I decided to check out this podcast on YouTube. “Harry Potter and the Socerer’s Stone is Still Overrated” the title read. A bold statement, but it worked; I was intrigued. That’s when I saw him. Tony. He had it all. Everything a woman like myself could ever dream of. Suddenly I felt warm. Overwhelmed, even. I removed the Sherpa and my nympho grandmother’s sweater. I was still hot. Every word out of his mouth. Wow. Was Tony doing this? Or was the soul of my dead hussy of a grandmother taking me over? I turned off my heater, but it was no use. Because then came Johanna and her sweater meat heat. Suddenly I was burning up. This podcast was giving me heat exhaustion! My mouth was drying up, I was pouring sweat. I called 911. The ambulance arrived and I had to explain to them I was overheating from becoming hot and bothered by the Hack the Movies podcast and having my soul taken over by my trollop grandma’s haunted wool sweater. Once I was hooked up to an IV they informed me I was actually suffering from a fever mixed with acute alcohol poisoning. But if it were not for Tony and Johanna I would not have called 911 or told an EMT that my dead bisexual grandmother wanted to get railed by two movie podcasters. Five stars.

Chee dawgI love this show!I love the format of long conversations about movies I’ve seen new and old! The vibe is great and Tony and his guests are hilarious. I look forward to each episode every Monday and Thursday. I’m a patreon member and that is also worth it! It’s Time to Hack the Movies!

GooseNuggetI just want to find a good movie podcastI hate when men try to be funny. And Crystal sounds like she’s whining, it’s grating on the ears.

danielouismusicShowing some support to my favorite podcastI don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews but since I am a huge fan I thought this would be a cool way to show my support so other people can find out about the podcast. Tony is great and I really recommend watching the podcast on YouTube if you can and I like the variety of cohosts that he has. My favorite one is Jon from movie dumpster I think they do a great job together and I do like that they choose classic movies or even current films if you’re interested in movie podcasts or YouTube shows this is the first one I would recommend anybody - @danielouismusic

Rennon the ShavedBig fan of the showHack the Movies is a very funny and informative movie review show / podcast. Tony and friends are very cool customers who have a lot to say about the movies they cover. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you might even learn a lesson or two. It's fun and fine.
-
Michael Van BurenTony is very famousThe only movie review show that is as long, if not longer, than the movie being reviewed. Co-hosts are generally more entertaining than Tony. Sorry, Tony. Did I mention how famous he is? Because Tony is very famous.
-
Justin MalvadoForgive Your FatherYeah, it's alright I guess. Could use less Tony and more Jessica.

Honduki_051987Moderately sub-parReally no insight or thought is put into these reviews. The hosts - particularly the large, greasy, mumble-mouthed one - are mediocre at best. Yet - I find myself listening to every episode. I’m either a masochist or a mongoloid, but either way I recommend Hack the Movies.

SlugpplGreat!Tonyfromhackthemovies is a very charming bully and can get away with anything and Newt is the funniest guy on the planet. Hilarious conversations with stories to remember.
-
Yooper Guy 1981Fun movie podcastThis is a funny movie podcast that typically has a new guest for every episode. Not as bombastic as “How Did This Get Made” and it certainly does not get big celebrity guest stars, but it is still very enjoyable to listen to.

Dendo StarGreat Show! Fun and Insightful.I’m a big fan of the show. It’s a lot of fun to hear them talk about movies. Tony is a great host and all the co-hosts are also great. Some of the opinions and insights they give are actually really interesting, which isn’t the easiest thing to get from movie reviews. And the show is very entertaining.
-
Cyberpunk 420Best show on YouTube and podcast !!!!Started watching Rental Reviews I was sad that the show had ended. Then I heard that Tony from Hack the movies is doing a show like rental reviews. Tony and Newt are very funny my favorite review was Devil’s Advocate because Tony had to cut stuff out because he was a little drunk. I will keep watching and listening to Talking About Tapes.
-
Sith101Crying about BoomersAnother Millenial Liberal who inserts crying and whining about the Boomers into his reviews but never blames the Liberals for his misfortune. Keep blaming the Boomers for everything 👶 While you kiss Hollyweirds rear end.
-

Afro KolaTony Saves! This morning I was ready to end it all, the local Mickey D’s screwed up my order again and I didn’t think I could recover from it. As I was loading my revolver and saying one final Hail Mary before I left this plane of existence, I stumbled across this podcast. Don’t ask me how I found it, it must have been divine intervention, but now I can say with a full heart that I WANT TO LIVE! Thank you Tony from Hack the Movies for giving me a reason to live again. I’m going to March right down to the Golden Arches and spread the good word! I’ve got this revolver loaded already though, just in case they don’t see the light.
