    Insightful, honest and positive conversation
The May 25th 2021 episode “Sleeve to Bypass” was so insightful, honest and very positive. I appreciated not “editing” the difficulties Charity faced - and also the statement of “this is a long range plan for my overall health, it’s not about the challenges I’m currently having”. Thank you for hosting this important subject!

    Very informative
As someone who is in the initial stages of considering VSG, I’m doing a ton of research- I found Sammie and Bre’s Instagram pages as well as a ton of others in the community and I’ve just been reading *all the things*— this podcast is very helpful and informative and I’m glad that it exists! The topics you discuss brought up so many more questions for me to do even more research, things that didn’t cross my mind to be prepared for such as periods and hair loss. I love that there is a difference in the time they’ve been post-op, too. Thank you for sharing your experiences! It’s nice to know this community exists!
