    Intelligent and Inspiring Podcast
I'm not really a "podcast" person but I was interested in learning more about the topics that Pam covers. When I listened to the first episode my intial thought was that she has a really great "radio" voice. She mentiones that she's a storyteller and that is apparent with her detailed descriptions which enabled me to visualize the scene as I do when reading. I highly recomnend this podcast even if you are not a "podcast" person like me!

    The final push I needed!
Super relatable, super inspiring. The only podcast I’ve ever listened that gave me the boost I needed to ACTUALLY take action and change the way I was living my life and living in my body.

    Can’t get enough
Pam is a master at getting to the stories that are at the root of women’s body image issues. And what I’m learning from all these stories is that body image issues are at the root of a lot of other issues. This podcast is focused on athletes— real women athletes, not just professionals— but these stories touch on struggles every woman I know faces. Whether or not she’s ever done so much as run a 5K. Highly recommended and I dare you to listen and not find common ground. Besides, Pam is just a delight and a pro and a pleasure.

    More Pam Moore
As a mom in the middle of it all, I find Pam’s honest talk the perfect hiking companion when I can steal a moment to myself. Hilarious, sharp, and compassionate, the conversations Pam shares are inspiring and normalizing. I love the looking through the window of the female athlete, our relationships with our bodies, and so much more. Inspiring guests and insightful conversations. Give a listen; we all need more Pam Moore!

    Excellent
Pam Moore is a natural conversationalist whose easy going style helps elicit even the most difficult realizations from her guests. So often, in the world of fitness, body image issues reign, so Pam’s mantra “you are enough” is particularly timely and important for all to hear and believe.

    Awesome and approachable
As a mid-40s mom with 2 kids, I’m always trying to figure out how to rebecome the athlete I was 25 years ago. So many podcasts and blogs focus on that message of fixing what’s wrong - which just doubles down on the shame of not being perfect. Pam’s message is helping me to look forward to the person I can be, who loves to move because of how it makes me feel, not as a subset of my identity. I love this message, and the approachability of the conversations she’s having with her guests.

    Real authentic and vulnerable
Pam’s view into a woman’s world and the struggles and challenges that we face on a regular basis is REAL. She helps to uncover our fears, our not enough, our body image, our need to always do for others.....and shift into a new thinking about why we do what we do and what have we learned from each of our life experiences. Pam has a positive bubbly energy that is infectious and she has a way of knowing exactly what questions to ask to pull out the real answers. In hothouse podcast Pam will inspire women to step into their true authentic self, to let their vulnerability show and realize they are not alone!! Together we can conquer anything!

The podcast real active women need!
I can’t wait for this podcast. Women who care deeply about taking care of themselves are too often bombarded with diet culture, airbrushed photos, fear-based messaging around food, and exercise advice from influencers instead of professionals. Pam’s background combined with her journalistic integrity will help us all zero in on what really matters when it comes to living a healthy life.
  • L.Willey
    Eagerly awaiting the launch!
As a woman in the fitness industry we need more ‘real fit’ talk! I love Pam’s energy and overall message, if more of us thought like her we would put our reservations aside and truly believe we could do anything...we just need to believe in ourselves. Cannot wait to hear the interviews and be motivated by these refreshing women & their stories.

Full disclosure: I am the host of this podcast...
But I think it’s fair to review it and say I really believe in this project and I am proud of myself for diving in despite starting with zero audio production/Editing knowledge. I am doing this to share the stories of amazing women and to let you know, whatever you’re dealing with, you’re not alone.
